The location is ideal, in downtown Houston, a few blocks away from the convention center and discovery park. The building is beautiful and historic with a gorgeous lobby, comfortable chairs, a cafe/latte/cappuccino machine, and cute restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I was on the 12th floor in the rusk house portion of the building which had very nice rooms that were ideal for single people. There was a coffee maker but no fridge, which I did not miss. The bedding was beautiful and had daily housekeeping, nicely appointed products in the bathroom. I had a four night stay and loved everything about the space. I would highly recommend it especially considering how much cheaper it is than other hotels.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

La chambre et les installations sont très bonnes et le petit déjeuner est riche. Il y a un problème. J'ai séjourné trois jours et j'ai eu une toilette. En outre, je suis arrivé à trois heures du matin, j'ai attendu longtemps pour ouvrir la porte.

Cet endroit est génial car il dispose d'un parking couvert gratuit, ce qui évite de se garer en plein soleil, car cela peut surchauffer la voiture. Le lac aux coccinelles est juste derrière l'hôtel, donc si vous prévoyez de faire du kayak, c'est idéalement situé à proximité. Tout ce que nous voulions visiter était à moins de 10 minutes et les trajets en Uber ou en Lyft pour le centre-ville étaient très économiques.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon, la chambre est également très bien, l'emplacement est sur la rue principale de la promenade de la rivière, le parking est un peu cher, le service voiturier est à plus de 40 couteaux, mais quand vous quittez le magasin, un un appel téléphonique vous aidera à conduire la voiture à l'hôtel à l'avance. La porte est toujours très pratique.

The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to the river walk and many restaurants. There are two malls nearby within a 10 min walk. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was in the best location downtown. I was able to easily find street parking next to the hotel with the city meter. I stayed Sunday and parking was free but the main entrance was locked due to construction I believe. My only “complaint” is having to access the room via another hotel, but it was manageable. I was able to walk to popular spots like 6th street in minutes and walked to the Moody Center for a concert. There were many places to visit nearby with many attractions nearby. Overall great hotel!

Juste à Noël, la salle est très climatisée et la chambre est également bonne. La santé n'est pas satisfaisante, il y a un niveau de gris gris sur la lampe de la terre, le serveur a nettoyé l'assainissement sans être soigneusement, il a juste couché le lit, il n'est pas arrangé sur le bureau, le bain de visage n'est pas déshydraté. En résumé, les marques intercontinentales ne correspondent pas.
