Everything was going well until I had to deal with one of the hotel's receptionists during the evening shift. When I asked for a replacement room key because I had accidentally left mine in my room, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I first tried to get a new key using the self-service kiosk, but it didn't work. I then asked for her assistance, and she reacted rudely from the start. She walked away, visibly annoyed, and returned to the reception desk. I followed her and provided all the necessary information, including a copy of my passport and my reservation, which was under my name. Despite having all the information, she kept asking me the same questions I had already answered several times and repeatedly told me, in a condescending and abrupt tone, that she couldn't find my reservation. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and extremely impolite. This experience completely changed my impression of the hotel. Customer service is my top priority, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide even a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. For that reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the stay and the employees was super nice. Bed was sofe and love the area.

Ce n'est pas le plus grave éclat que j'ai jamais eu, les photos ne trompent pas tellement comme un hôtel et un hôtel, c'est plus probable un motel de 5ème niveau si trompent si cher pour la qualité des chambres réelles. La ligne téléphonique était morte, j'ai dû entrer dans le lobby pour le service , je vais apprécier ce lieu - 1000 si possible , l'emplacement est super mais aucun contrôle de qualité de stationnement ne peut conduire et utiliser une présomption d'être une plage privée pour les invités, au check J'ai demandé un certain type de référence # et ou de déclaration et il m'a été dit de demander trip.com pour mon temps de vérification et ou de vérifier la déclaration après cette lacune De honnêteté de la remise je me suis très préoccupé de payer pour le temps supplémentaire et ou incidents que je n'ai jamais utilisé et quand je demande une sorte de preuves et ou une déclaration imprimée, ils appellent la sécurité pour me chasser et si ils n'ont pas été parce que j'ai inturné mon téléphone camera sur

Location and history of the hotel was remarkable. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the downtown area. Parking was very expensive though.

La chambre était très belle et mise à jour. La situation était excellente et à une distance de marche au concert Kid Rock. Il était sur la voie navigable, donc il a fait la marche agréable ....proche des restaurants aussi. Le parking dans le garage de l'hôtel est abordable à 17 $ pour 24 heures.

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Convient pour les voyages d'affaires

La chambre était propre et spacieuse, bien située en centre-ville. Cependant, les équipements étaient un peu vétustes ; il n'y avait pas d'interrupteur général pour les lumières, il fallait donc les éteindre une par une. J'y ai passé six nuits et la chambre n'a été nettoyée que deux fois. Il y avait une machine à café et un réfrigérateur, mais pas de bouilloire. Dans l'ensemble, le prix était correct. D'ailleurs, l'ascenseur de l'immeuble est extrêmement lent ; en semaine, il faut compter entre 5 et 10 minutes d'attente.

Sauberes Hotel mit außen und innen Swimmingpool. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Der Hoteldirektor schreibt eine persönliche Email mit der Empfehlung eines ruhigen Zimmers 🙂 (sehr hilfreich beim Einchecken) EINMALIG IN DER WELT!!!

Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.
