It was a really cozy New Year's Eve. Absolutely loved the calming and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. They do great breakfast as well. Loved it! Highly recommend it to people looking for a cozy getaway in a nice neighborhood.

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

We had a fairly nice stay. It was all ok but the cleanliness standard was very low even after raising it which was very disappointing for such a prominent brand of hotel. Service was good with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

We were able to find the hotel easily on arrival very friendly reception staff We went to the room and found the tv had a personalised greeting on but the it was not working however phoned down to reception and they quickly rectified this We used the pool facilities and it was very busy and the male changing room and entrance to the spa area was very cold We were awaken at 1am by the fire alarm going off and this was due to a inconsiderate patron smoking in their room The bed was comfy however was on wheels and that is not ideal as it kept moving when you sat on it The follows were not great The room was nice and clean and the bath and shower floor were very slippery Otherwise a nice place to stay and fairly priced

L'ensemble du séjour était super, j'avais besoin d'aller quelque part pendant que le travail était effectué dans ma maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont des bains, il y avait un grand bureau pour moi de travailler à l'intérieur et la connexion Internet était parfaite, j'avais eu plusieurs conférences vidéo et il n'a jamais quitté une fois. La maison était assez gentille pour vérifier si j'avais besoin de quelque chose de quotidien, et le personnel de la réception était très aimable. Juste près d'une vaste propriété nationale de confiance avait quelques belles marches d'automne Cependant, il n'y a absolument aucun signal téléphonique (Vodafone) évidemment rien à voir avec l'hôtel il est juste plus d'informations sur la zone!

Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.
