Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working. I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings. If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately. This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

Reception staff helpful, moved us into room with bath as requested. Room was large, with coffee machine, but bit dusty, would have preferred a regular TV not Internet one, and woken by noise outside the room in the morning. Bed was hard, and two singles joined together is not that comfy. Neither of us slept well unfortunately. Free parking was good. Would have liked to try the pool and hot tub and gym but only stayed one night and ran out of time. Handy for travel to Gatwick Airport. Value for money.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bienvenu à l'arrivée et facile à trouver. Comfortez les lits et les coussins et très peu de bruit pendant la nuit. Un bon petit déjeuner qui peut être commandé à l'avance. Globalement un bon séjour, recommandé.

Nous avons réservé toute la nuit pour surprendre les familles qui étaient à Butlers pendant la semaine. Le parc était à l'extérieur et tout était si proche que nous n'avions pas besoin de la voiture pour se rendre. La vue sur la mer de la chambre était spectaculaire et la capacité de réserver la petite piscine de l'hôtel était un bonus supplémentaire. Nous réserverons certainement

We had a great night stay at Baliffscourt, we did however find the spa busy, all the loungers reserved with towels but few people actually on them. We therefore spent the duration using the facilities which are all fab. The staff are helpful, attentive and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Overall a great stay.

Il est vraiment difficile de trouver un hôtel à l'étranger. Il est très proche de cette distance. L'hôtel est plus sûr. Les installations de service sont complètes, propres et propres. Tout le reste ne doit plus être pris en considération.

Cet hôtel est un vrai bijoux très spacieux et bienvenue sur la chambre d'entrée était très spacieux et propre belle grande salle de bains aussi La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient parfaits et très propres. Le petit déjeuner a été très bien choisi et je recommanderais tout à fait de rester ici si je suis la zone en ce qui concerne le taux qu'il a été comparé à d'autres hôtels près de l'aéroport de Gatwick, c'était vraiment un vrai résultat et je resterais certainement ici encore Beaucoup de parkings gratuits, de sorte qu'il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pendant la nuit C'est un véritable rencontre et parfait pour tout le monde qui a besoin d'accès à l'aéroport de Gatwick à des coûts inférieurs à ceux des hôtels à proximité de l'aéroport.
