It’s an old hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast was fantastic. Although I have to pay extra for my little niece. Downside was the pool was join with other hotel and it got too crowded.

Dès l'entrée dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, l'ambiance est tout droit sortie du temple de Borobudur & dès l'entrée dans le lobby on sent l'aromathérapie typique de Plataran... l'ambiance est calme comme à Ubud, Bali et les équipements sont nombreux dont notre famille et moi pouvons profiter.

Notre récent séjour à The Wujil Resort & Conventions était vraiment exceptionnel. Depuis notre arrivée, le service était excellent personnel étaient incroyablement attentif et efficace, assurant que nos besoins étaient satisfaits rapidement. Une jolie surprise était la crème de glace et le thé complimentaire, qui ajout un touche spécial à notre bienvenue. Le centre offre une multitude d'installations de loisirs qui s'occupent de tous les âges. Les chambres familiales spacieuses, complètes avec lit supplémentaire, offrent un environnement confortable et amusant aux enfants, tout en nous donnant aux parents la possibilité de se détendre.   Set midst lush greenery, the resort's serene atmosphere made it an ideal retrait for our family. La combinaison d'excellents services, d'activités d'engagement et d'hébergements confortables fait du Wujil Resort & Conventions une recommandation de premier plan pour les familles qui cherchent un accès mémorable.

Sebagian besar memuaskan, yang kurang adalah koneksi internet yang lamban dan sering tiba tiba disconected, air panas untuk mandinya kurang panas...hanya hangat sedikit. Untuk restonya rasa sayur dan lauknya y8ang agak kurang cocok dengan lidah saya (kurang sedap), meski saya apresiasi pilihan makan untuk sarapannya mantap sangat beragam. Sayang ndak ada mendoan yang khas banyumas. Selebihnya sangat memuaskan, pelayanan ramah, lokas oke dan suasana syahdu. Saya ambil yang kamar deluxe. Mantap

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Nous avons réservé le pic de la date, heureusement ils ont encore des chambres. Il y avait des problèmes sur le toilette, mais nous ne nous en souvenons pas et ils le résolvent immédiatement. Merci.

1. One of most famous fine-dining steakhouse-Bowery, cafe-Eastman and nightclub-Sixsense are right across from the hotel. All of them are within walking distance which is very convenient. 2. I lost my red T-shirt in the room. They kept it well and when I contacted their WA, the staff was very polite and helpful!!
