Je viens directement de Bromo. Rester assis dans la voiture pendant environ sept heures était pire que la mort. L'emplacement est effectivement très éloigné, mais pas loin d'Ijen. Le prix est également bon et les installations de soutien sont complètes. Il n'y a pas de dépanneurs à proximité. Mais vous pouvez commander des plats à emporter chez KFC et Mixue Ice City.

This place is absolutely fantastic for families. They've got an amazing kids' club that the little ones will adore. The entire facility is really well-maintained and kept in top shape. Plus, they have a proper drop-off area, which is super convenient. It's truly an ideal spot for a family getaway..

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. Équipements : Les équipements publics sont très bons et on dit que c'est un hôtel quatre étoiles. Santé : L'environnement est très bon Environnement : La piscine est assez grande mais un peu sale Service : Le service est très bon et les serveurs du restaurant sont également très bons Le petit déjeuner est bon et le restaurant peut également commander des plats à la carte.

Le menu principal, composé de riz frit, d'œufs au plat et d'autres accompagnements, était délicieux, mais je n'ai pas apprécié les fritures et les boissons. Le parking n'étant pas assez grand, je me suis garé devant l'immeuble, mais la navette est venue me chercher et m'a emmené dans le hall. Une fois garé dehors, j'ai senti une forte odeur d'égout. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et poli, de la réceptionniste au personnel de nettoyage en passant par le personnel de cuisine, qui saluait poliment les clients à leur passage.

One of the good hotels to try. Because there are many strategic places that sell cheap food and sungi because the location is in the middle of housing. The weather is cool and there is also a swimming pool. Suitable for families and couples for weekends or long holidays

Personnel super sympa. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel après une nuit à l'Ijen. En conséquence, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel beaucoup plus tôt que 14h00 (heure d'enregistrement) indiquée. Ils ont réfléchi avec nous et ont tout fait pour nous donner accès à la chambre le plus rapidement possible. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous, car nous voulions voyager à Bali. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans le coin le soir. Pour cela, il faut vraiment être à Banyuwangi. La chambre était très grande et soignée. Le petit déjeuner est également bon et très copieux. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que nous avons passé une merveilleuse nuit.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des attractions et des restaurants. Le personnel était très sympathique. Le dernier jour, nous avons commandé un repas et l'avons dégusté dans notre chambre pendant que nous faisions nos bagages. La nourriture était abordable et délicieuse. 😋 Malheureusement, la salle de bain n'avait pas de pommeau de douche, juste une douchette, ce qui était gênant. La serrure de la porte de la chambre était un peu cassée, ce qui rendait l'entrée et la sortie difficiles.
