Je viens directement de Bromo. Rester assis dans la voiture pendant environ sept heures était pire que la mort. L'emplacement est effectivement très éloigné, mais pas loin d'Ijen. Le prix est également bon et les installations de soutien sont complètes. Il n'y a pas de dépanneurs à proximité. Mais vous pouvez commander des plats à emporter chez KFC et Mixue Ice City.

During our stay every night they have event and the music was distrubing untuil 10 PM on the lasdt day on saturday until mid night. The foods ok the have various meals , the service is good

L'hôtel est connecté à un centre commercial. Grand emplacement. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner à Magnolia a une large diffusion. La qualité de la nourriture est bonne, une belle présentation et un service par le personnel est excellent. L'ambiance au salon Club est belle. Ce qui est le plus remarquable dans cet hôtel 5* est le service de classe mondiale fourni par tous les membres du personnel de façon cohérente. Il n'y a pas de personnel qui n'est ni poli ni utile. Merci spécial à Evan du Club Lounge qui nous a assistés lors de notre entrée et à Tian lors de notre entrée, Bayu et mes collègues (Conceige) qui nous ont aidé à commander des gâteaus de Spikoe lapis et Bu Rudy, Lita et David (Magnolia) qui nous ont servi à notre table et à Bastian et à notre équipe pour garder la chambre propre.

The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

Excellent hotel! Room was really well designed and decorated. The views of the volcanoes from the 11th floor are stunning. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Lots of indonesian dishes, western dishes, baked goods, desserts, live stations. Staff was excellent. Mr. Patrick went out of his way to walk me to an ATM to help me get cash! No other hotel in the world would offer this service. I commend him. Highly recommended hotel.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel Nous sommes allés de Bromo à Ijen. Nous étions très fatigués et avons décidé de réserver cet hôtel. L'environnement dans son ensemble était très haut de gamme et il y avait des majordomes qui portaient les bagages dans la chambre. La chambre était également très grande et avait un balcon avec un balcon. vue centrale. Je ne peux pas dire grand-chose sur le petit-déjeuner. Un self-service riche mais basique est encore suffisant. L'essentiel est que le rapport qualité-prix est super élevé. La famille d'accueil dans laquelle nos amis covoitureurs ont séjourné coûte 200 $ la nuit. qu'ils ne savaient rien du séjour, il n'était pas nécessaire de rester dans ces auberges de jeunesse, qui étaient bondées et l'environnement était mauvais.

Had an amazing stay during our Mount Bromo trip! The hotel offered stunning views, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Bromo

Service amical, chambres avec vue agréable. La cuisine du Skydome est délicieuse compte tenu du prix et du service. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Le choix est moindre que lors de notre dernière visite. Le plus décevant est la saleté, la présence de mouches et, à deux reprises, de petits cafards ont été trouvés près des plats. Malgré mon signalement au personnel, ils n'ont pas réussi à les attraper, et les insectes étaient toujours là. De plus, de la glace est en vente au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner ; il est très contraire à l'éthique de vouloir en vendre dans une salle payante. Existe-t-il vraiment un hôtel qui vend de la glace dans cette salle ? Les conditions de petit-déjeuner ne sont pas adaptées à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Personnel super sympa. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel après une nuit à l'Ijen. En conséquence, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel beaucoup plus tôt que 14h00 (heure d'enregistrement) indiquée. Ils ont réfléchi avec nous et ont tout fait pour nous donner accès à la chambre le plus rapidement possible. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous, car nous voulions voyager à Bali. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans le coin le soir. Pour cela, il faut vraiment être à Banyuwangi. La chambre était très grande et soignée. Le petit déjeuner est également bon et très copieux. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que nous avons passé une merveilleuse nuit.
