We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it. They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money. They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.

Le grand Mercure a été le moment idéal pour nous. La chambre est très propre et confortable, et la température de la chambre est facile à régler Ma chambre est sur regarder l'océan et les collines Le matin, je vois les gens locaux qui courent en voiture libres. Toutes les installations sont de bons produits et fonctionnent bien. Nous avons également apprécié le temps de danser et de nager sur le côté de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était riche et goûté bien avec beaucoup de mes snacks locaux. Je suis si heureuse , parce que je suis allé jusqu'à Jakarta et que j'ai été fatigué et il m'a permis de parquer près de la lobby qui est très bien. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

Nous avons réservé une chambre d'hôtel par application, mais le prix était très élevé quand nous sommes arrivés et nous avons vu la chambre d'hôtel. Nous avons découvert que le couvercle de lit était sale, a une tige de sang, cas de pilon semble ne pas changer cz il y avait beaucoup de poignard noir, trouvé lizard sur la peinture pendante. Nous avons fait une plainte au bureau FO, ils ont traité la plainte très bien. Enfin, ils nous mettent à jour dans une salle d'affaires qui est propre et nous leur demanderons de changer tout sur le lit depuis que nous apportons notre bébé avec nous. La chambre est très confortable et vous propose un restaurant de lin qui améliore notre soirée avec le service et la nourriture. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon.

Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung ✨

Personnel sympathique, emplacement centre ville proche de toutes commodités. Magnifique restaurant en rooftop avec un bon petit-déjeuner et un groupe musical le soir. On reviendra sûrement

La location n'est pas au centre de la ville. Le service est très bon, mais il pourrait être mieux. l'eau chaude n'a pas toujours fonctionné. Mais le design industriel est vraiment bon.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Le service de toute ma séjour était excellentamical et professionnel qui m'a fait sentir bienvenue. Globalement, un grand hôtel avec service de haut niveau. Très recommandé!
