Grand Elty Krakatoa is a total hidden gem, offering an incredible beachfront experience for just 630k IDR per night. My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

Le service et les installations de l'hôtel sont très bons et cools.
Il est juste que le parking est insuffisant,
Parce que les visiteurs de véhicules privés doivent également assurer le parking, pas de chaleur ou de pluie.

The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

La chambre avec un paysage double est excellente. La chambre est haute, large et confortable et propre, et le lit est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le dîner est délicieux. C'est un hôtel que je veux revoir.

The view is beautiful, especially at night. But find city view. Food is ok. Room is spacious and amenities quality is good. Will come back again.
Just the thing: lift is a bit difficult, so many rooms are more accessible by stairs. Be mindful if you have elderly with you.

Sorry but i had a view complaint about the hotel
First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. 🙏

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint.
We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us.
Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food.
Breakfast was great as well.

The hotel room quite spacious, near to mall and foodcourt, in the middle of the town , the food at restorant was superb eventhough many of the menu written in the book wasn't complete ,

UUtilisateur anonymeMy families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

LLia Delvinselalu jdi langganan tiap kali kelampung pasti nginep nya disni.. slalu ambil kamar eksekutif view kolam renang .. krna biar anak” deket klo ke kolam renang.. dan bisa di pantau dari kamar..
tp kemarin agak kecewa sedkit.. dapet kamar yg agak kotor.. dan ada kerak” kuning di lantai samping tempat tidur.. jdi agak kurang nyaman pas mau tidur..
kayak nya bagian yg bersih” kamar hrs di tatar lagi kerja nya.. biar maksimal.. klo yg lain.. lumayanlah.. tq 🤗💜
