Had a great stay at Swiss Belinn Gajah mada. The staff were great the food was also awesome!

I didn't know that the room type I booked was at the other far end of the apartment building. Not only did I feel cast aside due to the distance, but the lobby area didn't look anything like a hotel. I barely saw any hotel staff around until the day I was checking out. The room was big, but for the most part, it looked dated, particularly the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with only a bread toaster, a frying pan, a wooden spoon (that really looked like it was time to replace), two glasses, two sets of cutlery, a teapot, and a small creamer pot. There was no electric kettle, not to mention coffee cups. There was no dish towel and again, not to mention kitchen soap. One cooking hob didn't work while the other kept beeping when switched on and stayed cold. There was a mineral water dispenser, but the water from the hot tap was only 70% hot. You can't make a cup of coffee or tea with water that isn't hot enough. I didn't have a good experience when making phone calls to book the 3-hour city transportation. I had the same experience on the first morning when I asked about the breakfast that was to be sent to my room. It was set to be delivered at 9 a.m. I made a call at 9:05 a.m. and was told that they would prepare it right away. When delivered, there were a few missing items: fresh milk for my coffee, orange juice, and a teaspoon for the coffee. I had to make a call again to request them. (I had already mentioned to the staff the night before what I would like to have for my breakfast.) On the next day, I made a call at 6 a.m. to request the same type of breakfast to be sent to my room at 9:30 a.m. Hours later, close to 9:30 a.m., I made a call to room service again to inquire if they were sending my breakfast already. My call was passed from one person to another until the third person who spoke to me seemed unaware of my 'order'. By this time, I was very upset. He said he would attend to it right away and have it delivered to my room in ten minutes. By the time it arrived, it was 9:58 a.m. Nonetheless, the chicken porridge on both mornings were absolutely delicious. The Soto Medan which I ordered as a room service was tasty too. My sleep on both nights was pretty uninterrupted despite the honking from the heavy traffic. On Sunday, after my Fajr prayer at 6-ish, there was music, announcements, etc., from an event downstairs that lasted for three hours. During checkout, staff was going to hand me 800,000 IDR until I told him that I had only made a deposit of 500,000. It was then I realized the amount written on the deposit receipt; the number 5 looked more like an 8. That must be why he wanted to return a security deposit of 800,000. He was grateful when I told him about the amount I made as a deposit and I told him to give feedback to his colleague about her handwriting (the one who did my check-in was a female staff). Overall, this hotel was just alright for me. The lobby, front desk, and the staff at these two parts of the hotel were great. If there were a next time for me, I'd try the hotel side instead of the apartment, but it's likely there won't be a next time here.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

I stayed for 10 nights, a pleasant stay in general. Only in 10 nights the bed linen didn't change as it should be. The staffs really made your stay feel comfortable. I would stay in Aryaduta again in the future.

Hôtel agréable et de bonne qualité. Surclassement gratuit. Personnel de la réception, notamment M. Eko, très aimable et serviable. M. Tahar et l'équipe de cuisine du restaurant nous ont préparé un excellent petit-déjeuner pendant deux matins. Séjour globalement très agréable. Chambre très belle et propre.

This hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and exceptional services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriot group properties in Bal. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and arm chair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and do not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus dollars) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment. .

Nous aimons notre séjour ici. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et sans spot. Le lit était très confortable. La salle de bain était également propre et bien entretenue. Le gel de douche et la lotion avec lavender léger ont été nos préférés. Le petit déjeuner était très délicieux avec la cuisine occidentale, asiatique et locale. Nous aimerions également le service fourni par tout le personnel, en particulier le récepteur qui nous a aidé a eu un bon check-in. Nous avons un grand séjour ici et nous resterons certainement ici la prochaine fois que nous visiterons Medan.

L'hôtel est super bon .. Mais nous avons été en train de faire un scandale que nous avons ouvert notre caisse pour organiser des documents et en espèces puis l'équipe de garde-fous est arrivé à nettoyer ... Alors je les ai laissés entrer dans la salle de nettoyage mais je n'ai pas fermé la caisse parce que nous sommes dans la salle à ce moment-là. La caisse située à l' intérieur du réservoir que vous pouvez marcher dans . Après avoir achevé le nettoyage Nous trouvons 200 USD de notre argent dans la caisse .. L'équipe de nettoyage a mis le nouveau sac de lave-linge en haut de la caisse (à l'époque, il était ouvert) et maintenant le corps nous a remarqué que la caisse est ouverte ...!!! J'ai déposé une plainte auprès du bureau de front de l'hôtel ...!!! Et j'ai décrit exactement le personnel de nettoyage, et qui était la personne qui a entré dans le réservoir contenant le coffre ...!!! Ils ont dit qu'ils enquêteraient sur l'incident, et après deux jours, ils m'ont contacté de nouveau et ont dit qu'ils avaient interrogé le personnel de nettoyage, qui a refusé de prendre quelque chose de notre caisse ...!!! Et bien sûr, nous n'avons rien trouvé ... qui est évident parce que personne ne confesserait de cette façon sans être pressionné. Et voici la question : pourquoi les agents de nettoyage ne nous avaient-ils pas averti que la caisse était ouverte quand ils sont entrés pour mettre le nouveau sac de lave-linge sur le dessus ?
