I like samosir…the view so nice..the staff also good.. We arrive at Somosir Villa at 7:30pm…our car’s window unable to close.. then we ask the staff where we can find workshop to fix this issue.. then the staff said workshop close at night but he offer to help monitor our car.. he shows the cctv around the area and convince us not to worry..at the night around 2pm, the rain coming.. heavy rain.. i woke up and look at our car..i saw the staff already put plastic to cover window from rainning…thanks god they have responsible staff like this.. unfortunately i forget asking his name..

The food of breakfast is quite standard as other hotels in medan - local indonesian food. variety of bread is limited, no butter. no expresso coffee machine...

Jusqu'à présent, notre expérience est excellente, nous avons réservé 3 chambres et la chambre était propre et confortable, juste la salle du petit-déjeuner, c'est trop petit, comme nous sommes venus avec une grande famille, il est difficile de trouver la table pour le petit-déjeuner, la nourriture était correcte. Pas si bien et pas si mal. Moyen c'est bien de rester dans cet hôtel

Hôtel agréable et de bonne qualité. Surclassement gratuit. Personnel de la réception, notamment M. Eko, très aimable et serviable. M. Tahar et l'équipe de cuisine du restaurant nous ont préparé un excellent petit-déjeuner pendant deux matins. Séjour globalement très agréable. Chambre très belle et propre.

La chambre d'hôtel est superbe, très confortable, petit déjeuner bon, personnel très utile, à l'intérieur de la chambre a un plug international plus facile pour les voyageurs.

I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, though a bit small for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop café was a nice place to relax, although the food and drinks were a bit overpriced. The resort layout feels a bit compact since it’s built on terraced land. One thing we missed was the cozy, local village vibe that Tuk Tuk is known for—the atmosphere here felt a bit more generic. Still, considering the limited similar-level options in Tuk Tuk, this resort is a decent choice and I’d consider staying here again.

La location est excellente n il est juste au centre de la ville medan. Il y a un grand centre de stationnement : centre de délipark juste à l'encontre de l'hôtel w Sogo en tant que magasin de détachement. Il y a beaucoup de cinéma n repas disponibles sur le haut de la planche. La sécurité de l'hôtel est très étroite qui me fait sentir sûr ... Le personnel là-bas r là pour nous accueillir à l'hôtel

Tout d'abord Le personnel est vraiment gentil et bien formé La nourriture est bonne La clé à améliorer sera 1. Entretien (dans l'ensemble, la chambre d'hôtel est vraiment vieille, a besoin d'être rénovée) 2. Lutte antiparasitaire (beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre) 3. Les appareils électriques doivent également changer, par exemple mon sèche-cheveux est extrêmement vieux et desserré Dans l'attente du prochain séjour

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.
