The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Nous resterons 2 nuits. L'hôtel est situé à Simpang 4. La chambre dispose d'un petit déjeuner buffet pour 2 personnes. A côté du restaurant situé au niveau 1, il y a une piscine où vous pouvez plonger. Total des sols disponibles r 14 incluant le parc de stationnement n G=Lobby La tête de douche de la chambre est une bonne pression ... Le conn d'air est refroidissant ... Utiliser Grab est très bien où vous pouvez commander à la fois de nourriture et de transport. Location à environ 6 km de l'aéroport. Oppose the best Padang Cuisine=Paggi Sore Meilleur Mall= Monde vivant= à environ 7 km.

L'hôtel est situé dans une situation fantastique. L'hospitalité était excellente et le personnel était incroyablement ami. Les chambres étaient sans place, et l'équipe de garde-fous a fait un travail incroyable. Un cri spécial à Menda du bureau de front, qui était toujours merveilleux et nous a salués avec un beau sourire.
