Comme c'est un hôtel 5-star, nos attentes étaient assez élevées. L'hôtel dispose d'une excellente localisation, d'une belle structure, d'une très bonne propreté et d'une attractivité impressionnante. Cependant, il y a quelques zones où l'expérience des clients peut être améliorée : 1. Service de bagages à l'arrivée: Notre bagage a pris plus d'une heure pour arriver à la chambre. Nous avons dû appeler la réception deux fois avant qu'elle ne soit livrée. À une propriété 5-star, l'assistance aux bagages devrait idealement être rapide et proactive. 2. Toilettes : La chambre était préparée avec toilettes pour une seule personne, bien que notre réservation soit pour deux clients. 3. Service de piscine : Les serviettes et l'eau potable devraient être facilement disponibles ou fournies lorsque les clients arrivent dans la piscine. 4. Paiement à manger en chambre : nous avons été demandés de payer immédiatement après la livraison de la nourriture, et le personnel a également pris une photo de la confirmation de paiement. À mon avis, les frais devraient être ajoutés idéalement au factur de la chambre et convenablement réglés au check-out, comme on l'attend généralement à un hôtel 5-star. 5. Collection d'outils utilisés : Après notre repas, nous avons gardé les outils utilisés en dehors de la salle de collection. Cela aurait dû être noté et clarifié beaucoup plus tôt. - Oui. Globalement, la propriété elle-même est très bonne, mais le service et l'attention aux détails nécessitent une amélioration pour réellement correspondre aux normes et aux attentes associées à un hôtel 5-star.

Ranchi doesn’t have too ***y top tier hotels. This hotel is actually underrated and for the price per night offers a really comfortable stay. I stayed for 1 night and found the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport. For anyone looking for a decent stay on a budget, this is a great option in Ranchi!

It’s my third time there and I always had a very warm and welcome service. Last time I also got an Up-grade and was very very happy after travelling around in Bihar and Jharkand.

Il existe de nombreux types de petit-déjeuner, l'isolation phonique de la chambre est très bonne, la qualité du sommeil après le séjour est relativement élevée, la ville de Ranchi est déjà un bon hôtel, la salle de sport est géniale !

It's nice hotel New I enjoyed my stay

I stayed here in 1st week of jean 2023. The hotel is near the oil india entrance and hence very strategically placed for business purpose. The rooms are very comfortable and in top condition as of now. Swimming pool is in very good condition and so is the gaming arcade. Bar and open air lounge have all great whiskekies. Overall an excellent experience that dibrugarh-duliajn lacked.

It was a very disappointing experience. Right from the attitude of front desk/reception to cleanliness of the room, the condition of mattresses, poorly maintained closets, bathroom fitting, leaking flush, missing chairs. And lot more. The requests are repeated number of times to get answered. The room allotted has no similarity to what was shown . The operation of the lift(1970 model( is something to be decided. Most of the time, the lift will be held up in one of the floors, because someone has left the door open. We got good exercise climbing uo and down the stairs. In some major portion of the property, maintenence/refurbishing was going in with lot of noise and dust. Only positive thing about the property is the excellent food served in the resturant. This is one of the worst experiences i had so far and i will be doing an injustice if i recommend this property to others. The rates charged are very high when you look at what facilities are provided.
