I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

Excellent location, la première ligne de l'océan! Luxury avec balcon et vue sur l'océan. Mais la chambre n'a pas vu une réparation ou au moins un nettoyage général. Mobilier couché dans les lieux, tapis à lit sale. Pour 5 entrées et même 4 ne tire pas du tout.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Hotel was beautiful, expensive but worth the money.

A 5 star location and a nice and peaceful resort, but I wouldn't say it is a 5 star resort, more like 3-4 stars and you're paying for the location rather than the resort. The rooms are large and spacious but are in need of an upgeade.The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant needs more organisation though. There are lots of staff but many of them are just standing around and it took nearly an hour for us to get an order of tandoori roti.

Nice property and well maintained. Offers all the basic amenities as stated on the website and the food is pretty good. However, I think the staff need some more training as it seems very disorganised. The staff are trying their best but it seems like a problem with the management.

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec beaucoup d'options pour choisir. Un grand endroit pour se détendre Je reviendrais heureusement.

Le personnel était très agréable et attentif, assurant une expérience confortable et confortable. Les services offerts étaient de top-notch, répondant à toutes mes besoins de manière efficace.
