Un séjour confortable pour les voyageurs d'affaires et les voyageurs solitaires.
Les restaurants Koji et Ai Di La ont servi de bons aliments et le service était de haut niveau.
Le seul commentaire que j'ai est que la variété du petit déjeuner devrait inclure davantage d'options internationales, car la plupart des plats sont principalement la cuisine indienne.
En général, il s'agit d'un séjour confortable et est fortement recommandé.

Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and the rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4. Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits.
A special call out for supporting ‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!

Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et serviable. Vous devez demander des commodités à la place, l'hôtel devrait les fournir dès le départ. Il faut payer pour le seau à glace que j'ai vu pour la première fois. Le WiFi était un gros problème, il se connectait mais dans la plupart des cas, il n'y avait pas d'Internet.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.

IInvitéThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

IInvitéFrom the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

IInvitéThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

HHAMTY125We stayed here during our long one-day transit in Mumbai. The hotel is very close to the airport (just 5-10 minutes away), making it easy to transfer early in the morning. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. In room dining food was tasty. However, check-in took some time as they required us to create an Accor hotel account and download the 'Accor Key' app to generate a digital room key. I believe this process is unnecessary and time-consuming for short-term stays. Additionally, both the hotel and food are more expensive in Mumbai compared to other cities.
