Location is very good between the main area of city. Hotel atmosphere is very good and staff is very polite and breakfast is very delicious. Overall we can recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

Not available for getting food and cab invoices at checking out, due to systematic issues, and leave my email for sending ASAP
After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email……..
Writing email to hotel service email…..no response
Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min…….
I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..

Je regrette de ne pas avoir écouté les suggestions des autres pour vivre à Novatel près du hall d'exposition. Cet hôtel est bien décoré, mais l'entretien n'est pas suffisant. Si le robinet de la salle de bain est lâche, il y a de l'humidité et de la moisissure dans la maison, et il y a encore une distance par rapport à la norme internationale cinq étoiles...

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing.
The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team.
Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

Les ambiants étaient bons. Adéquat pour tous les types d'occasions. La nourriture était délicieuse. Nous avons pris un dîner à la lumière des bougies qui était dans le jardin, il était plein de moustiques. C'est le seul problème. Sinon, globalement bon. Je voudrais évaluer 4/5.

MMegan LindseyViens ici sur Business ... Il s'agit d'un séjour magnifique. L'emplacement est confortable pour Business si vous séjournez juste dans la proximité de l'aéroport ou dans le district Aerospace .... mais bien une façon de tirer de l'expérience ”reelle vie” de l'Inde (c'est-à-dire, les vendeurs de produits alimentaires de rue, etc.). Le personnel est très gentil et utile ... très attentif. Le repas est délicieux avec une grande variété. Sérieusement le lit le plus confortable que j'aie jamais dormi !
Le seul Con est que si vous venez de l'aéroport et n'avez pas de conducteur là pour vous prendre, vous devez faire face à tous les camions qui essaient d'extorquer vous pour la courte course ... serait agréable si l'hôtel a fait savoir que le transport pourrait être Les utilisateurs de la ville ont été informés de la situation de la ville et de la situation de la ville.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Cependant, l'employé de l'hôtel n'a pas été expérimenté pendant le check-out et n'a pas été formé par l'hôtel. trip.com NET a NET éduqué et communiqué à l'hôtel que Trip.com est une société en ligne légitime, et lorsque trip.com envoie une réservation prépayée, le client a PLÉMENT PAYÉ POUR STAY. Cette absence de communication par trip.com et la formation incomplète par la gestion de l'hôtel, laisse un GAP BIG dans le poste de contrôle retardé. L'hôtel était très bien situé, et il était très bon pour les clients.

L'hôtel lui-même passe par des travaux de rénovation, ce qui fait un peu bruit pendant la journée.
La décoration est un peu date et ne donne pas l'impression d'un hôtel étoile.
La salle de sport et de vapeur sont fantastiques. L'eau et les fruits sont disponibles là.
J'avais un petit déjeuner, le buffet était fantastique et les chefs étaient disponibles aux comptoirs et le personnel demandait constamment si je voulais quelque chose que je ne vois pas sur le menu - une autre impression positive.
Verdict : une bonne expérience et un personnel amiable.
Je recommande un court séjour.
