Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

This was one of our best stays in Kolkata. Hyatt Regency Kolkata is an excellent all purpose hotel with high end restaurants and five start guest services, fast Internet, clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh towels, clean water supply always and more. I highly recommend this five start hotel which has kept up to it's reputation for decades. It has a wide variety of food choices and sumptuous breakfast.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

C'était mon deuxième séjour au Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata et j'ai de nouveau choisi cet hôtel en raison de son service exceptionnel à tous les niveaux. Le personnel du restaurant, sous la direction de Biswas, a toujours été formidable et, pour avoir séjourné dans d'autres hôtels de Kolkata, je peux affirmer que la qualité des plats proposés ici est bien meilleure. Le personnel de la réception est également aimable et serviable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour.

Excellent séjour, grande localisation et valeur pour de l'argent L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de Chennai, où il est situé à proximité de la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la lit était propre et la salle de bains a été bien entretenue avec des toilettes appropriées. Ils proposent un petit déjeuner buffet avec une grande variété d'options. Le parking est disponible, c'est pratique et le personnel a été amable et utile, une mention spéciale pour le personnel de sécurité et le personnel de service de la chambre pour leur hospitalité. Le seul petit malaise était que le lift s'arrêtait toujours au premier étage (réception) par défaut, ce qui était un peu annonçant. De plus, FYI, j'ai mis en place ma carte de clé de chambre et devait payer 200 pour un remplacement. Globalement, c'était une grande expérience et je recommanderais certainement cet endroit pour tout le monde qui visitera Chennai.

Nous restons habituellement ici quand nous nous arrêtons à Kolkata, comme il est convenablement situé. Vous pouvez attraper un Uber à l'aéroport pour environ 150 roupies. Il est situé près d'un supermarché et juste en bas de la route est un bon centre commercial. Le personnel était très attentif et utile, même si c'était un moment occupé.
