We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud (no soundproof walls )although our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

Hotels play a crucial role whenever I'm out for a trip. Firangipani Suites is by far one of the best stays that I've been to. Starting from the location to the rooms & services - everything is top notch. The food served to the guests is also super delicious. An extra shoutout to the behaviour and cooperation of the staffs.
Looking forward to my next stay at this property.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

Останавливались в отеле в Калькуте. Отель расположен не в центре города — дорога на такси занимает примерно 30 минут до центра и около 20 минут до аэропорта. При этом место тихое и спокойное, без городского шума, что для нас было большим плюсом.
Номер площадью 21 м² — для двоих гостей немного тесноват, но в целом комфортный. По нашей просьбе принесли тапочки. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и быстро реагирует на любые обращения.
В целом остались довольны пребыванием. Рекомендую.

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and humble staff who made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The highlight of my stay, without a doubt, was the food. Every meal I had was absolutely delicious, and the room service was prompt and attentive. It truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was fantastic. A perfect blend of great service, comfort, and amazing food—I'll definitely be returning!

L'hôtel Marriott permet aux enfants de moins de 3 ans dans leur bar et non pas un , sept d'entre eux et pendant des heures. J'ai évoqué quelques fois que les enfants étaient autorisés dans un bar, mais aucune action n'a été prise.
C'est contre la loi et je crois que la loi indienne n'autorise pas l'accès à un bar de moins de 21 ans.
Je ne pouvais pas croire que Marriott autorise l'activité illégale dans une géotag qu'ils exploitent et qui a aussi reposé sur un enfant et que je ne peux utiliser que la parole est l'abus d'enfant.

SShree Vardhan MundhraCheck in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

IInvitéEverything was perfect; except the dinner buffet. We will come to that later. I quote four memorable experiences.
1. The reception staff was well-trained and professional and any problems such as a billing confusion was resolved effortlessly, and more, the manager suggested me to relax in my room while they sort out the issue; no need to stand at the reception. What a nice gesture!
2. There was some drainage issue in one of the rooms (I had booked several rooms). A call to zero resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The service was ultra-fast for a hotel of this size.
3. They have shown a bold move by placing specially challenged (speech and hearing) individuals at public facing roles such as the butler, the restaurant waiter, etc. They are all well-trained and were able to communicate with my parents, my kid, and us effortlessly. Of course, none of us are trained in sign-language but somehow they managed it extremely well; hence this was a unique and amazing experience.
4. While we were checking in, there was some confusion with some of our guests who hadn't arrived yet. So, we decided to drop the bags and come back later for checkin. When the manager noticed that my elderly parents were in the car outside, they sent a couple of bottles of water to the car. Costs nothing but left a lasting impression! The dinner buffet was fine in general but the management could work on the menu and taste better, given the spotless nature of all of their other amenities and services. The breakfast buffet, however, had amazing taste. Moreover, in any other city, I would not have this complain but in Kolkata, the locals are typically foodies and the cheapest to the most expensive places in the city cannot compromise on taste. I would like to give the hotel a benefit of the doubt- I stayed during a (better: the) major North Indian festival. That might explain the main cooks on leave and backup options turned on, who tried their best but did not quite get it right.

IInvitéElegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Le taux cité sur Trip.com était environ 40% supérieur au prix offert directement par l'hôtel pour la même catégorie de chambre et les dates de séjour. Cette différence est importante et franchement inattendue, surtout si je suis un membre de la plateforme Diamond.
En tant que membre précieux, j'attends Trip.com de fournir des taux concurrentiels ou préférentiels, ne dépassant pas ce que propose la propriété elle-même.

IInvitéWe booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness.
They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement.
The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai.
Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that.
But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch.
I hope they look into all this.

Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff
