The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial. C'est juste en face du château d'Egg sur la plage. Vous pouvez voir le volcan et la vue nocturne de la ville depuis le balcon. C'est très confortable de marcher et de courir sur la plage tôt le matin. pas loin pour marcher vers diverses attractions. L'hôtel a une certaine histoire et les installations et équipements sont un peu meilleurs, à recommander !

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel comme premier hébergement lors de notre voyage sur la côte amalfitaine. Des trains partent de la gare centrale de Naples et, même s'il y a moins de trains pour Sorrente, les allers-retours sont faciles. Les transports vers des villes comme Positano et Amalfi sont rares et longs ; séjourner ici est donc une option sûre. La serrure de la porte était un peu dure, mais le personnel de la réception et un voisin de chambre nous ont aidés. La vue depuis la salle du petit-déjeuner était magnifique.

L'hôtel en lui-même est assez standard, comme on peut s'y attendre d'une grande chaîne hôtelière, mais le service laissait vraiment à désirer. On nous avait annoncé un service voiturier, mais il n'y en avait pas. Les employés nous ont simplement dit de nous garer nous-mêmes. Soit. Après mon enregistrement, j'ai demandé si nos bagages seraient montés dans notre chambre. La réception m'a alors demandé si j'avais un ticket pour les bagages, ce à quoi j'ai répondu que nous n'avions rien reçu. Les employés sont restés plantés là, à l'entrée. On m'a dit qu'ils allaient nous les envoyer sous peu, mais vu qu'ils ne faisaient rien, nous avons pris nos bagages nous-mêmes. Précisons que j'étais enceinte de six mois, et cela se voit, mais ils ne nous ont proposé aucune aide. Une fois dans notre chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons beau la baisser, rien n'y faisait. Incroyable de constater qu'elle ne fonctionne pas pour le prix payé ! La chambre était étouffante, et même le couloir était plus frais. De plus, pendant notre séjour, il y avait une conférence. On nous a donné une chambre au même étage que les participants, et comme prévu, ils étaient bruyants et agités la nuit. Nous les entendions parler dans le couloir la nuit. Quand nous avons appelé la réception, ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Super utile ! Au moment du départ, le même serveur est resté planté là à regarder une femme enceinte sortir ses quatre valises. Je me demande vraiment ce qu'ils font d'autre que de rester là à ne rien faire toute la journée. Le service est déplorable et j'ai déjà été mieux servi dans de petits hôtels de charme ou des hôtels familiaux. Le seul point positif de ce séjour, c'est que les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Et c'est tout.

Nous avons initialement réservé l'hôtel Aequa pour une nuit et nous avons prolongé notre séjour jusqu'à sept nuits, ce qui reflète la comodité et la convenance de l'expérience dans son ensemble. Les photos montrent les belles photos du composé. Très bétail ami. L'hôtel est très bien situé en tant que base pour explorer la côte Amalfi, Pompeii et Naples. Il offre une alternative plus calme et plus pratique à rester dans les zones touristiques plus crowdées, tout en offrant un accès facile aux destinations clés. La chambre est confortable, avec un balcon qui offre une bonne vue. Le petit déjeuner est cohérent et agréable, avec des produits comme le chocolat chaud et une omélette à fromage bien préparée. L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking privé à un tarif raisonnable de 15 euros par jour, qui est particulièrement convenable pour les conducteurs de la région. Il est disponible un ascenseur, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement aux chambres avec bagage. L'hôtel propose une combinaison équilibrée de confort, de confort et de valeur, ce qui la rend un choix fort pour les voyageurs qui explorent cette partie de l'Italie.

We stayed 3 nights at Santa Fortunata Village in Dodome Tent No. 9 and had a pleasant experience overall. The village is located a bit outside of Sorrento town, but since we were driving, the distance wasn’t an issue. For those not driving, they do offer a buggy service, which is convenient. Our tent didn’t have the best view, but we were still able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay, with no disturbances from other campers. The bed was comfortable, and the tent included a plug point and two USB ports. However, there were no built-in lights, so we recommend bringing your own portable USB light. There were ants on the ground, but it wasn’t a major problem. The parking lot was spacious, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were a short walk away. Showers had hot water, and there were plenty of basins and mirrors available. The provided hair dryer was quite weak, so it’s better to bring your own if needed. The village also has mini marts and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant once—it was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer excursions as well, though we had already planned our own itinerary. All in all, it was a comfortable and quiet glamping experience. We'd definitely consider coming back!

Nous sommes arrivés à 10h30 et on nous a indiqué que l'enregistrement se faisait à 15h. Nous avons demandé deux fois, car cela nous semblait plus tard que d'habitude. La dame à lunettes a insisté sur le fait que c'était bien 15h. En vérifiant en ligne plus tard, nous avons constaté qu'il était plus de 14h30. Si la chambre n'était pas prête, elle aurait simplement pu nous le dire au lieu de nous induire en erreur. De plus, c'était le seul hôtel de toute l'Italie à ne même pas proposer de bouteilles d'eau gratuites. On en trouvait dans le minibar, mais elles coûtaient 3 euros. Les produits de toilette se limitaient à des gobelets en carton et à de petits flacons de gel douche/shampoing qui n'ont pas été remplacés le lendemain ; nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller avec le peu de savon restant. Le lit était très mal monté. La salle de bain était pleine de moisissures, les murs étaient sales et on aurait dit qu'elle n'avait pas été nettoyée en profondeur depuis des années. Le point positif : il y avait des oreillers de rechange et un balcon avec une table et une chaise. Le petit-déjeuner était l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons pris en Italie. L'emplacement était idéal, à 1 km du port, et il y avait une épicerie à proximité. Le prix était également raisonnable (250 euros la nuit) lors de notre réservation. Cependant, nous avons envisagé de prolonger notre séjour et, deux semaines avant notre arrivée, le prix avait augmenté de plus de 50 %. À ce stade, je ne pense pas que cela valait la peine.

Mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Hotel Parco del Sole in Sant’Agnello. There are some genuinely good points: the garden and pool are well-maintained, and the entrance is magnificent with palm trees that make you feel like you’re arriving at a grand villa. The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is also a convenient plus. However, the hotel feels like it’s past its glory days. It seems it’s now mainly serves British package holidaymakers, and many rules feel outdated. For example, you must return pool towels to reception upon checkout, and they keep your ID at check-in for about 30 minutes to make a copy—both inconvenient and old-fashioned practices. The breakfast is very standard with terrible coffee, which is particularly shameful for Italy. But the worst part was the outdoor seating area in the breakfast restaurant—it was filthy, seemingly not cleaned for a year or longer. Bird droppings and general grime made it unpleasant to eat there. Overall, while the property has potential with its beautiful grounds, the outdated policies, and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend.

Over all experience ! 8/10! Location 10-15 to Sorrento town centre by bus ! Which is right outside. So don’t bother for taxi , or paid car parking ! Sea view hotel. 3 star but with lovely pool , sea view sitting area to relax for guests. Hand wash , hair dryer , small bathroom. Shower area very tight but manageable. Locker. Air con. Room size ( booked Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Room cleanliness good . Bed comfortable ! Cupboard. All this in 3 star is mind boggling ! Now Negative points . U can’t sleep for long. Max 8-9am. As check out is 10.30am max. BF 7/10. As other guest start closing doors going for BF so u hear them. It’s a two story hotel with stairs. No elevator. But has help to take your luggage to rooms. Try to take rooms on 1st floor. If u r over 55 plus. But keep in mind. It’s 3 star. With sea view and pool. Last suggestion. Don’t other taking rent a car. Take ferries. Driving on some road here is not very safe with Italian drivers. Plus traffic.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill with very good vires of the Sorrento coast. The amenities provided very good and room was decent too. Staff was helpful. We need just cold medicines Panadol but were unavailable at the hotel. The hotel provides for shuttle bus service at specific times which is good as the place is about 25-30 mins away from the centre. We missed it by around 30-45 mins so had to take the coach buses to the hotel which is also quite reasonable. The hotel was proactive and arranged the Amalfi Positano trip by ferry, with pickup and drop at hotel, which was superb. Overall, we loved our-stay at Prestige.
