Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Il dispose d'un vaste espace commun avec de nombreux sièges confortables et d'un agréable espace extérieur au centre de l'établissement. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et modernes. Seul bémol : les produits de toilette. Le shampoing, le gel douche et la lotion pour le corps avaient une odeur désagréable. Heureusement que j'avais apporté les miens, car le parfum des produits offerts était inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était correct et copieux, avec un choix de plats chauds et de viennoiseries. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les croissants frais, le bacon et le café de la machine en libre-service, identique à celui du bar. Les fruits frais étaient fades, mais j'ai adoré la sélection de fruits secs. Le personnel de la réception était très aimable et serviable. La salle de sport était également bien équipée avec du matériel professionnel. Je reviendrais sans hésiter et je recommande cet hôtel aux autres voyageurs, mais pensez à apporter vos propres produits de toilette.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, public transportation, and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations were very helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone visiting Rimini. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable—we would be happy to stay here again!

À proximité de la gare. Si vous voyagez avec une valise, vous pouvez prendre le bus n° 14 ou 15 depuis la gare. Il y a un arrêt pour le Royal Plaza Hotel. L'hôtel se trouve juste à côté en descendant. J'ai oublié le nom de l'arrêt. J'ai demandé au chauffeur dans le bus et il semblait y avoir trois arrêts. Vous pouvez acheter un ticket au guichet avant de monter pour 1,5 euro. Le petit-déjeuner est également copieux. En bref : un hôtel confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité de la station, à environ 2-3minute, à quelques minutes de marche, et il est très pratique de rentrer à Parma par train. La zone autour de l'hôtel semblait cependant un peu questionable à certains moments, mais ensuite le centre historique de la ville est à seulement une courte promenade. Le petit déjeuner buffet était suffisant pour vous remplir pour commencer le jour, et le service était très attentif. En général, nous avons eu un bon séjour à Novotel, et nous serions certainement restés à nouveau.

Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement. Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.
