Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Bonne position, petit déjeuner en moyenne, plus pour les touristes étrangers. Piscine propre. Chambre familiale assez confortable pour 4 personnes. Balcon un peu petite mais vue sur la mer. Il est regrettable qu'ils n'aient pas de conventions avec des établissements voisins de la structure, mais il faut prendre un ferry à un coût de 1,5 euros par personne pour avoir en tout cas seulement l'ombrelle sans dorm.

We stayed for only one night but we definitely will return to Bologna and Unahotels Bologna San Lazzaro. Everything was amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, public transportation, and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations were very helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone visiting Rimini. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable—we would be happy to stay here again!

J'ai trouvé l'endroit très moderne et neuf. Très sûr, à première vue, cela ressemblait à un endroit pour étudier ou travailler. A noter : ils ne prennent pas d'espèces pour payer la taxe de séjour, uniquement par carte. Bon emplacement à proximité de la gare. 20-30 minutes à pied des attractions touristiques. L'hôtel dispose d'une petite salle de sport, d'une bonne terrasse, ainsi que de salles pour étudier ou travailler,… Les chambres ont des détails très bien pensés. Même si la seule chose qui m'a un peu déçu, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de chaussures, mais pour le prix et ainsi de suite, tout est parfait. Soyez prudent avec le carrelage en entrant dans la salle de bain.

Chambres propres et lits confortables. Bon service et bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement pratique, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la gare et de la plage. Le seul inconvénient était le peu de bruit provenant de la chambre d'à côté, mais ce n'était pas un gros problème. Pour le prix, j'étais satisfait et j'envisagerais quand même de séjourner ici lors de ma prochaine visite.

Je séjourne dans cet hôtel depuis dix ans. Je reste ici chaque fois que je viens à l'exposition de Parme. C'est aussi très pratique pour se rendre à l'exposition et encore plus proche de la gare. La boutique du petit-déjeuner à côté est délicieuse. La propriétaire chinoise sert des plats chinois et occidentaux. Elle propose même des crêpes et des fruits. Génial.

Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement. Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.
