Excellent location, excellente location, traitement et service pour tout le personnel, en particulier pour le récepteur qui est le matin et qui sait parler espagnol. Son amabilité et son attention : exceptionnellement, celui qui a une piscine, même si elle est petite, pour se faire un chapeau surtout en été, avec la chaleur qu'il fait, est un point important à prendre en considération. Et même si je l'ai lu que vous ne vous aviez pas dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et que de nombreux cas, comme nous, vous envoient au deuxième étage avec de nombreuses escaliers, c'est vrai, mais ils vous montent aussi et vous descendent vos valises. Je répéterai certainement dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage à Florence .

My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

Installations : relativement récentes, avec système de contrôle intelligent. La première chambre m'a été donnée au sixième étage. Elle était reliée au toit et ne semblait pas en sécurité, et il y avait beaucoup de bruit venant du dernier étage (je pensais que c'était le bruit d'une tour de refroidissement ou d'un moteur), donc J'ai changé pour une chambre au troisième étage. La protection contre la foudre est au sixième étage. Il n'y a que deux pièces au sixième étage, 601 et 602. Propreté : il y avait des insectes morts sur l'oreiller dans la première chambre. Nous sommes allés à la réception et ils m'ont changé pour une autre chambre, ce qui était plutôt bien. Service : plutôt sympa. Petit déjeuner : très délicieux ! ! ! C'était très riche et m'a fait pardonner ma précédente erreur de vestiaire. Localisation : À environ 800 mètres de la gare, soit une dizaine de minutes à pied, ce qui est un peu gênant. L'avantage c'est que c'est plus sûr que l'hôtel à la gare.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Из недостатков могу отметить: отсутствие шампуня, плохо работающий холодильник и отсутствие стаканов в номере. За стаканами я обратилась на ресепшн, меня послали в бар, где выдали пластиковые стаканы.... Сама взяла стеклянные, поскольку не пью из пластика. Отель и сама Тиррения - идеальное место для отстранения от мира. Жизнь в городе замирает часов в 8-9. Ходить некуда. В 2х минутах ходьбы от отеля хороший супермаркет и несколько ресторанов. Ни в одном из них еда особенно не впечатлила. Море - шикарное. Очень чистое. За чистотой пляжа тоже следят. В получасе езды на автобусе от отеля - Пиза. Делать там нечего, кроме посещения башни, но это недолго - максимум минут 30. Благодарю за отдых.

Les enfants adorent, il y a des piscines et des espaces pour enfants, c'est très adapté aux familles avec enfants en vacances. Il y a un supermarché dans le camp où vous pouvez acheter de la nourriture et la cuisiner vous-même. Il y a également une buanderie, une location de vélos et une riche vie de divertissement. Bien qu'il soit loin de la ville, il y a des bus à la porte qui vont directement au centre-ville. C'est aussi très pratique.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, mais plutôt calme, ce qui est appréciable. Ma chambre disposait d'un petit balcon. Cependant, je dois dire que pour un hôtel aussi récent et appartenant au groupe IHG, j'ai été très déçu. J'ai d'abord trouvé un pansement usagé collé à ma serviette « propre », et la salle de bain était mal conçue : avec sa demi-paroi de baignoire, impossible de résister aux éclaboussures d'eau, même en faisant très attention sous la douche. L'hôtel et la chambre sont élégants, certes, mais pour un établissement de seulement deux ans (d'après internet, il a ouvert en 2023), la salle de bain est mal entretenue : robinet cassé et réparé provisoirement, rouille et taches partout, sans doute à cause du mauvais choix des matériaux lors de sa conception. L'ensemble donne l'impression d'un hôtel de 20 ans. Le premier matin, j'ai pris le petit-déjeuner très tôt ; l'ambiance était agréable et calme, et le buffet était copieux et de bonne qualité. Le deuxième matin, je suis arrivée vers 9h et les tables n'étaient pas nettoyées, les galettes de pommes de terre étaient dures comme de la pierre. Nous avons vu d'autres clients prendre des plats différents de ceux du buffet, alors j'ai demandé au personnel s'il y avait d'autres options. C'est seulement à ce moment-là qu'on nous a dit que chaque client pouvait commander un plat à la carte gratuitement. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus et je pense que les clients méritent de savoir qu'ils ont le choix… J'imagine que c'est comme ça qu'ils traitent les touristes… ou peut-être simplement les Asiatiques… Alors si vous séjournez ici, n'oubliez pas de demander le menu si vous souhaitez d'autres options pour votre petit-déjeuner.
