C'est un peu loin à pied de la gare et du centre-ville.
Mais c'est une grande auberge avec une piscine, des restaurants, un bar, etc.
Des événements sont également organisés de temps en temps pour les clients,
donc je pense que c'est un bon endroit pour ceux qui souhaitent rester un peu plus longtemps ou passer du temps entre amis et profiter des événements organisés.
Les lits et les chambres sont corrects.
Cependant, c'est un grand dortoir avec une seule salle de bain/douche, et la conception de la chambre peut rendre le bruit et la lumière gênants. Il faut donc être attentif. (C'est pourquoi c'est bon marché, donc on ne peut rien y faire.)
Le personnel est sympathique.
Cependant, la réception peut être très fréquentée selon les horaires.

The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

Super hôtel, vous trouverez dans une région proche (20 minutes de voiture) de Florence! Chambre excellente avec chauffage central grand bain et douche chaude et avec une excellente pression! Petit-déjeuner très bon. Espace excellent et service toujours prêt à aider. Le seul point qui n'était pas 100% était le restaurant la nuit avec peu d'options et un goût un peu sans gratitude de la nourriture. Nous reviendrons certainement.

La chambre était très luxueuse et spacieuse, avec des vues pittoresques. On a l’impression de vivre dans un musée de luxe haut de gamme. La qualité du service est de premier ordre et très chaleureuse et conviviale. C'est un endroit où je veux revenir encore.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour une nuit avec petit déjeuner inclus. Chambre très spacieuse, vraiment belle et silencieuse malgré la route peu lointain. Structure mastodontique et avec beaucoup de potentiel peut-être non exprimé au maximum. Pêche thermale très bon, péché pour la baignoire à l'extérieur qui avait de l'eau légèrement chaude et donc inutilisable. Nous avons profité du massage relaxant, très bon! Nous avons dîné au restaurant, bon et exhaustif. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable. Les garçons tous les pieds et les jeunes. Le seul péché est le check-in à 15 heures, donc si vous arrivez le matin, il y aura un supplément pour profiter de l'SPA. Il aurait peut-être été juste d'être transparent et de le déclarer sur le site, une excellente découverte.

Travel to the accommodation from central railway station was easy. Accommodation had a very chill vibe and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and there was a rooftop pool to relax with friends or make new friends for solo travellers.

Super nettes kleines Hotel mit dem grünen, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war auch sehr sensationell, im Sommer gibt es auch ein Schwimmbad, das war für mich jetzt noch nicht relevant da ich im März da war.

La gouvernante de l'hôtel était très attentionnée et prévenante. Nous avons pris le mauvais itinéraire en navigation, mais sous la direction patiente de la gouvernante, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en toute sécurité. Il s'agit d'un hôtel de style B&B avec peu de chambres et très calme.

IInvitéExcellent location, excellente location, traitement et service pour tout le personnel, en particulier pour le récepteur qui est le matin et qui sait parler espagnol. Son amabilité et son attention : exceptionnellement, celui qui a une piscine, même si elle est petite, pour se faire un chapeau surtout en été, avec la chaleur qu'il fait, est un point important à prendre en considération. Et même si je l'ai lu que vous ne vous aviez pas dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et que de nombreux cas, comme nous, vous envoient au deuxième étage avec de nombreuses escaliers, c'est vrai, mais ils vous montent aussi et vous descendent vos valises.
Je répéterai certainement dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage à Florence .

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

AAОтель находится в очень маленьком городке. Сам отель - хороший. Мне достался новый номер, шума не было. Очень чисто убирали каждый день. Из недостатков могу отметить: отсутствие шампуня, плохо работающий холодильник и отсутствие стаканов в номере.
За стаканами я обратилась на ресепшн, меня послали в бар, где выдали пластиковые стаканы.... Сама взяла стеклянные, поскольку не пью из пластика.
Отель и сама Тиррения - идеальное место для отстранения от мира. Жизнь в городе замирает часов в 8-9. Ходить некуда.
В 2х минутах ходьбы от отеля хороший супермаркет и несколько ресторанов. Ни в одном из них еда особенно не впечатлила.
Море - шикарное. Очень чистое. За чистотой пляжа тоже следят.
В получасе езды на автобусе от отеля - Пиза. Делать там нечего, кроме посещения башни, но это недолго - максимум минут 30.
Благодарю за отдых.

We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special.
The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat.
We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant.
One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical.
Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling.
Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition.
We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us.
If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night.
This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.

But I gotta say, as a newly opened hotel and an IHG group hotel, I was very disappointed. First, I found a used bandage stuck on my “clean” towel, and the bathroom was poorly designed , with the half screen on the bathtub , I guarantee you would get water everywhere on the floor no matter how careful you are when taking a shower. The hotel & room is stylish, but as a hotel of 2 years old (according to the internet, the hotel opened in 2023), the bathroom is badly maintained , broken faucet which was temporarily fixed, rusts and stains everywhere, i guess also because of the poor selection of materials when it was designed, this all makes it look like a 20 year old hotel. The first morning I had breakfast, I went really early, it was nice and quiet, I thought the spread was good and not bad in taste & quality. But the 2nd morning I went at 9ish, tables were not cleaned , the hash browns were rock-hard. And we saw other guests having different breakfast items that were not in the buffet, so I asked the staff if there were other options, and not until then we were told each guests can order 1 item each from the ala carte menu with no cost, we were not informed about this and I think guests deserves to know they have options… i guess that’s how they treat tourists ….. or just how they treat Asians….. so if you stay here, be sure to ask for the menu if you want alternatives for your breakfast.

IInvitéFirst off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help.
The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things.
The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless.
The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash.
Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

IInvitéNous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Proche de la gare, le tramway est très facile d'accès et il y a de bons cafés et restaurants à proximité. La piscine était agréable l'après-midi, quand il faisait chaud, avec une vue magnifique. Cependant, elle est beaucoup plus petite qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui visitent Florence.
