Une nouvelle auberge de jeunesse, pas une auberge classique, mais une auberge 5 étoiles. Nous avons passé trois nuits dans le bungalow privé ; ce fut un séjour merveilleux.

Just spent a night at Peam Snea Resort over the weekend with a friend, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The whole place feels like a hidden island escape — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for recharging.
The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. You park on the mainland and take a short boat ride to the island, which added a fun little adventure to the experience. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed — A/C, good Wi-Fi, and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view. We didn’t do a ton of activities (though they had kayaks and paddle boats), but it was perfect for just slowing down.
If you're looking for a peaceful weekend spot near Kampot to unwind with a friend or partner, I’d definitely recommend Peam Snea. Worth the trip!

Such an amazing stay. Rooms and resort are even better than the photos online. You truly get a “resort” feel here. Facilities are brand new and everything is extremely clean. Hotel is only 8 minutes to town and there are tuktuks ready to take you. Can not recommend this hotel enough for someone looking for a relaxing and upscale Kampot stay for a reasonable price. You will not regret staying here, it’s straight out of the movies. The free kayaks are a wonderful touch to the resort.

Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.

The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable.
Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space.
Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains.
Small pool on the ground floor.

Nous restons toujours ici à chaque fois que nous visitons Kampot. Il y a un parking donc nous pouvons garer notre voiture ici. Ce n'est pas si proche de la ville. Il faut prendre un tuktuk. Mais c'est propre et économique. C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons ici.

SSean EllyCe lieu est un petit paradis. Il est magnifiquement situé. Ils ont également des motos pour louer, et de la nourriture incroyable.

KKFY05CTDecided to splurge a little this time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was super smooth, he was already expecting our arrival. We were shown to our cool and prepared room. Very sweet of the hotel staff to make a welcome message from leaves and flowers and folded elephant towels ❤️
What I love most about this hotel is it's spacious bathroom and the shower came from the top, like water coming from the sky 🩵
Breakfast was decent, a good range of choices, though the ingredients used are not top and more on the saltier side. The juices are too sweet, the orange juice is something quite odd too. Nonetheless, it is complimentary, so it's a good start to the day.
Didn't use much facilities there except for refilling water, which is really nice too!
Check-out process is just as smooth too! If you have a little extra budget, treat yourselves a nice room, close to the city centre and approx 10 min walk to the promenade. Local markets are close by if there's where you'd like to go too!

IInvitéI absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown.
I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.

La piscine est tout simplement magnifique! Chaud et très propre.
Les chambres VIP sont situées à proximité de la piscine, mais le reste n'est pas pire (peut-être encore plus adapté à ceux qui veulent plus de confidentialité). Les chambres disposent d'un réfrigérateur, d'un air conditionné et d'une eau chaude dans la douche. L'hôtel a été ouvert récemment, donc tout est nouveau. Le personnel prend soin du territoire tous les jours.
Le centre-ville est à environ dix minutes de transport, mais il est possible de louer une bicyclette ou d'utiliser un taxi.
Je peux vraiment recommander ce resort !

IInvitéLe personnel de la maison était très occupé, la nourriture était super et le ppol était comme il était toujours bien regardé. Seuls les négatifs étaient des travaux de construction en cours, mais, dans la justice, ils devaient être effectués à un moment donné.
Il est très bon de garder à l'esprit que vous avez une bonne idée de ce que vous avez fait pour vous.

IIlvaplevoirThe hotel is really good. But could improve, specially considering the price. They need to improve their cleaning standards and pay more attention to it. I booked 3 nights and added 4 more nights. Some days they did not give the bottle of water or replace the empty tissue box. They do the service too fast and don’t seem to pay much attention to details. Besides is a relaxed place to stay and the staff is friendly.
