★★★★★ Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

Отличные отель за свои деньги. Номера чистые и просторные. В номере есть кондиционер. Завтраки хорошие. При отеле есть небольшое SPA и неплохой ресторан. Есть неколько минусов: в ванной стоит неприятный запах и подушки очень тоненькие.

A wonderful location and excellent service. Loved breakfast

Le fast 900 de Ctrip n'inclut pas de chambre loft précoce. En fait, le prix a beaucoup baissé avant d'emménager. Cette garantie de prix bas est vraiment mauvaise. De plus, en tant que boutique hôtel classé n°1 sur TripAdvisor, le service est vraiment sans voix. Arrivé à l'hôtel à 12 heures, personne à la réception, au bout d'un moment, les gens ont dit que la chambre n'était pas bonne, compréhensible, sont sortis déjeuner, fortes pluies temporaires, n'ont pas apporté de parapluie, de retour à la hôtel mouillé sous la pluie, il était déjà deux heures de l'après-midi Point, la réception de l'hôtel n'a même pas vérifié l'ordinateur pour voir l'état de la chambre, et a directement dit qu'il n'y avait pas de place, ou vous pouvez aller à le restaurant à l'arrière pour boire un verre. En conséquence, le café est facturé, pas l'hôtel préparé pour les invités mouillés qui attendent. De plus, les défauts de l'hôtel de charme se reflètent pleinement dans cet hôtel. Dans les toilettes, appuyez sur le bouton de chasse d'eau et l'eau atteindra le corps. Il y a un porte-serviettes pour suspendre les vêtements sur la serviette en papier toilette, mais suspendre les vêtements lavés rendra la serviette en papier humide. La conception de la salle de douche n'est pas mentionnée et le grenier est peu pratique. Bref, en tant qu'hôtel de charme quatre étoiles, ça rend vraiment les gens haha.

Le petit déjeuner est très étrange, pour la première fois que je le vois dans les hôtels, pas de mention de 4 étoiles.
