Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)

Équipements : La chambre avec vue sur la rivière était très agréable. La télévision diffusait des programmes, la connexion Internet était stable et la chambre était équipée d'un panneau de contrôle intelligent. Le lavabo était à une hauteur idéale, ce qui le rendait confortable. Le matelas était très confortable. Propreté : Satisfaisante Service : Satisfaisant. Les réceptionnistes, Xiao Yuan et Xiao Li, étaient très sympathiques. Ambiance : Le quartier était relativement calme.

Avantages : Le service est excellent, surtout la réceptionniste qui était chaleureuse et courtoise. L'emplacement est pratique : la station de métro est à une courte distance à pied, la Tour de la Grue Jaune n'est pas loin, et la rue piétonne de Jianghan est à quelques centaines de mètres. Environnement de l'hôtel : les installations sont neuves, propres et hygiéniques. Désavantages : L'hôtel est situé aux alentours du 50e étage et partage le même immeuble avec d'autres hôtels, ce qui rend l'attente des ascenseurs peu pratique. Il y a des travaux de construction en bas, ce qui rend la marche difficile et l'endroit sale et désordonné.

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience était bonne. Le personnel était agréable et nos besoins ont été pris en charge immédiatement. J'ai cependant noté quelques points : la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, il faisait trop chaud et nous avons dû changer de chambre. Malheureusement, la nouvelle chambre était plus petite. La climatisation fonctionnait correctement, mais les draps avaient une odeur de renfermé et la bonde de la baignoire était cassée. Une expérience plutôt décevante pour une suite Continental Club/VIP. Ah oui, et pas de bidet ! 😆

They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

L'expérience de cet séjour dépasse les attentes, il faut féliciter cinq étoiles! L'hôtel n'inclut pas le petit déjeuner, mais les boutiques de petit déjeuner et les boutiques de petit déjeuner en bas ont beaucoup de choix, le repas est très pratique et n'affecte pas totalement le voyage. La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, le voyage est très bon, le bus est économe, la rue est à proximité, les choses sont très confortables. Dès l'entrée dans l'hallo, il se sent propre, l'attitude du personnel de la réception est modérée et polie, le traitement du séjour et le départ sont rapides, le processus est simple, les questions sont posées avec patience et le service est très confortable. Les détails de l'hygiène sont particulièrement propres à l'intérieur de la chambre. Il n'y a pas de poussière et de boulangerie dans le bureau, le sol, les toilettes, aucun goût. Les produits de lit sont blancs, les chaussures et les épaules sont douces et douces, les ondes de bain sont particulièrement relaxées pendant une journée. L'effet de l'isolement sonore de la chambre est très bon, très tranquille après la fermeture de la fenêtre, l'effet de la fenêtre de la lumière est très bon, le sommeil est stable la nuit. Les deux réceptionnistes étaient super sympas et accueillantes. À notre arrivée, nous leur avons demandé de nous aider à réserver une chambre au barrage des Trois Gorges. Malgré la barrière de la langue et l'aide d'interprètes, elles ont été très serviables et ont tout fait pour que nous puissions réserver. Malheureusement, cela n'a finalement pas fonctionné, mais c'était la faute du système lui-même, pas de la gentillesse des réceptionnistes. Nous avons donc dû nous rendre à l'office de tourisme le lendemain pour tout réserver, ce qui n'a pas été plus simple. Mais tout le monde était super sympa et nous a aidés à réserver. Il faut absolument WeChat, que nous avions. L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé au bord de la rivière, et c'est super. La chambre est belle, grande et propre. Et c'est très calme la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et bon.

From the online pictures, the hotel and its premises looked dated. However, the warm ambience with soft lightning, spacious walkways and pastel decorations made us look forward to returning back to the hotel everyday. You can't fault the location of the hotel - there are 2 entrances to ensure easy access to where ever you want to go. One entrance gives immediate access to pickups and dropoffs, Jiqing street, not mentioned endless restaurants, shops and street peddles lining up on both sides of the streets. The other entrance gives immediate access to the bustling pedestrian streets, McDonald's, KFC, and other countless eating and shopping options, including souvenir shops, so you could easily grab something before you depart. A mall links to the hotel as well. You could also see a group of seemingly retirees dancing outside every morning. You could also opt for food and parcel delivery and then hotel's trusty robot will deliver to your room, if not, the front door desk will assist to store for you till you collect. The room we stayed was huge and the hotel service staff was very helpful. Many items at the breakfast buffet provided by an external vendor (so we were told) was cold when we went at 7am, such as the dim sum items like the bao and dumplings, and the cooked food like fried noodles. Many of the diners were complaining amongst ourselves. However, the staff there said the food is cooked anyway, so we could still eat them. When I reflected to the front desk, we were given some other breakfast options to make up for our bad experience. A male staff even gave us some toys and souvenirs that made us smile. It is not about getting freebies. I like that the various hotel staff at the front desk cared about guest experience and tried their best within their capacity to show that they want guests to feel happy staying at the hotel. Strong hotel support is really very important to travellers because our itinerary begins and ends with the hotel. So kudos to all the hotel staff who attended to us during our stay. Usually we won't return to the same hotel so as to try other options. But I think we will return to Dorset the next time we visit Wuhan again.

For anyone visiting Enshi, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you want to experience both convenience and calm. You are close to the charm of Daughter City, but once inside the hotel, it feels private, refined, and deeply relaxing. Pujian Courtyard-Style Hotel is not just a place to sleep.
