設施：設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，還有洗衣服 衞生：基本上頭一天晚上使用的浴巾洗漱用品，第二天中午就已經都換新了，垃圾桶桌面，包括被子枕頭也都收拾的乾乾淨淨，不影響日常使用 環境：環境優美，房間無異味，大床房有大窗户可以俯瞰風景 服務：前台小姐姐不僅好看，人也很好，晚上11點辦理的入住，不到5分鐘就辦理好了，給小姐姐點贊！

Je suis très satisfait, avec de nombreux points positifs : 1. Le plus grand atout est le service. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et propose du thé et de l'eau dès que vous vous installez dans le hall. On m'a attribué une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyée par erreur, et en attendant qu'elle le soit, on m'a offert un joli cadeau : un parapluie, une bouteille thermos et un masseur. 2. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la rue piétonne et de la plage fluviale. 3. L'hôtel est relativement récent, et je préfère les hôtels récents ; ils ont tendance à paraître plus propres. 4. La chambre avec vue sur la rivière offre une vue magnifique et il est très agréable de s'y installer et de discuter autour d'un thé. Outre les deux bouteilles d'eau minérale offertes chaque jour, une grande bouteille supplémentaire est même fournie pour le thé. 5. La douche est grande, avec un pommeau puissant, ce qui la rend très confortable. 6. Les toilettes sont des toilettes intelligentes toutes neuves. Une salle de bain propre est un élément que j'apprécie particulièrement lorsque je choisis un hôtel. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à des amis et je séjournerai certainement à nouveau à Wuhan lors de ma prochaine visite.

Avantages : Le service est excellent, surtout la réceptionniste qui était chaleureuse et courtoise. L'emplacement est pratique : la station de métro est à une courte distance à pied, la Tour de la Grue Jaune n'est pas loin, et la rue piétonne de Jianghan est à quelques centaines de mètres. Environnement de l'hôtel : les installations sont neuves, propres et hygiéniques. Désavantages : L'hôtel est situé aux alentours du 50e étage et partage le même immeuble avec d'autres hôtels, ce qui rend l'attente des ascenseurs peu pratique. Il y a des travaux de construction en bas, ce qui rend la marche difficile et l'endroit sale et désordonné.

Great location within walking distance to tourist attractions in Hankou though give yourself extra time if you are taking a car to go somewhere. Traffic very congested by the hotel. The view from hotel is very nice and Club Floor access is a treat for those who wish to splurge a little. Those who arrive at the Club at the start of afternoon snack time typically have good food choices. Staff generally very helpful in lobby and club area. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very attentive. Street sounds can be heard in room though outside activities stop by bed time. Saw many families in the hotel with guests of all ages. Great choice for any type of traveller!

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Il faut rendre un grand hommage à l'hôtel! Depuis le moment où il est arrivé, je me sens chaud comme le retour de l'invité. La dame et la sœur de la réception sourient gentilment, ont pris l'initiative d'aider à emballer les bagages et ont présenté avec patience les installations de l'hôtel et les plats environnants. La chambre est plus large que prévu, et la corne de la santé est aussi incolore. Je vois que l'hôtel est très utile dans les détails. Le sommeil est très calme la nuit et n'a pas été envoyé complètement. J'ai envoyé un petit cadeau quand je suis sorti, c'est vraiment une surprise! Le service est complet, l'expérience est complète, je vais vraiment visiter encore!

Situat just above Jianghan Shopping walking street, very convenient to get food or shopping. Room is recently renovated so it is very new, but found some food crumbs along the bed edges on the first day on check-in. Thinkly layout as well. Cependant, il y a cette conduite verte qui illumine la chambre sombre la nuit quand toutes les lumières sont éteintes, m'a conduit à avoir 2 nuits sans sommeil. La fermeture de fenêtre est aussi déchirée, et pendant un des jours venteux, la fenêtre était éteinte, ce qui a choqué mes enfants.

For anyone visiting Enshi, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you want to experience both convenience and calm. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. La chambre est globalement agréable. Les transports sont pratiques : le métro est juste en bas et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Il faut faire un grand plaisir au service de cet hôtel! Pendant l'examen, nous avons proposé de retarder le départ à 5 heures de l'après-midi (nous sommes biologiques), nous avons également aidé à préparer le petit-déjeuner buffet de l'hôtel. Les deux personnes ont mangé 5 jours pour 49 yuan. Nous avons résolu notre grand problème. Nous sommes tous désolés. Le service est très chaud et l'environnement de la chambre est bon, Vivre très tranquille, la saison est excellente!!
