Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

Très à proximité de la porte du sud de Guangzhou, à cinq minutes à pied, l'hôtel est situé dans l'ancienne ville de Hangzhou. À 15 minutes à pied, il peut atteindre le mur de la ville antique de East Gate et le bâtiment Binyang. La chaîne de restauration célèbre de Hangzhou est à droite de l'hôtel. À 100 mètres de l'hôtel, 500 mètres de marche peuvent être atteints à la place de shopping du jardin de la pâte. L'hôtel est à proximité de l'hôpital central de Hangzhou. Les achats sont très pratique pour le médecin.

Vous habitez souvent cet hôtel, l'environnement est bon, la chambre est propre et sanitaire, l'équipement est complet, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, le service de candy de la réception est très attentif. Il y a un grand magasin de commerce autour de lui (Wanda Store) qui est confortable à voyager. Il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants et d'alcool, en résumé, vous pouvez

Globalement un grand séjour. Le Pros : Le petit déjeuner était certainement le point de vue de la grande variété de plats occidental et chinois. Vous devez essayer les noodles de viande bovine ; ils étaient honnêtement meilleurs que beaucoup de restaurants extérieurs ! Le service était excellent à travers le bureau, du restaurant au bureau de front, et ils nous ont même donné des fruits et des boissons comme un cadeau d'adieu, qui était un joli touche. Les Cons : Pour être honnêtes, les matériels et les installations montrent leur âge.

Très confortable, près du centre commercial Wanda et à 10 minutes de la gare à grande vitesse (environ RMB11 par cabine).

Nous vous souhaitons un excellent séjour. Le personnel de la réception est chaleureux et serviable. Hôtel hautement recommandé pour un séjour à Enshi.

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, et l'atmosphère était calme et luxueuse. Ce qui a fait vraiment mon expérience spéciale était l'excellent service. Le personnel était ami et toujours prêt à aider. Un grand cri à l'équipe de garde 11th-floor ils étaient incroyablement pensants, attention à de petits détails qui ont fait de mon séjour encore mieux. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel et je resterai certainement ici à nouveau!

Cet hôtel est absolument fantastique ! La chambre était propre et confortable, la literie douce et j'ai très bien dormi. Le service était également excellent ; le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné, et a répondu rapidement à tous mes besoins. L'environnement était très calme. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
