L'hôtel est bien, mais pas beaucoup plus que ça. Petit déjeuner très ennuyeux. Quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel avant 10 heures du matin. 14h et nous sommes allés à la réception, nous n'avons pas eu de message de bienvenue mais une phrase comme quoi nous reviendrions après 14h. 14, aucun accueil du tout ni vérification des chambres etc. Il était acceptable d'utiliser la piscine avant l'enregistrement, mais nous n'étions pas autorisés à nous asseoir sur les chaises longues. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la promenade de la plage et de plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité, mais le quartier est assez ennuyeux et très touristique et donc moins charmant.

Elegant and lovely hotel complex with pleasant and friendly staff! The complex consists of a historical and residential part. There are amazing beach area with a pool, bar, and restaurant. The spa is wonderful, big pool, a few saunas, a Turkish bath, a salt room, and jacuzzi. The rooms are beautiful and the space is large, minimalistic, and nicely decorated.
My husband and I were here for the second time and the staff gave us a wonderful surprise: a bottle of Prosecco and 2 packages of delicious chocolates!
Breakfast was excellent!
The first time we were unsatisfied with the room view of an ugly courtyard next to the residential building. The next day we were moved to the historical building in a beautiful bigger room with a better view. Out of season is the best time for a visit according to price and occupancy and crowding.

Хороший отель, мы жили в дополнительном корпусе, море прямо под окнами, очень приятно сидеть на балконе. Отличный завтрак! У отеля свой пирс с шезлонгами, но он очень неуютный и необлагороженный.

Location is perfect, breakfast is perfect, swimming pool is perfect!! 2 storey villa is good, but need of repair (broken shelves, for example), old condition without control panel. Staff is very is friendly! Thank you for our comfortable stay!

Un endroit charmant qui se voit dans une baie très pittoresque, et au milieu de la nature.
Le panorama de l'hôtel est très suggérant un vote très élevé et un petit conseil (dans le bain, les boîtes de shampooing et les bains mousses trop douzaines pour l'élégance de la structure) nous conseillons dispenser anonymes ou monodoses.

В целом неплохо, но есть противоречия. Затхлый и прокуренный запах в номере, не работал спа центр, завтрак в разные дни не сопоставим: шикарный завтрак «шведский стол» и крайне скудный завтрак по схеме заказа по меню, Неприветливый молодой человек на ресепшен и, наоборот; очень приветливая дама.
Есть отличный супермаркет и пекарня рядом. Удобная парковка, если хватит мест

Fantastic stay – highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience at Boutique Hotel Kredo. The service was excellent, and the breakfast truly deserves a 10/10. A nice bonus – they provide beach towels, which you can pick up at Hotel Perla. The beach is just a 5-minute walk along the promenade. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

ММаксим УсынинМы отдыхали с супругой со 2 по 5 марта 2026 года. Картинки на сайте абсолютно не передают того, что есть на самом деле — это по-настоящему шикарный отель с первоклассным обслуживанием.
Когда зашли в номер, он нас просто поразил своим дизайном, простором, шикарным видом на Которский залив и красивую территорию отеля. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает ванная комната, которая по размеру такая же, как и спальня. В ней установлено огромное панорамное окно (которое может закрываться жалюзи), здесь же обустроена большая гардеробная, а прямо посередине стоит диван.
Персонал выше всяких похвал, и это не тот персонал с «резиновой» улыбкой, а очень профессиональные люди с искренним отношением к гостям. Завтрак подают по системе a la carte, но всё готовят и приносят очень быстро. Сам отель расположен на закрытой территории нового девелоперского проекта Portonovi — это целый «город» с отелями, апартаментами, ресторанами, бутиками и красивой мариной с яхтами.
Советую всем посетить городок Херцег-Нови, это действительно запоминающиеся впечатления. Сама набережная, которая тянется на 6 км, и, конечно же, старый город заслуживают отдельного внимания. На самом верху старого города находится римский амфитеатр. Получилось так, что мы с супругой были там абсолютно одни и даже почувствовали себя в роли артистов — попели наши любимые песни.
Однозначная рекомендация: отель действительно супер!
