« Really welcoming and friendly staff who were eager to help wherever they could. We arrived here at the end of our trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide, so the comfort was very much appreciated after spending nights sleeping and living in a campervan.
The hostel itself is very clean and maintained. There are multiple TV rooms, a massive chill-out area, and bathrooms that feel more like a hotel than a hostel. We booked a private room with shared bathroom. The room was a good size, with a balcony, a desk, and 2 large, comfortable double bed. It was also air-conditioned.
The kitchen is large and well equipped, with multiple fridges and stovetops, as well as a microwave, cleaning products, and recycling facilities. The only downside is that some guests could be tidier and put their things away after washing up / cooking.
The location is excellent — right in the centre of the city. You can walk everywhere: the bus station, supermarkets, China/Asian town, restaurants, and Adelaide Central Market are all just minutes away.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again. »

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

Les deux choses les plus importantes pour moi dans tout hôtel sont un lit confortable et une bonne douche.
Le lit était très bon, mais la pression de l'eau dans la douche était très faible.
En plus, il y avait d'autres questions que je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel de cette norme, en portant les prix qu'il fait.
Le bouton de la télévision n'a pas fonctionné, ni les boutons les plus hauts sur la télé.
Une fois que j'ai tourné la télévision à la GPO et ensuite sur la télévision elle-même, je n'ai pas pu utiliser le lecteur DVD connecté comme les boutons pour le changer sur la télé ne fonctionnait pas.
Le petit déjeuner était très mauvais, les oeufs de céréales ou de craquage avec quelques autres options, comme les coupes de fruits, le yogurt et les biscuits.
Il m'a servi de l'objectif d'être près du centre de convention, mais je doute que je resterais encore là.

IInvitéIt was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather.

La réponse du service est rapide du front desk.
1. Il y avait un enveloppement en plastique et un chuck de poussière à l'angle de la chambre quand je suis entré. Le lendemain après la nettoyage, je retourne à la chambre à la fin de l'après-midi. Enveloppement et poussière restent intacts à l'angle. Je dois appeler le bureau de front pour que l'équipe de nettoyage du jour suivant vague et faire un nettoyage adéquat.
2. Le vent d'air au-dessus de la zone de douche était rempli et recouvert de poussière noire.
3. Il y a des insectes morts coincés sur la bande de caoutchouc de la porte de douche. J'ai essayé de laver le bain, mais comme il faut le tirer du scellé je l'ai laissé et à nouveau éviter le contact oculaire.🤮
4. Le cas de la pigeon a des peintures brunes à cette bordure.
En outre, la madrasse a des dents et des grumeaux, donc je n'ai pas pu dormir comme si je me sentais démangeaisante à travers la nuit avec des images d'insectes de saleté qui brillaient par mes pensées.
Associé à la musique et au bruit de bas. Je réserve les chambres plus de 3 mois avant le voyage et demande de haut étage comme j'ai vu des évaluations sur le bruit.
Je ne resterai plus dans cet hôtel.
Les installations de base sont ok mais la propreté est très importante

IInvitéThis is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b
Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre.
Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

VVentraseeThe best thing thing about this hotel is that it is located in the heart town. It is a walking distance from the Rundle Mall and Adelaide Convention Centre. It also has great spa and decent size pool; breakfast buffet and bar with happy hour daily. I highly recommend this place!.

IInvitéAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.
