pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.

Nnatasha6792Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people!
Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

The location of this hotel was perfect, we had a lovely sea view room as it was right on the sea front. I arrived separately from my friends by train, I walked from the train station to the hotel and it was very easy to find and took me about 15 mins. The staff were very helpful and I wasn’t checked in very quickly. While waiting on my friends I went to check out the hotel. I used the pool and steam rooms and then used the gym. There was a charge of £2.00 for these facilities which I was happy to pay. I know other people on various reviews I have read had complained about these charges. Especially if there was a few of them travelling as a family. The hotel looks very nice in all the public areas and was very clean. As I have already said it’s in a very good location and I would definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Blackpool as it is also very good value for money

IInvitéomg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

IInvitéNice service, there is a lot of facilities but I'm going to Blackpool for competition so I have no time to enjoy it. It is quite suitable for family trip. And the tram stop just the walking distance from the hotel it is convenient.

IInvitéWe have stayed several times at the imperial, this time we upgraded to a double bed suite with sea view at a cost of £160 on a two night stay. Sadly the suite (Churchill Suite) didn’t meet expectations. In very urgent need of repair and decoration, windows in lounge area filled with silicone with huge gaps and letting cold in. Supposed to be able to open but all siliconed together. The quadrant shower leaked onto the floor from the tray and waste. We removed the wast cap to see if that helped, sadly it just revealed a disgusting black gunge inside the waste that had not been cleaned for a long time. Didn’t use the drawers in the bedroom, not clean. General cleanliness will be difficult to achieve due to the delapadated state of the suite as a whole including fixtures and fittings. I think Mr Churchill who resides in many picture forms on the walls within the suite would be most upset with the conditions. Even the window drapes had fittings missing making it difficult to close curtains. On a positive note, the breakfast is excellent, I hope that things can be improved at the imperial and we will hope to hear about any planned updates to this 4**** hotel so that once again we can enjoy a break there?

IInviténice place. a little bit you get the feeling that this is a particular kind of investment opportunity for whoever owns it - buy an old Travelodge, operate it for a number of years with minimal maintenance until you run it into the ground and sell the place.

PP40ULWL'hôtel et l'entrée sont super, pas de plaintes là. J'ai été un ordinaire à un autre hôtel dans les 5 kilomètres de là, où les installations sont immaculées et les chambres sont toujours soigneusement propres.
En marchant dans ma chambre (250), il était congelé. L'écran numérique a continué à éclaircir et à sortir, il se sentait comme si j'avais une ravage dans ma chambre.
Avant le lit, j'ai fait une douche et je suis allé faire des mousses mouillées autour de vous. Je suis allé les éliminer et je peux vous dire maintenant, ils ne sont pas des soupes de soap.
C'est absolument détestable. L'occupant précédent manquait clairement d'hygiène de base, et bien que cela ne devait pas être attendu, les nettoyeurs ont vraiment besoin d'un œil plus attentif pour les détails. Ce genre de chose ne devrait jamais être manqué.
