I booked at the Exe Alameda Hotel for 3 nights starting on Friday, December 26. I was charged an additional $155 USD solely because the reservation stated two single beds, and I was traveling with my wife and my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old. I was charged extra for adding a third bed, which I consider was unnecessary because we could comfortably fit in the two beds, and I was also charged for a third person. They told me I had to pay because we were three people. Since I was very tired from the trip and did not want to move to a new hotel, I was forced to pay that amount. If you are going to use the Trip platform, I recommend carefully reviewing the conditions and/or services that each hotel offers.

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening.
We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

La location est certainement l'accent de cet hôtel. Ils ont un transbordeur aéroportuaire du terminal 2 qui va tous les 20 minutes. Il y a ensuite un pont au terminal 1 qui est à 3 minutes de marche, très confortable.
La chambre était bonne et le personnel était assez aimable
Je resterais ici pour un vol précoce/tard.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont vieillissantes depuis de nombreuses années. L'hôtel est très bon. Le signal Wi-Fi est très mauvais. L'hôtel est très intimement équipé d'un coffre-fort de café, et le serveur de la réception est très gentil. La chambre est également très propre. Bien une expérience.

La piscine est un nez. Une moto de jar pour courir sur une natation de jack.
Je ne peux même pas obtenir un héctor parce que je charge un shawagi.
L'eau est si tambourant.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon hôtel, situé dans un quartier touristique, face à un grand parc, très animé le soir avec des danses et des chants, ainsi que des petits vendeurs, non loin de la place de la Constitution. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu simple.

Le salon a un goût très lourd. Il n'a pas été résolu pendant deux jours, le troisième soir, il n'a pas été traité. Pas de service de petits frais, l'efficacité de l'administration mexicaine est trop faible.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

IInvitéThe location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.

UUtilisateur anonymeJ'ai fini de payer à l'avance avec l'application, mais je dis que je ne pouvais pas le confirmer, donc je lui ai demandé de payer encore, donc il a même confirmé le numéro de réservation stocké sur son téléphone portable et le contenu du paiement, mais il a dit qu'il ne savait pas. Après un long temps, je ne m'excuse pas de confirmer qu'il s'agissait d'une application trip.com, mais la chambre était aussi brisée.
La chambre était propre et les installations étaient bonnes, mais la condition n'était pas bonne, donc je mets la température du climatiseur et je me suis couché, mais quelqu'un a forcé la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Les intrus étaient des agents et ils disaient qu'ils venaient vérifier parce que la température de la chambre était étrange.
Le service de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable.
Il a été moins service que une chambre de 30,000 gagnants en Asie du Sud-Est.

TTheVoyagerWe really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.
