Old hotel with average service, it's main function is to serve as a convenient location if you have to catch an early flight. The room is comfortable, but if you book the cheaper rooms they will send you to another wing, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the rooms as the pathway to get there from the lobby is not well arranged with steep ramps.

J'ai séjourné trois jours dans cet hôtel et, malgré le fait que je leur ai dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, je n'en ai jamais eu et j'ai dû me doucher à l'eau froide. Ils ont également refusé de me transférer dans une chambre avec de l'eau chaude.

La chambre est propre. Un peu large. La zone de l'hôtel est également propre, c'est une zone d'affaires, pas chaleureuse, manger et boire, mais pas beaucoup de choix.

They do not leave drinking water to the rooms. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. Their breakfast is very limited. ‐----- Good location, nearby handshake.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, le service de la réception est très bon et je peux me mettre à jour gratuitement le type de chambre. Il est très pratique de gérer l'hébergement à l'avance. Il y a un grand magasin à côté de lui très pratique de faire des achats.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont vieillissantes depuis de nombreuses années. L'hôtel est très bon. Le signal Wi-Fi est très mauvais. L'hôtel est très intimement équipé d'un coffre-fort de café, et le serveur de la réception est très gentil. La chambre est également très propre. Bien une expérience.

Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est copieux au Mexique. Même si le climatiseur n'était pas allumé, la pièce était très froide, mais il n'y avait pas de couette dans la pièce. J'ai demandé la couette à la réception et je n'ai apporté qu'un lit de couvertures.

Les installations, l'attention est excellente et la position est proche de plusieurs restaurants et plus à l'expérience.
