I booked at the Exe Alameda Hotel for 3 nights starting on Friday, December 26. I was charged an additional $155 USD solely because the reservation stated two single beds, and I was traveling with my wife and my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old. I was charged extra for adding a third bed, which I consider was unnecessary because we could comfortably fit in the two beds, and I was also charged for a third person. They told me I had to pay because we were three people. Since I was very tired from the trip and did not want to move to a new hotel, I was forced to pay that amount. If you are going to use the Trip platform, I recommend carefully reviewing the conditions and/or services that each hotel offers.

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening.
We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont vieillissantes depuis de nombreuses années. L'hôtel est très bon. Le signal Wi-Fi est très mauvais. L'hôtel est très intimement équipé d'un coffre-fort de café, et le serveur de la réception est très gentil. La chambre est également très propre. Bien une expérience.

房間很好，設施齊全。非常整潔安靜，床品也相當舒適。地理位置離鬧市區有點遠，但打車公交都很方便。旁邊有便利店，對面有快餐店咖啡店各種餐飲。尤其推薦的是，早餐相當豐富，餐品質量很高，絕對值得加購，入住時前台買有優惠。主要這家酒店的餐廳餐飲水平很不錯，晚餐單點稍貴，但味道上佳，擺盤精緻，服務也很周到細緻

337房衞生間馬桶沖水聲是這輩子聽到最大的！！！淋浴房的噴頭出水太散，導致重點部位集中不了水，也無法調節出水方式！！！牆上放大鏡支架差不多要掉下來了！吹風機按鈕都不見了，衹有通電使用和斷電停止工作！週五晚上，邊上的酒吧音樂吵到了週六早上5點！墨西哥年輕人有這麼嗨嗎？？？隔音要加強，要5層隔音玻璃～餐廳服務員不會英文真的非常不方便～有一天早上一個服務員還要收我早餐費（我是含早餐的）！最後房間隱蔽角落的衞生很臟～

Excellent hotel, ne peut pas l'évaluer complètement car je ne pouvais pas rester autant que prévu, en raison d'un vol retardé, mais pour ce que je pouvais voir est beau et a une position parfaite en termes de proximité avec l'aéroport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

房間大小一般，但是很舒服，能訂到朝南的房間就更好了，所有的服務人員都是微笑服務，很貼心，此隔壁的希爾頓花園好太多了，早餐也非常不錯，尤其推薦雞蛋餅，哈哈😃

L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, le service de la réception est très bon et je peux me mettre à jour gratuitement le type de chambre. Il est très pratique de gérer l'hébergement à l'avance. Il y a un grand magasin à côté de lui très pratique de faire des achats.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

UUtilisateur anonymeJ'ai fini de payer à l'avance avec l'application, mais je dis que je ne pouvais pas le confirmer, donc je lui ai demandé de payer encore, donc il a même confirmé le numéro de réservation stocké sur son téléphone portable et le contenu du paiement, mais il a dit qu'il ne savait pas. Après un long temps, je ne m'excuse pas de confirmer qu'il s'agissait d'une application trip.com, mais la chambre était aussi brisée.
La chambre était propre et les installations étaient bonnes, mais la condition n'était pas bonne, donc je mets la température du climatiseur et je me suis couché, mais quelqu'un a forcé la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Les intrus étaient des agents et ils disaient qu'ils venaient vérifier parce que la température de la chambre était étrange.
Le service de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable.
Il a été moins service que une chambre de 30,000 gagnants en Asie du Sud-Est.

TTheVoyagerWe really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!

CChinandBeyondLa chambre était grande et confortable. La piscine était petite mais propre et bien gardée.
La location est juste à côté de quelques banques, boutiques et le métro est à 5 minutes de marche.
La seule chose qui n'était pas grande était l'ascenseur. Il était extrêmement lent, vous devriez toujours pousser à la fois en haut et en bas pour arriver sur votre sol. Alors, la plupart des fois vous alliez ensuite descendre. Et j'ai été coincé dans l'ascenseur une fois avec quelques autres personnes. Ils nous ont cependant reçus assez rapidement, ils rénovéront si bientôt, espérons-le, leur nouveau ascenseur sera opérationnel.
