Excellent hostel ! The place is clean and the mattress is amazing, better than most hotels. Highly recommended

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

Let’s start with the lows. The hostel itself is aggressively barebones. The dorm rooms are tiny, airless, and deeply uncomfortable—less “budget accommodation” and more “temporary storage for humans.” Sleeping in them felt claustrophobic at best and suffocating at worst. The fans also squeaked aggressively all night. I wouldn’t willingly put myself through that again. The bathrooms, while decently laid out, suffered from poor upkeep. The garbage bins were emptied so infrequently that overflowing trash became the norm, which is not the ambiance one hopes for when brushing their teeth. Now, where credit is due: the bathrooms do have hooks and shelves for toiletries—a small detail many hostels somehow still fail to grasp, and it genuinely makes a difference. The rooftop is another bright spot: spacious, relaxed, and a genuinely enjoyable place to spend time. The staff also deserve praise. They put real effort into creating a social atmosphere, organizing events and excursions that were well-attended and made meeting people effortless. Ultimately, this is a full-throttle party hostel. If you value sleep, personal space, or silence, look elsewhere. I won’t be returning, the dorm rooms alone were enough to rule out a return visit. Ginger Banana hostel, which is a short walk from here, looks & feels legitimately luxurious and yet it's cheaper.

On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

Nous avons vérifié l'hôtel à 3 h et nous avons parqué notre voiture de location directement de l'aéroport sans arrêts jusqu'à leur stationnement. Ce qui est bien derrière la cabine de garde avec la porte qui descend et monte par un garde de sécurité qui demande et puis vous permet sur la propriété et vous dit où garer. La nuit que nous vérifions dans notre climatisation sort. Il est à minuit 80 avec une tempête tropicale qui pluie. Nous avons donc dû **** toutes les portes et toutes les fenêtres, ce qui signifie débit d'air zéro. Le matin suivant nous allons descendre et leur dire du problème. Ils ont envoyé 2 équipes différentes pour la réparer à un échec. Nous allons à notre voiture pour notre surprise a été endommagé dans le parking. Non par une voiture, mais il semble qu'une voiture ou quelque chose l'a frappé. Il y a une entrée de travail où j'ai vu tous les types d'équipements transportés entre les voitures je porte la porte. Ils regarderont leurs caméras. Découvrez que les caméras ne sont pas confrontées à leur parking sur leur propriété. Ils nous ont dit aux caméras sur la boîte de sécurité pour vous laisser entrer dans le parking et devant l'hôtel. Nous avons fait sécher le sol et, la nuit, nous allons à la salle de bains, nous sommes presque tombés au sol parce que le sol était encore souillé. Le toit s'échappait. Pas dans un seul endroit, mais dans tout le monde. La madrague de la grandeur du lit de la reine a été fracturée littéralement. Ce fournisseur m'a donné 15 $ de crédits pour mes problèmes.

Es un lugar frente al mar y sus habitaciones muy cómodas. Muy bien ubicada.

部屋のドアの鍵が上手く掛からずその点をメモに書いて置いて来ました。それ以外だと隣の施設の爆音が23時頃までうるさい。せめて22時以降は静かにして欲しかった。 施設は綺麗に管理が行き届き快適に過ごせた。

Overall, we had a great experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom is not separated by a private room, which may limit privacy when sharing the space with another person.
