Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

L'hôtel est généralement bien parce qu'il a une auberge et est un petit Resort et est à l'aise à l'aise que si vous faites mal le séjour est l'hygiène parce qu'il y a beaucoup de moustiquaires et donc le coût n'est pas bon, il n'a pas de plage et bien qu'il est proche et Dans la Marine est désastreux pour ce qu'elle perçoit peut-être reviendra.

Excellent lieu de repos et de rencontrer la ville à proximité, à votre tour à la maison diverses boutiques et restaurants bon marché pour manger.

A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

my room was not clean and saw a cockroach in the room

J'ai rencontré deux camions de vent sur la route de Mexico City, j'ai eu l'honneur de rencontrer cet hôtel à l'ouest. Il était très confortable de vivre. La principale réception est très belle. Enthousiasme. Elegance. J'aime ce type de femme. J'espère qu'elle m'aimera aussi. Ne me parle pas 😂 Le biscuit est bon pour le dîner.

On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.
