La chambre est belle et la porte de balcon peut être ouverte, mais je ne peux pas sortir, parce que je ne peux pas rester, c'est dommage! Le seul défaut de la chambre est que si vous n'avez pas fermé le réfrigérateur en temps utile ou si vous fermez lentement la porte, un clou sur le toit de la chambre émet un son soudain, disant un entier anglais. Parce que mon anglais n'est pas bon, je ne comprends rien, c'est trop incroyable, Je me sens volé comme ça. Je ne sais pas ce que je change de vêtement. La chambre est surveillée? Fameux, je ne ose pas continuer ～

Meilleure expérience hôtelière de ma vie. Tout est agréable, propre et bien équipé. Le personnel m'a même conseillé sur le chemin de l'aéroport. Une navette gratuite dessert le centre-ville près du port. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les repas et les boissons au salon club. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec un grand choix.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées pour un confort optimal. Tout est impeccablement entretenu. Les prix des repas sont raisonnables, les boissons un peu chères, mais le bar est magnifique. L'hôtel offre de nombreux espaces agréables pour se détendre hors de sa chambre. J'ai pu travailler pendant mon séjour et j'y ai trouvé de nombreux sièges confortables. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du centre-ville.

Very nice hotel with good location and convenient free parking. However two requests to fix malfunctioning fridge failed to materialise in anything. Every morning just around 8am a cart would also roll around outside my room making a lot of noise and waking me up.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner au Gateway Airport Hotel à Mangere, et je dois dire que ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. La proximité de l'hôtel avec l'aéroport en a fait un choix idéal pour mes voyages, mais c'est le service exceptionnel, les installations impressionnantes et la nourriture délicieuse qui ont vraiment rendu mon séjour mémorable. Le service au Gateway Airport Hotel était de premier ordre. Le personnel était sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à faire le maximum pour assurer mon confort et ma satisfaction. De l'accueil chaleureux à l'enregistrement à l'aide utile pour mes bagages, chaque interaction que j'ai eue avec le personnel était agréable et professionnelle. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient modernes, propres et bien entretenues. Ma chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec un lit moelleux, une grande télévision à écran plat et un espace de travail pratique. La salle de bain était propre et bien aménagée, avec une grande douche et beaucoup de serviettes. J'ai également apprécié le centre de remise en forme et le centre d'affaires de l'hôtel, qui étaient tous deux bien équipés et facilement accessibles. L'un des points forts de mon séjour a été la nourriture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose un délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet, avec un large choix d'options pour tous les goûts. J'ai également apprécié le dîner au restaurant, qui proposait une grande sélection de plats locaux et internationaux. La nourriture était savoureuse, bien présentée et à un prix raisonnable. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très impressionné par le Gateway Airport Hotel à Mangere. La combinaison d'un excellent service, d'installations modernes et d'une cuisine délicieuse a permis de passer un séjour vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit pratique, confortable et mémorable où séjourner à Auckland. Note : 5/5 étoiles

Friendly helpful service, unit was clean and tidy, bed was basic but comfortable. shelf for soap and shampoo etc would be helpful in the shower. external noise was easily heard within the unit. Overall was comfortable and meet our needs.

We just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!
