La location est très confortable et l'expérience de la pick-up de l'aéroport était très agréable. Domaines d'amélioration: Conséquence de l'enregistrement : J'ai remarqué une incohérence dans la manière dont les clients ont été traités lors de l'enregistrement, les visiteurs étrangers ayant reçu un service plus attentif que les locaux. Qualité alimentaire : Le goût de certaines plats, comme les Nachos avec fromage, pourrait être amélioré.

L'hôtel est un excellent choix pour mon séjour récent. Tout semble nouveau! L'hôtel dispose d'une grande sélection de restaurants à proximité, ce qui facilite la recherche de repas délicieux. Tout était très propre et le service client était excellent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour une expérience confortable et agréable.

It was a nice hotel except for the neighborhood. There are many nightclubs and bars close by and so it’s hard to sleep at night due to the loud music. But the staff are ready to help with carrying your luggages.

Excellent location right in the middle of the action. Very nice pool. Staff always helpful with any issue you may have. The only negative I can talk about is the water pressure in the shower…Cold water it’s fine …Hot water it’s a dribble. If that was changed I would score orchid inn 11/10.

We just chanced upon this hotel for a sudden getaway by the beach and saw these here. The hotel is surprisingly a nice beachfront one. The infinity rooftop pool and the ground floor pool is so nice. The view is amazing and relaxing. Breakfast is not in included but we tried it there and it was good with the view of the beach and the pool. The room is big and so nice with sea views on the balcony. I was delighted with the shower with a marble sitting area for me with mobility issues. The bed and pillow are comfortable and I had a good sleep. They have ample and safe parking on the basement. Great location and nice and clean beach front. Enjoyed our stay and would love to be back again.

Quest Hotel is always are go-to hotel for the Clark area. My husband and I join triathlons and duathlons in the Clark area, and Quest Hotel is always located closest to the race starts and finish, so its very convenient to check in there, especially when we re traveling with our toddlers. There is a play area located in the hotel, apart from the swimming pool, so our girls have choices for what they can do while waiting. The hotel staff are always very friendly and accommodating as well, there was transportation available to take us from the hotel entrance to the Clark Parade Grounds area, since it was raining during our entire stay. We just noticed that this time around, staff were alittle slower than usual, probably because the hotel was full, but the staff tried their best to accommodate all requests for their guests, so we're still very thankful!

Room is spacious, they serve good food, very nice hotel, very high end, perfect for tourist and business travellers. It is a little expensive though. What I love about this hotel is the gym. It is good. Staff are very nice also.

They even surprised my mom with a warm welcome and a cake for her birthday — such a sweet gesture that made her day extra special. 🎂💛 The room was clean and cozy, and the kids loved spending time at the pool while we relaxed. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take any photos, but we had a really great time during our stay. The room we booked was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The only minor downside was the parking, although the hotel has its own parking area, the spaces are quite limited, so we had to park a bit farther away. They do, however, offer free parking at a nearby space, and you can also park for free at the nearby SM City Clark parking lot, just make sure to ask them about it. Breakfast was delicious, though the selection could be improved. The location is also very convenient, especially with SM City Clark just a short walk away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again the next time we visit Clark.
