La location est très confortable et l'expérience de la pick-up de l'aéroport était très agréable. Domaines d'amélioration: Conséquence de l'enregistrement : J'ai remarqué une incohérence dans la manière dont les clients ont été traités lors de l'enregistrement, les visiteurs étrangers ayant reçu un service plus attentif que les locaux. Qualité alimentaire : Le goût de certaines plats, comme les Nachos avec fromage, pourrait être amélioré.

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

It was a nice hotel except for the neighborhood. There are many nightclubs and bars close by and so it’s hard to sleep at night due to the loud music. But the staff are ready to help with carrying your luggages.

Excellent location right in the middle of the action. Very nice pool. Staff always helpful with any issue you may have. The only negative I can talk about is the water pressure in the shower…Cold water it’s fine …Hot water it’s a dribble. If that was changed I would score orchid inn 11/10.

Love the ambience of the hotel. The facility is very spacious that is why I really appreciated the spaces allotted for rooms and circulation. The proximity to a mall and resort is very well designed. Loved our stay here and I hope to be back again!!

The whole stay is amazing , breakfast buffet was good , I instantly enjoyed my room view except the room smells off. 😤 . It doesn’t smell fresh , I guess it needs deep cleaning .. but overall The staff are accommodating and o enjoyed the pool . I will definitely stay here again to explore the golf club in my next visit .

The whole accomodation experience is good. One thing to improve on is the breakfast buffet - quality of food

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

The staff were friendly and accommodation, and the location is especially convenient if you're attending events in the area. Le processus d'entrée est une chose qui pourrait être améliorée, puisque notre séjour a coïncidé avec une période de pointe due à des conférences, le bureau frontal semblait un peu surpris. Il serait utile que l'hôtel puisse rationaliser les missions de chambre à l'avance pendant les saisons occupées afin de garantir un enregistrement plus rapide et plus facile pour tous les invités. Nous avons tout à fait apprécié notre séjour et nous choisirions certainement Park Inn Clark à nouveau.
