IInvitéThe Swim Room offers a great view and semi-private pool. However, we stayed during the weekday so it seems like we had the pool exclusively to ourselves. Rated 3 stars for cleanliness because the tissue on our bedside table has that undesirable smell. Glass sliding doors are not regularly wiped clean because there are still marks left maybe from past guests. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the staff for their warm welcome and immediate response and action whenever they are called upon. Moreover, we loved the food served to us for our supper brought to our room up to our buffet breakfast. They have lots of food choices and different types of drinks. Also, the pool is well-maintained but I hope they clean it earlier before guests are allowed to swim. Overall, we had our money's worth during our stay at Hudor Resort.

IInvitéThe place has a lot of potential, and we had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and we appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and check-out. They also provided bellboy assistance for our luggage upon arrival and departure, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
However, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Some of the door knobs were broken, and the restroom doors had no locks. We also requested assistance to fix the restroom drainage and remove a frozen cockroach from the refrigerator, but unfortunately, no one attended to these concerns before we checked out.
Since the weather was bad during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time inside the accommodation, making the condition and cleanliness of the room even more important. I hope the management prioritizes regular maintenance and improves room cleanliness to provide a better guest experience.
Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The outdoor server was very polite, and the hairdryer had a strong wind speed.
Drawbacks
1. Breakfast options are limited 4/4 breakfast at 6:10 AM, with many dishes missing.

2. The bathroom has very little water, with hot water alternating between cold and hot.
3. Check out at 9:55 AM and let me stand for 30 minutes.
There is only one counter attendant.
Not seeing other people help was very deductible.

WWerner1Ich möchte dieses Hotel eingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Zunächst ist dieses Hotel bei der ersten Anreise schwierig zu finden, weil es keine Hinweis-Schilder (Straßen- und/oder Hotelschilder wie für andere Hotels) gibt! Ich habe die preiswerteste Kategorie gebucht und deshalb kann man natürlich nicht den gleichen Standard erwarten aber in dem Wohn-/Schlafraum fehlte es an einem Schrank oder Regal, mindestens jedoch an mehr Aufhängehaken! Toilette und Dusche (perfekt!) waren in einem Raum und deshalb war dieser Raum permanent unter Wasser. Aus dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens kam nur ein minimales „Rinnsal“ und der Abfluss funktionierte nur sehr langsam (vielleicht verstopft)! Fehlende Handtücher müssen ggf. nachgeordert werden! Bei ausgebuchtem Hotel kann der Parkraum knapp werden! WLAN gab‘s nur im öffentlichen Bereich (das war aber auch so kommuniziert)! Nach dem Abendessen im nachbarschaftlichen Restaurant hatte ich am nächsten Tag einen Durchfall (Magenproblem wegen dem Gemüse)!

IInvitéGood -Met owners of BnB, Ice cream, bar and dining available on site (Italian / local food), good breakfast included. Air-conditioned room, phone and satellite tv (requires load by site). On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site.
Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all).
Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

Ggibo_27Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Balai Balatong is located inside a barangay and has kubo/hut theme with a touch of modern elegance. The rooms are well designed and are really clean.
We were lucky to book the place for our own on that day as it is a weekday for a very inexpensive price. We got the pool and entire place literally for our own for a day which is great! It could be priced double or triple for its current state of the rooms.
As the place is relatively new, just opened last 2024, there is no in house reception available. Works like an airbnb. No in house-resto yet. These two might be the reasons why they are holding on to pricing the rooms higher. Would have given them a perfect rating if these are available. There is a good restaurant though just in front of the place called Pha Ramen which is an aesthetically good restaurant serving good Pinoy dishes (and accepts credit cards).
Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight the next day and they were able to arrange for our transfer to the airport.
We will surely come back!

Llilac is awesomeIt was a good stay. Excellent. Only that their television has a bad reception. But an any rate, one wouldn't be staying in the room for too long instead stay on the swimming pool (which is clean and has different depths) and the nearby beach for sunset and sunrise walk. The breakfast buffet was filling and well managed.

IInvitéThe place is good 10mins away from calle crisollogo, with swimming pool opens at 8am-10pm. Comfy beds and really cool aircon the bathroom is spacious too. Some rooms has cabinet and some doesn’t. With complimentary soap and shampoo you have your own kettle with complimentary coffee. It is also near the beach and the place is big and quiet. Please take note the wifi is only in the reception but in the room it is very very slow as if nothing. It has Cable TV but very static and the room is only on dim lights and what i hate the most is when i ask to clean the room they didn’t change the used drinking glass but the staff are nice specially the guard and receptionist at night you can also call the receptionist if you need something and the food is very very good and the view upstairs is nice aswell!!
