Hôtels avec piscine à District de Coimbra, Portugal

A superb historic property under private management and ownership - actually, in the ownership of the same family for over 400 years altho’ now a member of the Small Luxury Hotels marketing system affiliated with Hilton. The property in its adjoining Gardens are a destination in themselves, along with the nearby (400m) Santa Clara monastery. They may be sufficient for some visitors, but it’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Coimbra and it’s main historical area. Arthur Wellesley - aka Viscount Wellington - was a visitor during his Iberian campaign, so you’re in good company.  Staff are superb and obviously hand picked by the owner. The receptionist when I arrived (Evening of Sunday 16 February) was simply the best I’ve ever experienced, Singapore, Bangkok and Tokyo included.  Genuinely fascinating to talk to about the history of the building and some of the previous guests (famous but  ‘passed’ celebrities so no confidence is breached).  Best to stay in the rooms in the main building if possible, if tales of the previous occupant intrigue. Although the spa Is impressive – up to best Thai standards - and I guess the adjoining spa rooms may be equally good. Overall, an absolute gem that far exceeded expectations.

The hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional. We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order. Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

La réception était mauvaise, il n'a pas été fait d'effort pour nous informer des équipements de l'hôtel ou de la localisation des équipements. Le personnel de nettoyage était très aimable, félicitations. L'unité de chauffage était située à l'extérieur de la fenêtre de la chambre et était surprenantment loud. Le pire était un invité masculin utilisant la sauna et la salle de vapeur tout en étant complètement *****! Un choc de l'hygiène !

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as fabulous as the first. The wellness area — with its sauna, cold‑water dip, and warm indoor pool — made the stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was as good as I remember it, and on this trip was also our first time dining at Raiz, the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the experience was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. This is definitely our go-to hotel when we're in Lousã!

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est très éloigné, à plus de 70 kilomètres de l'Université de Coimbra, en voiture plus d'une heure. Ne décidez pas si vous n'avez pas de voiture. Le paysage sur la route est toujours bon. L'hôtel a été converti à partir d'un monastère. Dans une ville très reculée, l'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'un vignoble. Le petit déjeuner est toujours correct. Après l'enregistrement, la réception pourra vous aider à organiser le dîner. Le personnel de service nous a fait visiter l'hôtel et il y avait une petite église à l'intérieur. L'ensemble est bon, c'est loin.

Hotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Voor de t****e maal voor mijn bezoek aan mijn zoon in Benfeita, heb ik met veel plezier, wederom, in Quinta da Palmeira - Country House Retreat & Spa overnacht. Ook nu weer met veel genoegen overnacht en ontbeten. Uitgebreide ontbijt en fijne service. Graag tot een volgende keer! Ap Lammers

very well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

Acolhimento agradável, simpático e eficiente. Parque para carros dos clientes próprio. Instalações modernizadas. Quartos com WC moderno e bem equipado. Sala de pequeno almoço com boa vista sobre o exterior e pequeno almoço com muito e variadas alternativas. A voltar e recomendar. Com pena e culpa minhas, não estava preparado para experimentar a piscina! Parabéns.

Le parking à l'extérieur de l'hôtel est spécialement écrit, mais l'hôtel dit qu'ils ne savent pas quels sont les conditions dans lesquelles ils ont recommandé de s'arrêter au sous-sol. Il n'y a pas de plats à manger à proximité. Les installations sont généralement plus anciennes
