Hôtels avec piscine à Alabama, États-Unis

La chambre était propre, mais l'une des dames du bureau était rude à moi, à la fois, j'ai dû interagir avec elle.

L'hôtel était propre et situé dans une grande localisation pour la raison que j'étais à Birmingham. Le plongeur de ma chambre avait un arrêt qui empêchait l'eau de s'échapper quand je ne voulais pas qu'elle soit collectée dans le plongeur pendant des activités telles que laver mes dents et laver ma face. L'eau était froide et il a fallu trop longtemps pour chauffer un peu. Il n'était même pas chaud. C'est pourquoi je me suis vérifié et je n'ai pas pu doucher. Mon fils a pris une douche froide en un jour froid, l'un des plus froids que nous ayons eu en Alabama depuis un moment. J'ai appris ça quand le camion a arrivé et j'ai entendu un employé se désoler de ne pas les demander de leur faire savoir qu'il s'agissait d'un test. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas donné une note inférieure pour les installations est parce que, une fois que j'ai signalé la question avec la douche et le plongée, ils ont envoyé un homme bon dans la salle pour faire les réparations, Le personnel qui m'a vérifié n'a rien fait pour moi parce que j'ai réservé un tiers. Elle a toutefois indiqué qu'elle remboursera l'argent que j'ai payé pour le parking.

L'hôtel est le plus difficile que je puisse avoir réservé. Le bureau de nuit m'a dit que je pouvais contacter ma compagnie de réservation et qu'un remboursement serait donné malgré le site dit aucun remboursement. Il y a une semaine de la visite pour découvrir que le bureau de nuit était en train de mentir. Je n'ai pas reçu de remboursement -- pas même une remboursement partiel. Vous pouvez parier que NON D'UNE DES Rooms AUTRES ONT NU À LA LISTE DES EXPOSITIONS, Pourquoi j'ai vu TOUT OUTRE À L'OPÉRATION derrière le bureau !!!! Si vous réservez ici, vous êtes un ****!!! Je vous préviens à l'avance !!!! J'aurais souhaité que quelqu'un ait publié un avis d'examen sur les voyageurs de leur expérience, je ne l'aurais jamais pris le temps qu'il nous a fallu pour le localiser, surtout parce qu'ils n'ont même pas un signe, Seul un banner que vous n'auriez pas pu voir, mais n'auriez pas pu lire si vous l'auriez pu voir, parce que c'était tout enfoncé !!!! VOUS VOUS SER :::: EST HOTEL N'EST DÉFINITEMENT NOT WHERE VOUS EST !!!! RESTENIR QUE VOUS POSSITIELEMENT DÉTÉ DE LA ”CHANGE” !!!!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Hotel Suites in Orange Beach, Alabama! From easy check-in to easy check-out, everything was smooth, convenient, and perfect for our family’s needs. The hotel was clean and well cared for. While we were there, we noticed staff actively cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping the floors neat, which really stood out to us. We also loved the little shopping area where you can pick up items you may have forgotten at home — such a convenient touch! Our room was wonderful and very family-friendly. I especially appreciated that the room was not fully carpeted. The hard flooring in the living area was perfect after coming in from the pool with wet feet, sand, and towels. It made so much more sense than having carpet everywhere. The pool was amazing, the price was great, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We found it comfortable, convenient, clean, and truly suitable for a family trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to stay in Irondale rather than Birmingham and although this property didn't have great or CURRENT reviews,the description said that it was renovated in 2024 and no other property had a better review. It was indeed updated in some areas and our room was very nicely appointed with new upholstery and modern furniture but it was not clean. There was a layer of dust (construction?) on EVERYTHING and long, dark hairs on the bathroom floor. The window glass was filthy. The freezer was so in need of defrosting that the door would not shut and we were unable to refreeze our flat ice packs. I would guess that no one has stayed in the room since the renovation and the room had not received a post-construction cleaning. The elevator was very dirty,noisy, and a bit scary to ride to the 4th floor. The regular clientele is obviously traveling construction workers. Staff was very friendly but unprofessional.

The place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!  And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!

After reading several positive online reviews about this Comfort Inn, I decided to try it out. I was on my way to our home in Florida and broke up the 12 hour drive with a halfway point stop for the night. The staff was helpful and pleasant both upon arrival and check-out. My room was clean and everything worked (tub drained well, refrigerator was cold, room temperature controls were responsive, etc.). I felt safe in the area which was also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Their well-stocked breakfast was a nice surprise! It was available in their clean, bright and spacious area and the eggs/sausage were hot and delicious. There were several other options as well that would easily accommodate a hungry family. This will now be my go-to hotel in the future along I-65!

L'hôtel est bon. Pas aussi bon que je pensais qu'il serait mais propre. La salle de bain pourrait utiliser quelques mises à jour et quelques nouvelles ailes qui se creuser autour du tube. Mais pas un mauvais endroit ou un gros endroit. L'AC a été brisé. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Les chambres sont très confortables, très confortables et très confortables. Le personnel était super aidant et compréhensible. La dame au bureau front mérite une augmentation. Parce que le personnel était super, je penserais essayer de nouveau la situation. (Après avoir obtenu la fixation de l'AC)
