Blu chips spa tower is my favorite place to stay when I visit Michigan City IN. The rooms are always clean and so spacious and up to date. The bathroom Vanity has plenty of room for necessities. There are ample outlets for phone chargers and watch chargers next to each side of the beds.

after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

La chambre était propre et confortable. La piscine était fermée et c'était le 1er juin, c'était un bumper. Ils annoncent un petit-déjeuner gourmet, à ma surprise --- il n'était même pas proche, pas de crème pour le café, une des boissons de jus était hors , pas de yogurt, puis pour le débarrasser tout --- La machine à waffles était détestable!!! Putain, & quand j'ai demandé à la dame de faire un waffle devant moi sur son waffle de coller au fabricant de waffle, l'hôte dit ”Bien, c'est parce que tout le non-stick coating sur le fabricant de waffle est dégagé” et l'hôtel était censé avoir un nouveau !!! Lorsque je l'ai éliminé avec un couteau - des choses noires apparaissaient sur elle ... Alors inutile de dire NO Waffle pour moi Aujourd'hui!! Le fabricant de waffle n'aurait même pas dû être en utilisation! Wow. Et la température des liens de sauce était froide au touche!! Très déçu, Louann Archer/Steven Vaughn

Bathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by. Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!) Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?

Le service était excellent tout le long de la route! Je voudrais prendre personnellement le temps de l'apprécier avril pour son excellent service client, elle est allée au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre notre séjour aussi confortable que possible pour moi et mon homme handicapé. Diria (l'hôte de la zone de petit déjeuner) était également un employé très exceptionnel, elle s'est également déplacée pour faire notre séjour magnifique, elle a trouvé une boîte pour moi de porter le petit déjeuner de mon homme handicapé dans , afin que je puisse le porter à la chambre pour lui. Vous devriez certainement garder les deux employés, car ils sont tous les deux les meilleurs amis du service à la clientèle. Merci à tous les deux de faire remarquer notre séjour! Je donne cette évaluation pour le motif que j'ai dépensé 1 800 dollars sur cet hôtel seul et ils ne feront pas une nuit gratuite. Nous avons perdu notre maison dans une affaire de justice où j'ai changé d'esprit sur la vente et Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses m'a poursuivi. Tout ce que vous sentez est ********* à la nuit et cigarette fume le matin. La nourriture est OK. Désolé de vous avoir fait ce type de réexamen, mais si vous voulez être honnête, vous y allez.

L'hôtel est très proche de la ville et il y a un parking. Le petit déjeuner est un peu monotone. La chambre est entrée très froide. L'été, j'ai ouvert un vent chaud, mais c'est vraiment plus sûr que ce lieu de stationnement.

Very clean, spacious rooms, pool and hot tub. I especially enjoyed the hot tub. Staff was frienfdly and helpful. They had a hot breakfast with a variety of food,  including a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy and sausage. Along with things like toast, cereal, peanut butter, milk, coffee juice. The staff was very helpful when I couldn’t find an item and helped me look for it. They also love me check out an hour late at no extra charge. It was perfect for me. The only thing I would change is the bedding didn’t have a blanket just two sheets and a thin bedspread that didn’t go all the way up.
