La porte de la chambre a été sonnée à 3 heures de la mi-noite, et elle pensait que je rêvais, et elle a retrouvé qu'elle était encore en train de se réveiller, et qu'elle avait vu deux hommes, un homme noir et un blanc, comme des gars d'hôtel ou des gens normaux. Je n'ai pas ouvert la porte. Ils sont partis. Puis je me suis préparé à dormir, et quand je dormais, la porte a été tournée, et même la porte a été tournée. J'ai ouvert la porte, ou deux personnes, et je leur ai demandé ce qu'ils voulaient faire, puis je me suis renvoyé à quelques mots incompréhensibles, et je suis parti. Refléchi immédiatement à trip.com L'hôtel répond à ses clients. Je vous en prie, demandez à l'invité de trouver quelque chose. Réveillez-vous avec les autres à minuit. Qu'est-ce qui a à voir avec la vie privée ? Pourquoi on peut dire ça ? J'ai pas reçu de réponse positive ou d'excuses de l'hôtel.

I am torn with this one so I'll list both the pros and the cons, starting with the bad parts to get that out of the way: 1) The pool was closed due to a part missing, and we only found out at check-in. I work in property management, so I know how hard it can be to keep a property fully operational 365 days per year. I still have a hard time understanding how a resort can find itself with a missing pool part in the middle of the season! And not give a heads up to guests before they arrive! 2) For that inconvenience, all we were offered were two (2) $10 vouchers to the spa... which was already closed for the day and was not going to reopen for 4 days! What kind of hotel calls itself a resort if the spa is closed 3 days per week?! And even if that's how you normally operate, wouldn't you think to change the schedule when the pool breaks down in the middle of the summer and you decide that spa vouchers are the way to compensate guests for the inconvenience?? For the good parts: 1) Parking was free. 2) Drinks were cheap at the casino. 3) Room was clean (we had a bad view but not much can be done about that I guess). Two (2) final comments I'll call ”neutral”: 1) the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows too thin for me. But I'm not counting that as a bad thing since that's more of a personal preference. 2) I'm not a huge gambler but I thought the sportsbook was small. I understand it's not meant to be Vegas but again, if you're going to advertise yourself as a casino resort, I just expected bigger. This part wasn't an inconvenience on my trip but I might as well mention it.

after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

L'environnement et le service sont bons, il est pratique de marcher à l'étape de l'Université de South Bend moins de 10 minutes; il y a beaucoup de plats à manger près, des goûts différents sont disponibles, il ya un bar américain traditionnel, un bouquet de bière, une expérience de styles de vie et de culture différents.

La chambre était propre et confortable. La piscine était fermée et c'était le 1er juin, c'était un bumper. Ils annoncent un petit-déjeuner gourmet, à ma surprise --- il n'était même pas proche, pas de crème pour le café, une des boissons de jus était hors , pas de yogurt, puis pour le débarrasser tout --- La machine à waffles était détestable!!! Putain, & quand j'ai demandé à la dame de faire un waffle devant moi sur son waffle de coller au fabricant de waffle, l'hôte dit ”Bien, c'est parce que tout le non-stick coating sur le fabricant de waffle est dégagé” et l'hôtel était censé avoir un nouveau !!! Lorsque je l'ai éliminé avec un couteau - des choses noires apparaissaient sur elle ... Alors inutile de dire NO Waffle pour moi Aujourd'hui!! Le fabricant de waffle n'aurait même pas dû être en utilisation! Wow. Et la température des liens de sauce était froide au touche!! Très déçu, Louann Archer/Steven Vaughn

I wasn’t too pleased in the beginning because we get there at 5 in the morning a little after booking this room online exhausted and then the guy upfront tries to tell us that it’s a $40 up charge bc check in time is 3pm ok fine whatever not pleased. Then we get into our room and the curtains are stained and dirty the shower oh don’t even get me started. The water from the shower is so bipolar it was the worst shower I’ve ever taken it kept going from hot to cold in seconds back and forth. The pool was finally open for a change not too bad , breakfast wasn’t too bad either waffles were good. House keeping knocked then opened the door when we were sleepin I quickly got out of bad freaked out but told them we’re good night need towels but that’s it . I did notice that there was a hole in the bathroom door it looks like someone punched it oh also I’m pretty sure half the staff lives there .

Bathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by. Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!) Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?

Le service était excellent tout le long de la route! Je voudrais prendre personnellement le temps de l'apprécier avril pour son excellent service client, elle est allée au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre notre séjour aussi confortable que possible pour moi et mon homme handicapé. Diria (l'hôte de la zone de petit déjeuner) était également un employé très exceptionnel, elle s'est également déplacée pour faire notre séjour magnifique, elle a trouvé une boîte pour moi de porter le petit déjeuner de mon homme handicapé dans , afin que je puisse le porter à la chambre pour lui. Vous devriez certainement garder les deux employés, car ils sont tous les deux les meilleurs amis du service à la clientèle. Merci à tous les deux de faire remarquer notre séjour!
