I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

L'espace de la chambre est relativement petit, l'agencement est raisonnable et l'emplacement est excellent. Vous pouvez vous rendre au grand centre commercial de Boston depuis le deuxième étage. L'hôtel propose 2 bouteilles d'eau minérale gratuites chaque jour. Le seul regret est que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner gratuit.

J'ai passé deux nuits à l'hôtel. Mon expérience a été fantastique, de l'arrivée au départ. Je suis arrivé un peu avant midi, car j'étais en correspondance avec le Westin juste à côté, donc je ne savais pas si je devais attendre 16 h pour l'enregistrement. Le personnel de la réception m'a accueilli avec gentillesse et sans chichis, ce qui m'a beaucoup aidé, surtout avec un voyage serré. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre, avec beaucoup de produits de toilette propres, et la douche était géniale avec une pression d'eau parfaite. Je vous conseillerais simplement de laisser la bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre (surtout en été) plutôt que d'aller la chercher à la réception (ce que je n'avais pas remarqué avant qu'un ami qui séjournait également dans le même hôtel me dise). Cependant, la chambre dispose de deux bouteilles d'eau, mais elles sont payantes. J'ai remarqué qu'internet n'était pas gratuit si vous n'étiez pas membre Marriott (je ne sais pas si c'est la norme aujourd'hui, mais je crois que Westin était gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel et que les deux appartenaient au même groupe hôtelier. Cependant, cela m'a marqué, car je venais de terminer deux semaines de voyage juste avant mon séjour). Au moment du départ, j'ai donc demandé à vérifier que mon numéro de membre était bien associé à mon séjour et le réceptionniste m'a gentiment confirmé que les frais d'internet seraient déduits de la facture finale. C'était une véritable tranquillité d'esprit. Encore une fois, je suis très reconnaissant. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour confortable et je reviendrai !

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

La situation géographique est généralement bonne et la santé est bonne. Nous sommes là pour choisir. Si vous voyagez, vous avez des problèmes, car vous avez 30 dollars pour aller à la ville et 30 dollars pour aller à l'Université de Harvard. La chambre n'a pas de pantalons et d'outils de bain, l'hôtel américain n'a pas, c'est étrange. Le petit-déjeuner est principalement constitué de repas froid, il est bon de vivre dans un hôtel rapide, ne pensez pas à Hiltonby, sera déçu,

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.

The room was clean. The key scanner on the door, the cover kept falling from the door every time it shut. No Hispanic channels available on the TV to watch. The room did not have a do not disturb sign, each room should have that sign. Staff went in the room when I was not in the room, even though I told them not to. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They were able to provide us with any necessities. An appliance was not working properly and they provided a working one to the room instantly. Elevators worked well. Good internet connection. Thank you for your business.

Nous séjournons souvent ici. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la climatisation est silencieuse et la navette pour l'aéroport part toutes les vingt minutes à partir de trois heures du matin, sans avoir à appeler. Les lits sont confortables, la douche est agréable et il y a un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le quartier n'est pas spectaculaire, mais on s'y sent en sécurité. De nombreux restaurants sont disponibles sur Uber, ce qui nous permet d'avoir tout le confort nécessaire.
