I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

L'espace de la chambre est relativement petit, l'agencement est raisonnable et l'emplacement est excellent. Vous pouvez vous rendre au grand centre commercial de Boston depuis le deuxième étage. L'hôtel propose 2 bouteilles d'eau minérale gratuites chaque jour. Le seul regret est que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner gratuit.

Avantages : La salle de bain est plus spacieuse que celle du Westin et dispose d'une douchette, ce qui est rare. La réception vous offre deux petites bouteilles d'eau à votre arrivée, mais l'eau dans la chambre coûte 5 $. Il est pratique d'aller faire ses courses au supermarché ou au CVS de l'autre côté de la rue. Il y a un Starbucks au deuxième étage et plusieurs restaurants dans le centre commercial en bas. Inconvénients : La vue et la literie ne sont pas aussi bonnes qu'au Westin d'à côté.

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

L'hôtel organisé par l'association ici est en général bien hygiénique et le petit-déjeuner est riche. Les seuls défauts qui peuvent être trouvés sur le site où prendre de l'eau chaude à la demande n'ont pas été trouvés. D'autres hôtels au 1er étage auront un café gratuit et de l'eau chaude, peut-être que je n'ai pas trouvé.

Great hotel with good services. Location wise it is a little far away from nearby business.

La position géographique est bonne, à dix minutes de l'aéroport, le temps de transport est 7-23 point, très pratique. Je serai bientôt avec vous. Je ne peux pas donner 5 points parce que je suis en train de me poser un petit déjeuner, je me suis demandé d'abord.

Nous séjournons souvent ici. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la climatisation est silencieuse et la navette pour l'aéroport part toutes les vingt minutes à partir de trois heures du matin, sans avoir à appeler. Les lits sont confortables, la douche est agréable et il y a un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le quartier n'est pas spectaculaire, mais on s'y sent en sécurité. De nombreux restaurants sont disponibles sur Uber, ce qui nous permet d'avoir tout le confort nécessaire.
