Je ne sais pas pourquoi marquer Samsung, en fait, c'est très populaire, est un vieux couple qui fonctionne, très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, il est également gratuit de fournir des coca-colages et des coca-colages, et très aimable pour les touristes présentant des symptômes de montagnes hautes

staffs were super friendly and helpful. stayed there 2 separate nights. one before machu picchu and the other after i return to cusco from machu picchu. rooms were reasonably spacious and well maintained. hot water shower was good. bed was comfy. breakfast was a in my opinion pretty decent and value for money. it starts as early as 5am so u can catch your morning tours after breakfast. they help u store luggage as you embark on your MP trip and return later so u don’t have to book extra night just to keep your luggage in the hotel if u are staying in aguas calientes for a night (u likely cannot bring ur large suitcases up the peru/inca rail). location wise it’s certainly walkable to the plaza. however i can hear noises from outside. i believe it’s the same with most hotels too in anycase.

Katari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.

Ne pensez pas deux fois à rester ici, réservez-le !
L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la ville de Cusco et à quelques minutes à pied de la place, avec des boutiques et des restaurants à proximité. Il est géré par une belle famille (Jose, Johann et Miriam) qui vous accueillera chaleureusement.
Nous avons dû nous lever très tôt (4am!) pour une tour et Jose nous a préparé un petit déjeuner packé.
Johan parle très bien anglais, donc vous ne devez pas vous soucier de trouver des conseils autour de la ville.
Merci beaucoup à Johan et à la famille pour nous accueillir, nous vous recommandons à tous de chercher un endroit pour rester à Cusco 🩷

Excellent service ! Je pense que nous avons été traités comme des royalties ! Le meilleur petit déjeuner que j' aie jamais eu à l' hôtel , nous a aidé avec le stockage des bagages et les tests COVID pour notre vol. Frank et l' autre jeune dame sont les meilleurs ! Les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Amazing hotel and great staff. Breakfast is very balanced and good, especially the fresh orange juice. The hike up from town can be a little challenging due to the high altitude but it’s a very quiet place and with beautiful surroundings and view of the city.

In historical centre but nearest restaurant about 20 minutes walk. We had a room on the front and it was super noisy as it’s on a busy main road. No sound proof or extra glazing to deal with it. Breakfast ok. Probably not stay here again as would choose a boutique hotel nearby to main square and not on a busy road.

我一般比較懶點評酒店，但是這家酒店無論是環境還是工作人員的服務都超級的棒，讓我忍不住給5星好評，首先是房間很乾凈，裝飾有點帶庫斯科風格，熱水和暖氣也是24小時供應（不像motto房間小，又陰暗，暖氣限時供應）
其次是工作人員對顧客非常有耐心，認真回答每一個問題，提供洗衣服服務，真是太太太好了，下次還定這家

The Stuff was friendly, gave us a take away breakfast. We could store our bags there for Free when we went to Machu Piccu.
Its Simple, try to not get a room with Windows to the main street but it calms down at 9pm.
Showers are hot and nice pressured
The Stuff came twice and ask if everything is okay
Overall I defently recommend it and would book it again

IInvitéHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

桂桂Belmond Hotel est ma marque hôtelière préférée, personne ! Bien qu'il soit relativement petit par rapport à d'autres hôtels cinq étoiles, c'est définitivement une expérience aristocratique ! De l'enregistrement au départ à la réception, l'hôtel fait vraiment attention à chaque détail. Le Belmond Hotel Cusco est un ancien monastère. L'hôtel dispose également d'une église, ce qui est très caractéristique. Le design de la cour espagnole est élégant et élégant. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très copieux. Je suis resté tard ce jour-là et j'ai été surclassé, très satisfait. Il est situé à côté de la place des armes et bénéficie d'un bon emplacement. Super expérience de séjour à Cusco! Le prix de Ctrip est bien moins cher que la réservation, et c'est très puissant !

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Rocio a tout mis en œuvre pour que je puisse profiter pleinement de tout, de l'enregistrement à la recommandation d'excursions locales parfaitement adaptées à nos centres d'intérêt. Sa connaissance et sa passion pour la région ont fait de cette découverte un véritable plaisir.

Gg_soo23Je pense que c'était décent pour la valeur pour l'argent, mais le service n'était pas bon car il y a une grande barrière linguistique. Je ne le recommande pas si vous ne parlez pas espagnol. Même avec un traducteur, beaucoup de malentendu et personne n'a quitté leur chemin pour aider.

IInvitéI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe staff members are friendly when you see them, but two problems I encountered: the intro page of the hotel says it has a 24-hour front desk but it doesn’t! One night I finished drinking with friends and returned to the hotel at 12:25, the main door was locked, I called and knocked for 15 mins and no one replied - worse still I have a 4:30am pick up for Machu Piccu tour the following morning and I couldn’t change my clothes, charge my phone or bring anything with me because they just wouldn’t open the door! I couldn’t book another hotel either because any booking of the day only allows check in at 11am. I ended up sleeping in the sofa of a nearby hotel Prisma Hotel who was fully booked but kindly let me stay a night at their lobby.
Another thing was - the hotel room lock was shady and it became unlocked automatically sometimes.
It’s not somewhere you feel you can trust.
