« This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.) »

IInvitéIls ont été très bien accueillis (à midi, mais ils ont gardé ma chambre. J'ai appelé pour leur dire que je volerais tard. J'ai assisté à la formation de mon fils mais son check-out a duré longtemps - probablement parce que leur NCO les a manqués et ne voulait pas qu'ils quittent ....so Je suis fini le check-out de l'hôtel beaucoup plus tard que l'heure de check-out standard (11am - J'ai vu le check-out juste après 1pm) - mais parce qu'il était lié à la USCG - ils ont renoncé à la taxe tardive - qui a été très appréciée.
La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le chemin de l'ascenseur a une machine qui a fourni des aliments et des sodas junk - mais vous avez besoin de liquide physique pour les utiliser. La chambre était propre - pas de odeur étrange et très grande et spacieuse avec une salle de réception (soffie et télévision) pot à eau chaude pour le thé à café, etc. La salle de bains était bien stockée avec des serviettes, mais le lavabo était étrangement situé près du bassin de la salle de bains au lieu de la douche - ce qui était étrange. Le savon à main était bon et de taille (util pour laver le corps, vu la position fixe du corps laver à côté du baignoire). La chambre était très chaude et très confortable, et il était très chaud et très chaud, puisqu'il était froid et hiver et humide à l'extérieur.
La plupart des personnes ont été accueillies dans le centre de l'hôtel, et les personnes ont été accueillies dans le centre de l'hôtel.

KKRowtayWe enjoyed our stay at The Colonies overall. Our condo was clean, the grounds were well maintained and every staff member we interacted with was lovely and welcoming.
My biggest concern was the pool. Our welcome packet said guests needed bracelets and towels had to be checked out, but there was no access control at all. When we asked for bracelets, the front desk staff waved us on. All of the gates were wide open and there was no way to verify who was actually staying at the resort. The pool was extremely crowded and chaotic without all of the seats being taken up, so I can’t imagine what that would be like and I think having a lifeguard or several more staff members present would help keep it safer and more family-friendly. As a mom, the lack of controlled access made me especially uneasy. Any child could easily slip in or out of the pool area.
We also had a very loud neighbor who had their door propped open while cooking fried fish, so the smell came into our condo all night. There was also a lot of yelling and door slamming until after midnight. I never brought this to the front desk because at that hour, I didn’t feel there was much they could realistically do without making it obvious which neighbor complained, so we just dealt with it.
We are very laid-back, easygoing people and don’t typically have many complaints, but unfortunately, we found this stay to be anything but relaxing. Between the pool situation, inconsiderate neighbors and the noise, I’m honestly not sure we would stay here again. The staff themselves were wonderful; these were simply issues with the overall experience.

JJamesChaque année, je vais à Richmond pour séjourner dans cet hôtel, la chambre est grande et le lit est super grand. Très confortable. L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner buffet, qui n'est pas une variété d'instructions, mais c'est toujours possible.

IInvitéIn pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom.
Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

IInvitéI was taking a shower and grabbed a towel these onject were inside the towel folded up. When I told the lady downstairs named Amanda she apologized and gave us immediately 25% off but we have to call *********** to have them call us about the discount. It was sharp object and one of us could of cut ourselves on that sharp object. About that the service and free food was excellent

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatBE AWARE: they told me at checkout yesterday that I’d get my $50 deposit back by the evening. Then they said in 3 days. Now they’re saying in 5 days. Still showing that I was charged on my credit card app… So we’ll see if I get that back!
About our stay: If you’re brave and on a budget, you’ll be fine here. But if you’re big on cleanliness and safety then skip this location.
Random crap on the carpet. Shower handles leak all over the floor, and there’s rust all over the ceiling and stuff shoved into gaps to prevent leaks.
The door isn’t secure at all, and the latch chain could just be ripped off if someone pushed hard on the door.
Blood stains (or at least what appeared to be) on the curtain, which also had a massive rip in it.
PROS: no bedbugs and we definitely felt safe there. If in a pinch, we’d stay again because it was cheap (IF I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK, that is. Otherwise it’s not cheap) People at the hotel were friendly, I just hope they’re not lying about giving my deposit back 😂
Breakfast was cereals, breads, gravy, eggs and sausage, and a waffle maker. Nothing seemed fresh, we didn’t really eat much.
Again, if you want cheap, it’s safe enough and does the job. If you want a refreshing stay, look elsewhere.

Ce grand groupe a pris le contrôle de l'ensemble du territoire.
Dans la zone de télévision où le salon était rempli d'adultes et d'enfants hauts.
Nous sommes allés à notre chambre à 8 h 30 ce soir après avoir sorti pour avoir un temps plus calme.
Les enfants frappaient la porte, puisqu'ils couraient et descendaient la salle, oui, les parents ne les arrêtaient pas.
Je pensais que cela calmerait à midi.

Il était si fort que vous croyiez qu'il était dans la chambre.
Le bureau frontal aurait dû faire quelque chose pour arrêter ce comportement.
J'étais aussi un invité payant.
Très déçu.
J'ai dit au jeune homme qui m'a vérifié et il a dit qu'ils avaient des problèmes avec eux toute la semaine.
Le bureau frontal aurait dû empêcher le groupe de déranger l'autre client.
J'étais très en colère et j'y ai essayé la matinée suivante.
Je suis désolé, ils partent aujourd'hui.
