IInvitéWe stayed here after a football game in Morgantown. We tried to check in before the game, but since the other team stayed there the night before we were unable to due their late check-out. it was sort of annoying, but there was nothing the staff could really do. For their part, the staff were super nice, and we were able to change for the game in the hotel bathrooms which were very clean. The room was also very clean, but the cleaning staff left a cleaning rag on the bathroom floor. The bed was super comfortable. The room plenty big, and the bathroom was okay. Good water pressure. The breakfast was nothing special. It was just a regular buffet-style breakfast with a waffle maker, muffins, a few hot items, etc. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were kinda dry, and the eggs and Canadian bacon were not very good. The hotel is old, but you wouldn’t notice so much if the ceilings in the halls weren’t so short. They keep it up well, and they have replaced all the carpets. I would stay here again.

IInvitéGood enough. The linens were clean, the floor was clean. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, and I would have to say the whatever contractor they hired did a shoddy job. There were lots of rough edges. It’s fitting that this hotel is in a college town because the work done to the room evokes the classic Morgantown “landlord special.” That said, we booked the handicap accessible room because my dad has mobility issues, and it was very well equipped for his needs. It had a full walk-in shower with stability bars, non-slip surfaces, and a shower chair. It was also located on the first floor right by a side door which made it so much easier for him to get to and from the car. The breakfast was really good by continental breakfast standards. We really enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls. We didn’t use the office, gym, or pool, but they seemed fine. We would stay here again.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe roms are modern and have comfortable beds but we also had a not so pleasant night due to the super thin walls and ceiling. It felt like the guy above would walk in our room it was so noisy.
Also we had room no. 103 and there was noise from the elevator all evening long.
The sad thing is that we wanted to have a nice room and agreed to pay more than usual but it was kind of dirty and looked used.
There was no hand soap (which we got when we asked for it), food left in the fridge, obvious spots on the mirror, no condition and lotion (both empty) and the worst and dried pee spot next to the toilet.
I asked for the hand soap and told them about the food leftovers but the rest was just to annoying or we noticed that in the morning.
Should be do a better job with cleaning than the price would be okay.

WWEIC'est le plus bel hôtel de cet itinéraire américain. L'hôtel est situé sur une belle colline. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le soir, nous avons cherché l'hôtel pendant plus d'une demi-heure. Le signe sur le bord de la route n'était pas évident. Il a fallu quelques tours pour le trouver. Vous avez failli abandonner.
J'aime l'environnement interne et externe de l'hôtel. Un hôtel américain typique est le même que les autres hôtels américains. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, de brosse à dents et de dentifrice, et les autres installations sont bonnes.
Le salon à l'étage du hall de l'hôtel est très impressionnant, et il y a une piscine à côté. Il y a un terrain de golf devant l'hôtel, un petit lac derrière et de nombreux cerfs sika au bord de la route la nuit.
Si ce n'est pas pressé, je veux vraiment rester dans cet hôtel pour un autre jour !

IInvitéThe hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

IInvitéEnjoy the Managers reception and breakfast buffet. However the room we were assigned on was definitely in need of some TLC maintenance. Love that each room truly is a suite.This was a surprise as we had stayed a week before on a different level and everything was top notch. It was a holiday weekend and I am sure very busy so perhaps that is part of reason. Also,staffing may also account for a very limited and sometimes nonexistent buffet at managers reception. However , I choose to believe our stay the weekend before was more to standard of Embassy.

Mais deux choses qui ont détruit notre séjour :
1. La douche a été installée incorrectement ou brisé, lorsque nous avons fait la douche demain matin, la douche ne pouvait être tournée qu'un quart...Douche COLD, pas une grande façon de commencer le jour.
2. Notre chambre était 213, avec ascenseurs et lave-linge....il y avait de l'air froid provenant de vents chutes.
Nous avons notifié le gardien de la maison de la première table à la sortie.... Hilton récompense membre.
