Hôtels avec piscine à Boukhara, Ouzbékistan

I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

C'était très propre et vraiment génial. J'avais réservé deux lits simples par erreur, mais j'ai demandé un lit double à la réception, et ils m'ont aidé. La chambre était impeccable et le petit-déjeuner délicieux. Nous avons commandé de l'eau supplémentaire à la réception, et ils nous l'ont apportée gratuitement. Nous avons mangé un plat national au restaurant de l'hôtel et nous avons reçu un bon de réduction de 15 %. Merci beaucoup !

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with many of Bukhara’s main attractions within walking distance. Everything is brand new, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far. The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem. Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Расположение на оживленной улице способствует периодическому шуму от дороги, с закрытым окном становится не так громко. До центра основных достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Есть свое кафе, в котором можно заказать еду в номер и по утрам готовят завтрак. Отношение отличное, мебель в номере наверное чуть устарела, хотя возможно это такая тематика номеров. Интернет хотелось бы пошустрее.🙏🫶

L'hôtel est situé près de la vieille ville à pied des 20, pas très confortable à aller, car maintenant la construction va, mais c'est le seul minus, vous pouvez prendre un taxi rapidement, près d'un café, une petite arrêt de bus. Le petit déjeuner, la chambre, la piscine, vous pouvez voir que le personnel essaie. Bucarest est délicieux, je recommande à tout le monde de visiter!

Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere. However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing. Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.

Несмотря на то, что отель заявляет о своих пати звездах, обслуживание и сервис соответствуют только 3 звездам. Бассейн доступен только в теплое время года, тогда и заявляйте о своих звездах в теплое время года. В номере нет бутилированной воды. Есть SPA, но в номерах нет халатов, нужно идти в SPA в повседневной одежде и там выдадут халат. Пот этом халаты маленькие и старые. Полотенца в SPA все в бахроме от потертостей и износа. Персонал абсолютно не гостеприимный. Приятное впечатление, оставила только работница на ресепшен Жасмин.

Un hôtel familial très chaleureux. Chambres confortables avec tout le nécessaire (sèche-cheveux, shampoing, savon, brosse à dents, chaussons). Excellents petits déjeuners. Le seul point à prendre en compte concerne les rideaux, qui laissent passer beaucoup de lumière et peuvent perturber le sommeil dès le petit matin. Sinon, l'hôtel est tout simplement excellent et le service est très aimable !

Номер соответствует описанию и фото на сайте. Местоположение отличное. В номере есть все необходимое, зуб набор по запросу, текла раковина, после того, как ею воспоьуешься, лужа. Завтраки посредственные, голодный не уйдёшь, но все холодное, так как выставляют с утра. Нам не повезло, с нами заехала футбольная команда, которая гвлдела по вечерам, ближе к 23, чем доставляли неудобства. В целом за эту стоимость место не плохое, белье чистое, кровать удобная,подушки тоже..
