1. Le personnel de la maison d'hôtes a été très attentionné, nous appelant la veille pour confirmer notre transfert. Ils ont également été très accueillants et hospitaliers tout au long du voyage. Lorsque nous avons raté le petit-déjeuner, ils nous ont gentiment conseillé de demander au cuisinier de nous attendre. Ils ont même organisé notre transfert à la gare et nous ont aidés avec nos bagages avant notre départ. Un grand merci au personnel et au propriétaire ! 2. Nous avons été très satisfaits de la chambre, et la vue en valait vraiment la peine. Se prélasser dans la chambre en contemplant les rizières ruisselantes de pluie et les villages de montagne au loin était très agréable. La chambre était équipée d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge, ce qui était très pratique. 3. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Profiter de la pluie depuis la fenêtre était un vrai plaisir. En résumé, nous avons passé un séjour très confortable et reposant. La vue sur les rizières à elle seule justifiait le voyage.

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Qixi Resort à Fanjingshan a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Niché à flanc de montagne, au bord d'un ruisseau, l'hôtel offre un cadre paisible et confortable. Sa proximité avec la porte Est de Fanjingshan est idéale pour explorer la région. Un grand merci à M. Ren Le, le majordome, pour son service chaleureux, attentionné et sincère. De l'enregistrement à l'aide aux bagages, en passant par les explications détaillées sur les précautions à prendre en randonnée et les conseils pratiques, il a répondu rapidement à toutes mes demandes. Son service prévenant et disponible a grandement contribué à la réussite de mon voyage. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, pour un séjour des plus agréables. Je choisirai sans hésiter l'hôtel Qixi lors de mon prochain séjour à Fanjingshan et je le recommande vivement à tous mes amis qui visitent la région.

Zhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

Highly recommend! We stayed here in April with our kids and everything about Zhaoxing Dong village and this hotel is so heartwarming and memorable! A trip we will remember forever! The owner is from Yunnan. He and all the staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly! Communication was clear before we arrived. They messaged us on WeChat and picked us up from the train station and brought our luggage to the hotel. The breakfast lady makes the most delicious soup noodle every morning and the hami melon is so sweet! Breakfast is served on the rooftop and the view in the morning is so serene as the town is still quiet. The hotel was even were so kind to make a bowl of soup noodle when our kids were not feeling well one evening. And the breakfast lady personally walked me to a local shop that sells handmade herbal shampoo to help promote healthy hair! I was so moved by her friendliness to share the towns local best kept secrets. There is a free green shuttle that picks up every few blocks within the town: this was very handy when traveling with kids who get tired from walking easily. Nous avions réservé deux chambres, et le magasin nous les a toutes deux surclassées gratuitement. La femme de ménage était également très serviable. Elle nous a contactés à l'avance pour nous attendre sur le parking et est venue nous chercher pour porter nos bagages. Nous allions à Huangguoshu le lendemain, nous avons donc séjourné à l'hôtel la veille pour nous reposer. L'expérience globale a été bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le dîner et le petit-déjeuner, et le B&B était délicieux. S'il faisait plus chaud, une baignade à la piscine serait peut-être plus intéressante.

We could enjoy stunning scenery from the bedroom, bathroom, and swimming pool area. The pool itself is large, clean, and beautifully designed. The outdoor areas are truly amazing — surrounded by nature, it feels like you’re staying in the middle of a peaceful forest. Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and even helped us carry our bags, which was greatly appreciated. Food ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) The food was okay, but the flavours were a little bland for our taste. The breakfast selection is also quite limited, but there was still enough to start the day. There aren’t many takeaway options nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you’re planning your meals. Pet Friendly 🐾 A huge bonus is that the hotel is pet friendly! This made our stay even better, as it’s not always easy to find beautiful places that welcome pets. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would 100% recommend this hotel for your next getaway. We did go out at night to visit the nearby ancient town, but honestly, next time we would rather spend more time enjoying the hotel itself. The peaceful atmosphere, incredible views, and relaxing environment make it a place worth staying and truly unwinding.

They are beyond excellent! The room is great and so comfy! Before we arrived, I already knew we will have a good stay. Just only one night, we experienced their meticulousness and determination! We ordered delivery and the man delivered to another hotel, left us a picture taken from corner! Sofitel staff confirmed not a corner from their hotel and offered us to track down our delivery! Of cos! They did it!

Qiu Yu, « Le village Miao de Xijiang répond à tout avec beauté », j'ai attrapé la brise fin avril et je me suis enregistré dans l'hôtel de villégiature appelé « Xijiang Story ». La première chose qui a attiré mon attention a été l'original et. simple structure en bois Miao. À l'extérieur, la rivière Baishui gargouillant devant la porte ; en montant les escaliers, vous trouverez le comptoir de la caisse sous le rocher naturel. Le mandarin standard et les salutations chaleureuses de la fille Miao rendent les gens très amicaux. Au crépuscule, appuyé sur la balustrade et regardant au loin, vous pouvez voir le village Miao d'origine devant vous, le son de suona et une lune brillante suspendue haut : l'eau de la rivière Xijiang, la lune de la rivière Xijiang, et la brise fraîche des montagnes semblent raconter l'histoire du fleuve Xijiang depuis des milliers d'années...
