Cette chambre était étonnante. C'était énorme. J'ai obtenu une mise à niveau quand je suis arrivé. C'était une suite près de 1/4 du sol dans le bâtiment que j'étais. Il y avait une salle de séjour. Kitchenette deuxième salle de bains maître et salle de chambre et une zone de robe. L'histoire de la région est riche et intéressante, les tentatives d'assassinat, les bâtiments de pré-guerre et l'histoire. Pas loin d'autres grands sites de Suzhou. Je resterai certainement ici si je reviens de cette façon. Anna au bureau de front était un plaisir et extrêmement utile. Le petit déjeuner était divers et vous devez essayer les bouts de porc frit. pack Ils sont délicieux et un traitement local.

En raison de l'emplacement et de l'environnement, j'ai spécifiquement changé pour un hôtel pour les prochains jours à Suzhou. Il se trouve à une courte distance de la porte orientale et d'une route en planches au bord du lac. La vue nocturne est bonne et elle convient également au jogging matinal au bord du lac. Le buffet est correct. Préparer de nombreuses jolies bagues pour les enfants lors de l'enregistrement est également un point fort.
1. L'hôtel est relativement ancien dans son ensemble et l'hygiène des chambres ne peut être scrutée ;
2. Le bouton pour changer de salle de douche est cassé, vous obligeant à utiliser la douchette à main à la place de la douche du dessus ;
3. Bien que la salle de bain soit grande, les tuyaux sous le lavabo sont tous exposés et tachés de rouille et de moisissure. L’hôtel pense-t-il que les clients ne regarderont pas en bas et ne verront pas en dessous ?
4. La literie est trop molle, le matelas est déformé et il est dans un état concave avant de vous allonger. Comme prévu, vous aurez la nuque raide après avoir dormi une nuit et il faudra trois ou quatre jours pour aller mieux. ;
5. Le paradis des enfants. Je suis allé jouer au premier étage à 21 heures. Le couloir était sombre et la salle du premier étage était également faiblement éclairée. Il n'y avait que deux hommes assis là. Il n'y avait pas de personnel à l'entrée de l'aire de jeux pour enfants. C'était vraiment effrayant dans cet environnement, alors je suis parti après avoir joué 10 minutes ;
6. Il n'y a pas de personnel à la porte menant à l'hôtel depuis la route en planches au bord du lac, et il n'y a pas de contrôle d'accès. Les personnes extérieures à l'hôtel peuvent entrer à volonté et elles peuvent même profiter gratuitement de l'aire de jeux pour enfants de l'hôtel.
L'environnement externe est important, mais l'environnement interne et les détails de gestion sont également des facteurs dans le choix du client.

L'environnement est vraiment agréable et le service est excellent. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il fait très froid en hiver, et la climatisation n'a atteint que 19 degrés toute la nuit, pour atteindre 20 degrés le lendemain. La couette était également très fine, et j'ai attrapé un petit rhume en dormant. De plus, je n'arrivais pas à appeler l'extérieur depuis ma chambre, et la porte ne fermait pas à clé. Les installations étaient étonnamment décevantes, mais le service client était effectivement très bon, ils ont réglé tous mes problèmes. Dans l'ensemble, cela correspond aux standards de gestion de Hilton, mais les installations ont besoin d'être améliorées.

DDingjinmaiIdéalement situé dans la rue piétonne de Pingjiang Road, c'est très pratique pour visiter et écouter des conteurs le soir quand il y a beaucoup de monde. Il y a aussi une station de métro et une rue avec des stands de nourriture à proximité. Le matin, Pingjiang Road est très calme ; on peut ouvrir la fenêtre pour admirer la beauté matinale. Le Jardin du Lion, le Jardin de l'Administrateur Humble et le Musée de Suzhou sont proches, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles.

TTotorotravllerL'hôtel se trouve sur Ping Jiang Road, juste à côté de la rivière, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement au quartier commerçant. Vous trouverez également des restaurants à quelques pas. Notez qu'étant situé au bord de la rivière, là où les voitures ne peuvent généralement pas accéder, vous devrez probablement descendre sur la route principale et marcher environ 5 minutes jusqu'à l'hôtel. Cet hôtel peut ne pas convenir aux groupes avec de jeunes enfants, des bagages volumineux ou aux personnes âgées.
L'hôtel lui-même est vraiment charmant. Vous serez accueilli par un personnel chaleureux et sympathique, qui se fera un plaisir de vous aider avec vos bagages ou de vous donner des conseils sur la région. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, vous devrez donc porter vos bagages jusqu'aux chambres du 1er ou du 2e étage (le personnel m'a aidé avec les miens). La chambre est très propre et les équipements sont neufs. Les toilettes sont également neuves avec chasse d'eau automatique. Les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain sont cependant translucides. On ne voit pas ce que fait la personne à l'intérieur, mais la lumière passe au travers ; il n'est donc pas conseillé de partager la chambre avec une autre personne sensible à la lumière, surtout la nuit. Sinon, tout le reste est parfait à cet endroit.

IInvitéI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

IInvitéI really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy.
The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city.
Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options.
Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

🚪 Expérience d'enregistrement : Le check-in a été d'une rapidité surprenante ! Le personnel était super attentionné et nous a spontanément surclassés dans une chambre plus grande. ~
✅ L'agencement de la chambre est très original : il faut d'abord prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au 45ème étage, puis changer pour un ascenseur dédié à la chambre, ce qui donne une impression de prestige !
-🔖 Les équipements de la chambre sont complets : capsules de café écologiques et biodégradables de Julius Meinl, enceinte Bose, sèche-cheveux Dyson. Chaque détail est soigné ! Salle de bain séparée avec douche et baignoire, plus des baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable depuis le 67ème étage. Le lac Xuanwu et les gratte-ciel de la ville sont à portée de vue, et on peut admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil de Nanjing depuis son lit 🌇
🍴 Restaurant Horizon Café, 45ème étage
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est divin ! Tellement de choix qu'il est difficile de se décider :
✅ Pour les amateurs de cuisine chinoise : soupe aux vermicelles et au sang de canard de Nanjing préparée minute, toutes sortes de nouilles, plats sautés, soupes, ainsi que des bâtonnets de pâte frits (youtiao), des petits pains et des dim sum vapeur. Un retour dans le vieux Nanjing !
✅ Pour les amateurs de cuisine occidentale : toasts, pâtisseries, salades, plats froids et café fraîchement moulu.
✅ Il y a aussi des fritures, de la soupe miso, du riz sauté et bien d'autres plats. On peut manger du matin au midi sans jamais répéter !
🌇 Plateforme d'observation du 45ème étage
Après le petit-déjeuner, direction la plateforme d'observation ! La vue depuis la terrasse spacieuse permet d'embrasser la prospérité de Nanjing et la tranquillité du lac Xuanwu. Les photos sous le soleil sont magnifiques, chaque cliché est digne d'un magazine 📸
Si vous venez à Nanjing pendant les vacances de Qingming, choisir cet hôtel est une valeur sûre ! Une vue imprenable, un service attentif et un petit-déjeuner de rêve ont rendu notre séjour à Nanjing absolument parfait. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Nanjing, je séjournerai encore ici !

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week.
Pros:
- Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn.
- The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake.
- There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too.
- Staff are generally friendly and helpful
- Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby.
- Hotel is affordable by international standards
- Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live
- We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals
- Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds.
Cons
- The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface.
- The property and facilities are a bit dated
- There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

MMoAlantehOur stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime.
Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor.
The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish.
Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
