L'hôtel Hatten bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, à proximité des magasins, de la nourriture et du site historique. L'hôtel lui-même dispose de 2 restaurants, d'un dépanneur 7-Eleven et de quelques magasins de marque. Il y a 2 grands centres commerciaux à quelques pas. Wi-Fi dans la chambre excellent. Le seul problème est qu'il y a une odeur désagréable de drainage au 1 er étage. Heureusement, la chambre n'a pas d'odeurs aussi désagréables Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit où séjourner.

Pros: Amongst the friendliest hotel personnel that I stumbled upon. Fast check in & out. Both room and bathroom are clean & spacious. Bed is comfortable. Free covered parking. Free high speed wifi. Got a working refrigerator! Air condition works well. Cons: Entrance to parking is so narrow. Sea view from room is not that great. Very limited tv channels. Body lotion is not provided. Small pool.

Stay here few days still can considered ok.tv got few channel but i think they just on the extra channel from friday to weekends only.because in weekday only got 3-4 local channel only.toiletries include toothbrush set is provided.water flow is good but for water heater early in the morning is not hot.aircond function.bathroom exhaust fan also working and this is important thing for bathroom.because most of hotel this thing are not function.for praying you need to bring your own sejadah.but the room i stay got carpet.iron can request at the counter.hair dryer provided in the room.the towel is clean.bed sheet and blankets also clean.as usual only 2 pillow provided.maybe management should improve on the room door.because it is so loud,because you cannot close it on normal way.this hotel don't have their own cafe.but around hotel got a lot of restaurant but mostly chinese food.but if you own a car that should be no problem.if not grab also easy to get.laundry shop got 2 near the hotel.all room have window but my room cannot open the window.not sure why you need to screw the window.sometimes we need some fresh air too,thats why we choose room with window.i notice bathroom wall actually can see through from bedroom but they already put wallpaper.but still the light from the bathroom can go through the wallpaper.for those that can sleep with light maybe no problem.for bathroom maybe can improve the cleanliness,especially the wall.this is the common problem for some hotel.

Un établissement très agréable avec de nombreuses installations (frigo, four, chaudière, cuisson, Wi-Fi, serviette). Unité scénique avec bonne vue sur la mer en raison de sa hauteur et de sa position stratégique. Distance à pied à la plage. Reste dans cette unité. Recommandé.

Je m'apprêtais à aller me coucher lorsque j'ai remarqué que le climatiseur de la chambre fuyait littéralement, sans même couler. Un technicien est venu vérifier après une plainte déposée auprès de la réceptionniste. Il m'a demandé si j'étais prêt à changer de chambre, car la réparation du problème de fuite prendrait un certain temps. J'ai donc déménagé du niveau 27 au niveau 21, en peignoir et pantoufles, avec toutes mes affaires. Seul un gentil réceptionniste est venu m'aider à déménager mes affaires. Tout cela s'est produit à 23h06. Une expérience vraiment horrible. Cependant, le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bon et le personnel est généralement très accessible et serviable, à l'exception de la réceptionniste ce soir-là (nuit du 04/08/2025) qui semblait très impatiente au téléphone. Cela dit, ils m'ont transféré dans une chambre plus grande ce soir-là. Les photos présentées ici font référence à la chambre où le climatiseur a fui. Je leur donne une mauvaise note pour les équipements en raison du manque d'entretien de l'unité de climatisation dans la chambre.

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before. And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly. However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay. On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign. Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

Ok, mais pas si propre.. avoir le web de l'espider.. pas de toilettes seulement avoir de savon.. L'espoir peut être amélioré pour la prochaine fois.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement. Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed. Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet. Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities. Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.

Impeccable! L'emplacement est dans la nouvelle ville d'Impression, mais prendre un taxi pour se rendre à la ville antique est très pratique et le prix est abordable ! Le service est très sympathique et le personnel de sécurité est attentif et responsable. Tous les équipements sont disponibles, particulièrement luxueux ! Chaleureux et confortable, il y a une piscine et un terrain de basket au 6ème étage... Très, très bonne expérience, le prix est aussi beau, le premier choix absolu, l'expérience est tellement bonne, je ne sais même pas par où commencer... Un hôtel que vous devez essayer si vous venez à Malacca.
