Excellent service! Airport transfer to and from hotel was super smooth and the pickup location is conveniently located, easy to find and well communicated. The frontdesk was super helpful and staffed 24/7. Room had all listed amenities. I would 100% be back if i had a layover in Santiago again. Its fantastic and absolutely value for money!

Super close to the airport. Excellent for transit. The airport transfer service is complimentary and reliable. Driver made clear instruction on pick up so that it was smooth. Transfer to the airport was arranged on arrival to the hotel. The room is big with high ceiling. There is nothing to complain about the room. Just there is no supermarket / restaurant near by the hotel.

Lo que hace el hotel especial es el servicio y atención de el personal, muy amables y muy atentos a las necesidades. En especial el servicio de Lucas que me ayudó a aclarar todas las que tenía sobre el hotel.

Très confortable, il y a un petit-déjeuner au dessous, l'environnement est très bon et le voisinage est très sûr. Il y a un grand magasin à côté, vous pouvez faire la rue. C'est une région très sûre. Vous êtes également très pratique de voyager.

C'était mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel la semaine dernière, car j'utilisais l'aéroport comme point de départ pour mes déplacements. L'Holiday Inn est idéal pour cela. Très facile d'accès depuis les aéroports nationaux et internationaux. Enregistrement rapide. Personnel serviable. Grande salle de bain. Lit confortable. Excellente connexion Wi-Fi. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bar et espace détente agréables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Grande location au cœur du centre-ville, près d'un grand centre commercial avec beaucoup de restaurants et d'options pour manger. La zone se sent sûre et confortable, ce qui la rend facile à attirer. Excellent valeur pour de l'argent compte tenu de la situation privilégiée.

It was so peaceful and beautiful, just what we needed. The room was really nice, contemporary and warm. The grounds were spectacular, amazing trees. The staff were really nice and friendly. Specially Christof who gave us a tour of the Palace. Only down side was we pre booked a car to bring us into the city for our next leg. The driver was a complete ****** and near killed us all several times. Not sure this is just the way the locals drive at all.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.
