C'est très bien. Il faut aller au sauna au premier étage pour découvrir les coutumes exotiques et les différentes cultures.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

J'ai été un peu déçu par l'hôtel pour cette gamme de prix. Les chambres étaient fonctionnelles, mais il aurait fallu plus d'articles de toilette. La chambre était assez petite, malgré un grand livre. Il faisait beaucoup trop froid dans tout l'hôtel. La climatisation ne pouvait malheureusement que rafraîchir la chambre, et non la chauffer, à la demande, car il faisait vraiment froid. La salle à manger et le bar étaient également beaucoup trop froids. Comme je l'ai dit, je m'attendais à plus de confort pour une nuit aussi chère. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.

Quand vous entrez dans l'hôtel, il y a une odeur si agréable, l'environnement était également très bon😍. La chambre…. très propre et tout le personnel est sympathique. Mais ce qui me manquait dans la pièce, c'était un chausse-pied😅. Mais sinon, comme je l'ai dit, tout était très bien.🤗🤭

La chambre 326 était glaciale à mon arrivée. Le chauffage était déjà au maximum et impossible à augmenter. À la réception, on m'a indiqué que si la température ne baissait pas, je pouvais demander un chauffage d'appoint. Il faisait encore froid après le dîner, mais je ne souhaitais pas utiliser un radiateur d'appoint à une heure aussi tardive. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, avec son café à la machine, est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, et le reste est médiocre et hors de prix.

New hotel in a new developed part of Heidelberg. Direct access to the train station. Few restaurants nearby. Old town is a medium walk away. The hotel is handing out vouchers if you don't want room cleanup every day. There are no amenities in the room.

L'hôtel est situé dans un zoo et une gare ferroviaire, et la situation est très pratique. Très antiquement, les chambres sont chaudes et l'hiver est très confortable. Parce que le port est plus élevé, la chambre est aussi large. Comparée à de nombreux hôtels européens, la zone de la chambre est grande. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking, 18 euros par nuit, plus pratique pour la conduite.

Je l'aime vraiment, je me sens très heureux de jouer ici, je l'ai initialement choisi au hasard, mais je ne m'attendais pas à des résultats inattendus si je reviens jouer à l'avenir, je choisirai toujours cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est confortable et confortable. Je pensais que c'était de rendre le contrôle plus efficace. Il y a un numéro de téléphone allemand que je ne veux pas appeler, car c'est un appel international pour moi. Il y a un courriel que je pouvais envoyer, mais personne ne répondit. Je ne sais pas ce que faire pour s'enregistrer. Enfin, j'ai trouvé le code dans le courriel de l'hôtel dans mon dossier de spam et j'ai réussi à trouver ma chambre. Il n'est pas clair que sans le code, rien ne peut faire. Je pense que, en tant qu'hôtel, il pourrait être nécessaire d'intervenir humainement.

Great hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay. Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.
