L'hôtel est vraiment superbe, vraiment magnifique. Bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre-ville, il y a un tramway à proximité qui y mène directement. Vous pouvez aussi prendre un taxi pendant deux ou trois kilomètres et rejoindre directement un grand quai pour prendre le train jusqu'au centre-ville. La cathédrale de Cologne est juste à côté du train. Le personnel de la réception est très compétent.

Hôtel 4 étoiles Marriott de bon niveau;  chambres au goût du jour et agréables. Situé près des musées (museumsmeile), un peu excentré. Petit déjeuner agréable, jus d’orange de tres mauvaise qualité (étonnant) Zone de loisirs ou wellness exceptionnelle; salle de sport, sauna, piscine, … très très grandes. En 1 mot, Bien.

My children wanted to have chocolate on Easter morning.My kids really wanted it, so I asked a male room cleaner for an Easter rabit chocolate, but I don't know the name. After wait a few minutes and then he got me one. he was so kind and thankful, but I couldn't tip him because i didn't have the cash. Please pass this massage on to him. Thank you very much.

Installations : Excellentes, la chambre est spacieuse. Propreté : Impeccable, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Environnement : Très pratique pour les transports. Un supermarché Lidl et un magasin DM sont juste en face, et la gare ainsi que les arrêts de bus se trouvent à proximité immédiate. Service : Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux.

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

我最近入住了美第奇生活酒店，對這次體驗有不少感受。酒店具有非常獨特的風格，彷彿置身於博物館之中，整體氛圍和裝飾令人印象深刻。 優點： 特色風格： 酒店的裝飾風格非常獨特，充滿了藝術氣息。無論是大廳、走廊還是公共區域，都擺放着許多藝術品和古董，彷彿置身於一個私人博物館中，非常有觀賞價值。 地理位置： 酒店位於市中心，周圍有許多景點和餐廳，出行非常方便。這使得我們在遊覽城市時節省了不少時間和精力。 服務： 酒店的服務非常周到。前台工作人員友善且樂於助人，入住和退房手續辦理非常順利。客房服務也很及時，滿足了我們的各種需求。 設施： 酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適。健身房和其他公共設施也維護得很好，使用起來非常方便。 不足： 房間內的裝飾： 儘管整體風格獨特，但房間內的裝飾有時會讓人感到有些嚇人。部分藝術品和古董的設計較為誇張，可能不太適合每一位客人的口味，特別是在夜間獨處時，可能會感到不太舒適。 總體來説，美第奇生活酒店是一個非常特別的住宿選擇。其獨特的博物館風格和充滿藝術氣息的環境非常適合喜歡藝術和文化的旅客。儘管房間內的裝飾可能有些嚇人，但這並不影響整體的住宿體驗。無論是商務旅行還是休閑度假，這裏都能提供一個與眾不同的下榻之地。

J'aurais pu pardonner dix points pour le service. J'aurais choisi l'hôtel avec le therme pour célébrer mon anniversaire avec ma famille. Nous sommes arrivés trop tôt, mais nous avons pu entrer. Nous avons été très bien servis au restaurant et très aimable et quand on a vu mon anniversaire proche ou même décorer une table supplémentaire. En général, la nourriture était aussi très bon, le thermo était sensationnel. Nous avons eu un moment merveilleux et merci chaleureusement. 

L'environnement est beau, mais pas de taxi.

Newish Hotel, in a remote location, need a car to get around. The rooms have no climate control, needed to request a fan as it was hot and humid in room. The 'natural pool' was freezing and quite dirty to look at, pointless as not heated in Germany. For a chef hotel, breakfast was average, not consistent, one morning the eggs benedict were great, next morning, totally overcooked and unappealing, Pancakes were aweful. At dinner, service was also inconsistent, forgot the soup, brought it after a long time after main course, just didnt work. We also found it to be very inflexible for a small luxury boutique hotel - they only provided sparkling water in the room, when we asked to switch the bottle to still water, there was poor communication and a charge of 8 euro for the still water? tap water tasted pretty salty and did not want to use that in the coffee machine either. overall pretty average, would not return or recommend

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4.45am. The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend. Highly recommended.
