Hôtels avec Spa à Adjarie, Géorgie

Расположение отеля прекрасное, номера большие, светлые. Мы отдыхали в октябре и было чуть прохладно внутри, это единственный минус. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа большой, но не очень удобно расположен. Все бани, бассейны - отдельно. Надо идти по коридорам, через холл, что не очень комфортно.

Проживали вдвоем с женой 03-08 мая 2026 года. Отель хороший.  Местоположение отличное. Жили в номере с видом на море. Лучший вид .  Вкусные завтраки.   Зубные щетки нужно отдельно заказывать.  Иногда не приносят.  Внизу регулярно гудит вытяжка.  Сильно слышно.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

The arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.” What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning. Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is. My overall ratings: - Room: 8/10 - Bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 7/10

L'hôtel se trouve à 40-50 minutes à pied des principaux sites touristiques. Les chambres sont propres, lumineuses et spacieuses. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes sont assurés quotidiennement. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés et vous trouverez assurément votre bonheur. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de fitness, d'un sauna finlandais, d'une piscine et d'une pataugeoire pour enfants. Seul bémol : la piscine n'est pas très bien nettoyée ; on aperçoit quelques déchets dans les coins, même si la quantité reste raisonnable. Le hammam est peu fonctionnel ; il n'y a pas de vapeur, on a donc l'impression d'entrer dans une pièce chaude. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Un hôtel exceptionnel au cœur de Batoumi, face à la place de l'Europe, installé dans un bâtiment historique doté d'une horloge astronomique. Cet hôtel IHG a ouvert ses portes fin décembre 2025. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par le professionnalisme, l'attention et l'élégance irréprochable du personnel. Nous avons séjourné du 3 au 7 janvier dans une chambre standard avec un lit king-size au 3e étage, offrant une vue imprenable sur le centre historique, la place et la tour de Batoumi. Spacieuse et climatisée, la chambre était très agréable et confortable en hiver. Elle était équipée de peignoirs moelleux, de chaussons confortables, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser, d'une machine à café à capsules, d'un service à thé, de verres élégants, d'une Smart TV avec YouTube et d'un minibar (en supplément). L'eau était renouvelée quotidiennement. Le service de ménage était impeccable ; un grand merci au personnel d'entretien. Les produits de toilette étaient de grande qualité et fournis (brosses à dents et autres articles de toilette) à notre arrivée. Le spa était fermé pendant notre séjour, mais la salle de fitness était accessible. Je tiens à souligner tout particulièrement la qualité du lit et des draps : nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner était initialement servi sous forme de buffet (plats chauds, viennoiseries, fromages, café et thé de grande qualité), puis, plus tard, à la carte, avec notamment des œufs Bénédicte, des toasts au saumon ou au bacon, des syrniki et des crêpes. Le service au petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel. Je tiens également à remercier tout particulièrement le personnel de la réception : tous étaient très aimables et parlaient plusieurs langues, dont le russe, ce qui était très pratique. Un grand merci au directeur adjoint, Avtandil, pour son attention et son aide ; je n’ai jamais reçu un tel accueil. Merci à Nana pour le départ tardif. Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de l’hôtel et du service ; nous reviendrons sans hésiter et le recommanderons à nos amis. ❤️

В целом номер достаточно большой с красивым видом на море, огромным санузлом. Панарамный вид и сауна с хамамом это плюсы. Из минусов пожалуй то что кондиционер не работал и запах в одном из номеров был неприятным (канализацией) В остальном все что необходимо было в номере или приносили по запросу. Конечно на 5 звезд он не тянет но 3+ или 4 с минусом ))) заслужил

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

Большой номер, приятная бытовая косметика, удобный матрас (хоть и коротковат на рост 180), много подушек, теплый пол а ванне, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене, отличный завтрак. В номере чайник и капсульная кофемашина, чай и капсулы Lavazza, в том числе decaf. Заселили раньше на 2 часа. 2 бассейна. Все же из-за усталости номеров это уже 4, а не 5 звезд. Требуется косметический ремонт: обои обновить, инсталляцию в туалете поменять, лампы (из-за проводки), кондиционер почистить и починить , чтобы не подтекал в гардеробную. Где-то обновить полки в гардеробной и сделать химчистку мебели. За изношенностью полотенец стоит следить тщательнее. И в номерах виниловые обои, которые прекрасно можно отмыть от чая/кофе, но почему-то клиринг этот факт игнорирует.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.
