Hotel is in a really good condition, good service, hospitable staff. Food was delicious but pastry needs to be improved. I really liked the pepper mint smell of soap, washing gel and shampoo!! Wanna buy myself one

Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....

L'endroit est très propre, le service est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, et il est proche de l'aéroport et propose également une navette pour l'aéroport, c'est le meilleur.

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, j'ai beaucoup aimé la soupe claire au poulet et il y avait beaucoup de sauces chili spéciales. J'ai accidentellement perdu mon élastique à cheveux et le personnel de service a osé me chasser et me le donner. C'était vraiment attentionné. L'hôtel propose une navette aéroport, le chauffeur est sympathique et professionnel

Pour une escale rapide pour se reposer et se détendre si vous avez un vol le lendemain. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et propose un réveil si vous avez un vol tôt le matin. L'hôtel dispose d'une navette gratuite depuis et vers l'aéroport. Chambre confortable et propre avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous rafraîchir. Il y a aussi une belle piscine pour se détendre. Non loin de la ville mais très proche de l'aéroport. Il nous a fallu environ 5 à 10 minutes pour arriver à l'aéroport.

✨ Avis sur l'hôtel : Neo+ Airport Hotel ✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 étoiles) J'ai récemment séjourné au Neo+ Airport Hotel et j'ai été agréablement surpris par mon séjour. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'aéroport, c'est une excellente option pour les voyageurs qui recherchent un endroit confortable pour se reposer avant ou après un vol. 🛏️ Chambre : La chambre était propre, moderne et bien entretenue. Le lit était confortable, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et l'éclairage était bon. J'ai apprécié le design minimaliste et l'optimisation de l'espace. Le Wi-Fi était fiable et rapide, ce qui a été un atout majeur pour moi. 🍽️ Restauration : Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était assez varié, avec des plats locaux et occidentaux. Les produits étaient frais et bien préparés. Le service en chambre était également rapide et à un prix raisonnable. 🛎️ Service : Le personnel a été aimable et serviable tout au long de mon séjour. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. Ils proposaient également un service de navette vers l'aéroport, ce qui a facilité mon voyage. 🌆 Emplacement : L'hôtel est à quelques minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, ce qui le rend idéal pour les escales ou les vols matinaux. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire dans les environs, mais c'est parfait pour une halte rapide et reposante. 🧼 Propreté : L'hôtel était impeccable. Les parties communes et la chambre étaient très propres, ce qui m'a permis de me sentir à l'aise et en sécurité pendant mon séjour. 👍 En résumé : Le Neo+ Airport Hotel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce n'est pas un complexe hôtelier de luxe, mais pour un hôtel de transit, il offre exactement ce dont vous avez besoin : confort, propreté et commodité. J'y retournerais sans hésiter si j'ai besoin d'un hôtel près de l'aéroport !

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Was looking forward for this trip for an event near ICE BSD. Definitely worth it. You’ll be greeted with porter offering help with your luggages, check-in was breezy.  The breakfast spread is to die for. You can get a taste of Indonesia and I enjoyed every bite.  Will definitely visit again, didn’t manage to make use of the gym and pool, maybe will use that then.

Love its proximity to BSD Ice Exhibition Center. Around 5 mins car ride . Hotel provide free ride to the exhibition Center . Staffs are friendly & helpful
