L'hôtel était agréable à séjourner, l'hospitalité n'était pas très bonne, le personnel n'était pas disponible à ce moment-là. La nourriture était bonne. Séjour globalement incroyable.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Exceptional Hospitality & Delicious Cuisine! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Leela a été exceptionnellement confortable, marqué par un accueil chaleureux et une chambre confortable qui m'a donné l'impression d'être chez moi loin de chez moi. Le service était exceptionnel, avec un personnel attentif qui a fait tout son possible pour garantir une expérience mémorable. Il est clair que la satisfaction des clients est leur priorité absolue, ce qui en fait un hôtel que je recom***de vivement.

La chambre était propre. Le personnel était sympathique. Tout s'est bien passé. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Hotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.

Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurugram with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.

Il est bon hôtel et la situation est aussi bonne. La nourriture était aussi bonne. Nous sommes arrivés tard, donc ils ont mis à niveau notre chambre et nous ont donné une suite à jacuzi qui était la meilleure partie.
