SmritaL'hôtel est très soigné et propre, le buffet du petit déjeuner était incroyable
C'est juste un peu vers la fin de Gorgone, ce qui prend une heure supplémentaire pour voyager.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Exceptional Hospitality & Delicious Cuisine!
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

InvitéNous étions 2 couples voyageant ensemble et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Sanjeev Suri (superviseur de l'aéroport) dans l'aéroport même, en attendant nos bagages ! Notre accueil et notre transfert à l'hôtel ont été très confortables malgré le long chemin à parcourir pour accéder aux véhicules de transfert. Cela était dû au fait que l'aéroport devait accueillir les participants à la réunion du G20.
Un excellent service nous a toujours été fourni au salon du club par Rohit Singh Bisht (majordome) et votre autre personnel.
Au petit-déjeuner, votre sous-chef Regan Barua Chowdhury a fait un effort supplémentaire pour préparer des pâtisseries végétaliennes et d'autres délices pour notre sœur végétalienne. Le serveur Dhaiaya faisait de son mieux pour répondre à tous nos besoins.

InvitéDidn’t get the best sleep. There was a wedding taking place and the event was outside, loud music carried on until after 2am. This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. In room dining also called twice, once within half an hour of food arriving to check if the plates needed to be cleared, I didn’t even finish eating the food. Then after I called for dishes to be cleared, I received another call to check on the food but at this point I was asleep so this woke me up.

Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurugram with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.

Ravi_ZenFirst, the hotel is fairly big and has several rooms, and it is located on a highway, so it is really convenient. Due to the ongoing construction for a flyover, getting to this hotel was more arduous than it should have been. The hotel staff were helpful and professional. The only thing I would mention is that they could improve the cleanliness inside the rooms but provide higher-quality linens that would make the experience even more pleasant.
