I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

Mjlim29We really enjoyed our time in Forte Kochi. We checked in at 1am and the staff incharge allowed us to go straight to our room and do the check in process there which we highly appreciated. The breakfast options were not extensive but of great quality. The late afternoon snacks were great as well.

InvitéNous avons séjourné ici deux fois pour nous rapprocher de l'aéroport.
La première fois dans une suite, qui était très grande et avait beaucoup de place pour les trois d'entre nous, ils ont fait un lit pour notre fils.
Le personnel était accueillant et amiable.
Shuttle aéroport toujours disponible.
Les lits étaient vraiment confortables
La nourriture était bonne.
La piscine était grande et bonne à refroidir.
Globalement, il est certainement un bon endroit pour séjourner à l'aéroport de Kochi.
Seuls les négatifs qui ne sont pas vraiment mauvais, la chambre pourrait être un peu plus propre, mais il n'était pas vraiment un problème.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

InvitéWe had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well.
Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal.
They have nice hiking trails around the property.
couple of practical things to keep in mind.
The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully!
The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it.
Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

InvitéWe had a wonderful 3-night stay at the resort. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views. There are swings for both kids and adults, ***** with a dedicated kids' play area, making it a great choice for families.
We booked a Garden View Cottage with a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was good. For lunch and dinner, we ordered à la carte.
The overall service was excellent, and the staff was polite, friendly, and attentive.
A special thanks to Mr. Nalin from the F&B team. He provided exceptional service and took great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience memorable.
A few suggestions for improvement:
The open swimming pool has a minimum depth of 3 feet. A 2-foot shallow section would be much safer and more enjoyable for small children. The other two swimming pools were under renovation during our stay, so I couldn't comment on them.
Adding more North Indian food options to the menu would be appreciated.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this resort to families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit merveilleux !
Le personnel a été accueilli, très aimable, très aimable et très bien placé.
Le centre est très confortable et très confortable.
Les chambres étaient belles, spacieuses, sans place, et très confortables, avec tout ce que nous avons besoin pour une pause parfaite. Une mention spéciale à Jeeva dans le restaurant, qui a fait de notre expérience de repas encore plus mémorable avec un service aussi attentif et chaud, mais tout le personnel du restaurant était excellent et a fait chaque repas un plaisir. Anju, qui est aussi très agréable et très attentif, mais je dois dire que chaque membre du personnel était si agréable, ce qui a fait notre séjour exceptionnel.
Ne pas recommander cette bijoux d'un endroit suffisant, nous prévoyons déjà notre prochaine visite !
