I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport.
But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants.
Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight.

My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection.

Hôtel absolument magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins. J'y ai séjourné quatre jours avec ma mère. Toutes deux végétaliennes, nous avons été ravies des attentions du personnel. Le menu est adaptable : nous avons pu déguster des crêpes, des pizzas et des tortillas végétaliennes. Il suffit de prévenir un peu à l'avance. Un grand merci à Karthikraja pour son service exceptionnel. Nous avons également profité du spa et avons reçu un massage de 90 minutes tout simplement divin. Nous avons adoré Mumbai et espérons y revenir bientôt, ou séjourner dans un autre hôtel Taj.

Je suis arrivé à 1 heure du matin, l'emplacement à l'intérieur de l'aéroport est excellent et l'enregistrement a été très rapide, ils m'ont montré ma chambre et un lit très propre et confortable avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, l'eau sort rapidement chaude et une bonne pression dans la douche. Le meilleur était le petit déjeuner, délicieux ! Très bonne attention. Le lendemain, je me suis enregistré et j'ai pris l'ascenseur pour prendre mon prochain vol. Cela vaut la peine de ne pas avoir à quitter l'aéroport si vous avez une escale et devez passer la nuit.

Les chambres sont globalement propres, mais certains des meubles semblent être vieillissants et le tapis dans la chambre a beaucoup de peintures et odeur désagréable qui sont très détachées.
Aperçus impressionnants.
La nourriture dans les restaurants est bien, mais le repas d'heure de cocktail est bien en dessous de la classe.
Ils m'ont demandé des montants supplémentaires (qui ont été réversés après que j'ai souligné) mais ce genre de malaise n'est pas attendu d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Globalement, je suggère qu'il y a plusieurs options de chaîne Taj dans la ville qui peuvent servir beaucoup mieux à la même (ou même moins) prix

The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. IInvitéThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

IInvitéThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
