I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This place has a 120 years of Legacy banner but actually is the 120 years of bureaucrassy. Had two visits of the technician - first one when the washroom door got locked on its own. On calling they sent support after 15 minutes - upon reminder the receptionist very bluntly stated these take time. The service staff came and said the doors are old and this is normal. Great, so no repair
Next day we find our room supply failed at 550AM. On calling them service staff once again appeared after 15 minutes and while they politely regretted the situation they spent 20 minutes exploring and eventually the boy shouted - sir it's the same LED driver in wardrobe - so once again we find a known issue disturbing our sleep/ stay.
Room service for water refill takes 10 minutes.
It could be that Indians are treated poorly at this iconic place but I have had a better experience in Paharganj than here.
On checkout I was asked my email again when on check-in I had put everything. I was told we might have had technical issues. Each issue is completely small in itself but series of such careless events in a day's stay and the crass attitude of delay only leads me to write this long rant.
So much for the most known name for hotels in India. Avoid - choose the ITC which is much much better and no-nonsense.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought.

Cet hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Tout dans la chambre était magnifique. J'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour là-bas et le personnel était très gentil. Si vous avez un vol tôt à rattraper, vous devriez rester ici ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.

Je suis arrivé à 1 heure du matin, l'emplacement à l'intérieur de l'aéroport est excellent et l'enregistrement a été très rapide, ils m'ont montré ma chambre et un lit très propre et confortable avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, l'eau sort rapidement chaude et une bonne pression dans la douche. Le meilleur était le petit déjeuner, délicieux ! Très bonne attention. Le lendemain, je me suis enregistré et j'ai pris l'ascenseur pour prendre mon prochain vol. Cela vaut la peine de ne pas avoir à quitter l'aéroport si vous avez une escale et devez passer la nuit.

Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more.
My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

Je suis déçu de la clientèle, j'ai envoyé un courriel demander un Check-in précoce, mais personne ne m'a engagé à répondre.
Au cours du contrôle, le paiement a été effectué mais au cours du contrôle, ils m'ont encore facturé pour l'hébergement car ils n'ont pas de registre que j'ai payé. Ils ont pris si longtemps pour vérifier.
Si je ne me souviens pas que j'ai payé à l'inspection en temps utile
J'aurais pu finir par payer deux fois 😀

Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. J' ai demandé 4 fois que les horaires soient obtenus par courriel , mais ce courriel n' est jamais arrivé . Soyez prudent la raison pour laquelle la sécurité à la piscine est tout comme une décoration cause pour tout le monde peut entrer sans avoir la carte de la chambre dans la piscine en sautant en même temps que certains clients entrent. Et peut-être il y a une collaboration avec le personnel parce qu'en fait, dans ces vêtements de beggars, ils peuvent passer sans regard même la porte principale de la réception de l'hôtel! Ils ont des politiques strictes en matière d'annulation qui sont normalement toutes les autres mariés du monde. Les clients qui ont le plus grand niveau de diamant et de génie de voyage comme clients VIP ne considèrent pas qu'ils ont séjourné pendant 7 jours de la semaine et il peut arriver que le dernier jour quelque chose de travail imprévisible peut arriver. Le service de 24 /7 est juste une fausse cause si vous appelez à une heure normale à 10 heures la personne qui prendra le téléphone après une longue attente ils vous font toujours attendre le matin suivant pour que la personne concernée viennent demander. Ils disent : ” Nous vous appellerons, mais ce appel ne vient jamais ” .

Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

IInvitéThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
