Juste au dessus d'un centre commerciale plutôt haut de gamme où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants sans avoir à affronter l'enfer des rues. Ma nouvelle adresse à MUMBAI.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. Le Taj est situé à Bandra West, où se trouvent d'excellents restaurants et des bars branchés. La chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse, très propre et offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour un court séjour. Le bar Atrium est animé et constitue un endroit agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Nous avons adoré les animations, du piano à la musique traditionnelle indienne, en passant par la charmante chanteuse en soirée. Le personnel du bar était sympathique et très efficace. Le magnifique jardin et la piscine, agrémentés de lapins et de dindes en liberté, ajoutent une touche d'amusement (et pas seulement pour les enfants). Le personnel de l'accueil est excellent et très serviable. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel offre d'excellentes installations et un excellent service.

La chambre est très spacieuse, les cabinets/mini bar étaient légèrement humides.. avait l'odeur en bois humide. Bon pour un séjour d'une nuit si vous allez à l'aéroport le lendemain. moins de 5 minutes à pied à T1. Buggy est disponible / personnel peut vous aider avec votre bagage au terminal. Vous pouvez également manger plusieurs repas à l'aéroport si vous n'êtes pas en bonne position pour dîner à l'hôtel.

It was a wonderful stay overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the service is excellent and the location is great. I was surprised that, on two separate occasions, different employees approached me to confirm whether I was an in-house guest. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for all guests, but it did catch me off guard, and made me feel uncomfortable especially given that this is a well-known international establishment. That aside, I would definitely recommend the Taj. Beautiful Christmas decorations!

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

La chambre est très calme, et je suis sûre que la chambre 101 était très calme. Dès que je suis entrée dans ma chambre, je me suis couché et je me suis couché, juste pour être réveillé très bientôt après par le son de la banging - pas sûr de ce qu'il était - des draps, des couvercles, des portes. J'ai entendu quelqu'un se promener dans la salle de construction au-dessus de moi, ils ont commencé à marcher ! Suivant le DRILLING!!! Aucune chance de n'importe quel sommeil! J'ai appelé la réception, et ils ont arrêté le marteau et le bouffage. Une minute de paix, puis les gens de la chambre 137 ont mis leur télévision à VOLUME À FULL ! La télé était si lourde que la télévision était peut-être aussi dans ma chambre. Je me suis mis sur ma robe pendant ma nuit, et je suis allé à la chambre 137, et j'ai demandé à la jeune fille de fermer la télévision, comme elle l'a fait, pendant un peu. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé. Le personnel était très gentil et ils essayaient toujours de faire le meilleur pour assurer un séjour agréable, mais tout ce bruit est clairement la faute de la direction supérieure.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Nous aimerions la comodité de l'hôtel à l'aéroport et l'amitié du personnel de l'hôtel.  Nous n'aimions pas la propreté de l'hôtel et des chambres - il y avait des morceaux de sales du couloir à la chambre. Nous aimons la douche - puissante et sans cloche. La nourriture était aussi bien - nous avons commandé le service de la chambre. Les portions sont énormes et goûts acceptables.
