It was a very very pleasant day. All of the staff is very courteous and they look after their guest so well, especially at the front desk, miss bharti sharma and ms jaswinder. Restaurant staff was also very courteous. They took care of the guest so well in the breakfast time.

The hotel is good and clean . Staff is very helpful , Fiza in the dining area is very prompt and takes care of the dining requirements. Would love to come back to the place when visiting next time.

The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

Hôtel très spécial et propre! La nourriture est délicieuse pour les heures de petit déjeuner. Les options spa sont excellentes. Après une longue expédition dans les montagnes Himalayan, cet hôtel a été une joie pour mon corps 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 2 jours et réservé au total 3 chambres. L'expérience globale était étonnante. Les chambres sont grandes et belles. Ils étaient propres et bien organisés. Chaque membre du personnel était humble et utile. L'expérience de la piscine était vraiment bonne. La meilleure chose pour mon garçon. Il était très heureux. La vue de notre chambre était étonnante. Même du toit vous vérifierai la beauté d'Amritsar. Nous avons eu le petit déjeuner ici et une appréciation spéciale pour le personnel de restaurant/aliment. Ils étaient un grand hôte. Une fois de plus, c'était une grande expérience. J'ai tout à fait apprécié mon séjour ici et je voudrais certainement revenir.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, offering great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Le lit est très grand, propre et confortable, WiFi fluide. La location est bonne, tranquille et confortable, proche de l'aéroport.

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.
