Very smart and loved the white sand beach and the different attractions like the zip wire canoeing and especially the valentines themed dinner

I stayed at Astoria Tower 2. Location wise it’s good since it’s just a 10min walk to SM Mindpro and Canelar Barter Trade. Amenities needs improvement especially the facilities - room is not that clean especially the CR with visible black molds on the ceiling and vent which is very dangerous to our health. Breakfast is typical. Rice, eggs and 2 other variants. TV is cable, no free water, AC is noisy and wifi is slow. Aside from location, I like that they allow to leave your baggage once you checked out so you can still explore before your flight. Overall it’s good maybe for overnight or short stay but not for long.

They were very accommodating and nice. The room is clean as always. One of their staffs proactively assisted my mom in connecting to their wifi since my mom is not a techie. This is my parent’s third time staying in this hotel and will definitely book again! Highly recommended! 💓

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. La chambre est confortable et confortable. Si des choses étaient nécessaires, je pense que dans la partie de la propreté, en particulier les serviettes, je remarque que certaines serviettes ne sont pas correctement lavées même après avoir demandé un nouveau.

Hotel room was clean at the very least and the facilities were good. Location was also close proximity to a local market and to malls like SM Zamboanga or KCC. Staff could improve on the customer service though. The lady I talked to was kinda rude.

La chambre était à l'aise et à l'aise, mais elle était à l'aise. La chambre de bains était très chaude, mais nous avons pu gérer le temps de séjour. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, mais il était très bon, mais il était très bon. Une suggestion d'amélioration serait d'ajouter une télévision intelligente ou de fournir un accès à des services de streaming tels que Netflix, afin que les clients puissent profiter de leurs soirées plus, surtout à la nuit. Nous avons eu un séjour agréable, malgré quelques questions mineures, l'expérience était bonne et nous apprécions l'hospitalité offerte.

Nice gym but ac inadequate, like working out in a sauna. Linens feel like plastic not cotton. Other than that it was a nice hotel. Definitely overpriced though

Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.
