I recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

However, the overall guest experience is hindered by the room facilities, as the amenities and in-room essentials are need improve to require modernization to meet the high standards service. While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité de la ville de Vimala, où vous pourrez vous rendre à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très familial, avec de grandes installations pour les enfants du terrain de jeu à la piscine et des espaces spacieux à l'extérieur où les enfants peuvent jouer librement. Notre chambre était propre, confortable et magnifiquement conçue, parfaite pour un séjour familial relaxant. Le petit déjeuner était un spectacle de choix délicieux pour les adultes et les enfants. Ce que nous aimions le plus était l'environnement naturel seren Il se sentait vraiment comme un retrait refroidissant où nous pouvions passer du temps de qualité ensemble en tant que famille. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Je suis allée à Bandung avec mes amis et j'ai réservé cet hôtel moins d'une semaine à l'avance. Avant de réserver, j'ai fait quelques recherches pour trouver l'hôtel le mieux situé par rapport aux endroits que nous avions prévu de visiter. Comme cet hôtel se trouve près du quartier de Braga, il y a plein d'endroits et de cafés branchés à proximité, que nous avions prévu de découvrir. (Temps de trajet approximatif en taxi) - 10 min pour The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa - 11 min pour Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOUS - 15 min pour Tji Laki 9 Et surtout, l'hôtel est à seulement 8 minutes de la gare de Bandung (en Woosh depuis Halim → Padalarang ; puis en train de banlieue jusqu'à la gare de Bandung). Du coup, pas besoin de partir trop tôt de l'hôtel. Le personnel était vraiment très serviable, de l'arrivée à la consigne à bagages, en passant par le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Crowne Plaza Bandung. Merci pour votre accueil exceptionnel ! 🙏🏻

Les installations et le service de l'hôtel étaient parfaits. Il est préférable d'y séjourner en dehors des vacances ou des week-ends. Nous avions réservé trois chambres, toutes situées dans l'aile Mason. Malheureusement, la chambre 1614 dégageait une odeur nauséabonde, comme une odeur d'égout provenant de la salle de bain. En revanche, les deux autres chambres étaient parfaites, sans odeur.

We had a truly delightful experience at Gaia Bandung. The ambiance was wonderfully inviting, creating a perfect setting for our meal. Service was attentive and genuinely warm, making us feel very well cared for throughout our visit. We wholeheartedly recommend Gaia Bandung for a memorable short getaway occasion. We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

L'hôtel offre un service excellent à tous les égards. En outre, j'ai pris note de l'eau quand j'ai pris un petit déjeuner, le lendemain, le représentant m'a approché et a montré un peu de gratitude pour remplir l'enquête et m'a donné un gâteau de compliment. C'est le gâteau que j'aime que j'ai mentionné précédemment. Merci à M. Lucky et à tous les employés de la F&B pour le bon geste. Et pour l'hôtel lui-même, l'atmosphère, la position, la nourriture - tout était super! Tout revient certainement un autre jour. Maintenez le bon travail! 😊
