No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

La location est fantastique ! La vue sur la nature est très relaxante : la vue , la nourriture et le service sont toutes bonnes.
Je suis allé à cet hôtel il y a quelques années et cette fois, il est un peu différent et il est compréhensible parce que l'hôtel est tout aussi vieillissant - je veux dire, il n'est pas aussi bon que avant la qualité, surtout dans la salle de bains n'a pas été maintenu.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for.
1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!)
Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete.
2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement
I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
3. Facilities & Dining
The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
4. Location
Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

I loved the facilities, everything from the playground, pool, to the water park was perfect for a vacation with kids! It’s truly a great place for a family getaway.
However, the location is quite close to a main road. During our stay, there was an event at night that was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep until around 1 AM.

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt décevant, le café blanc (américain ou long-black-doesnt avoir une que je suppose) est aqueux,,Pas d'arôme de café mauvais goût.
Les prix sont trop élevés pour les clients et les clients.
Top (seulement adapté à l'extérieur, quand la Pluie est terminée. Il devrait y avoir des moyens de fournir une partie intérieure.. La pluie était juste éclatée Lorsque j'avais un verre de vin. Eveeythibg est mouillé. Ezeot haute chaise au bar. Et il n'y a pas de musique. La musique en direct ou DJ est seulement samedi.
La salle de salon de design minimaliste, spacieux et moderne. Mais, pas de touche à l'atmosphère parahyangan ou sundan. Except angklung ornements au sol M. Ceci pourrait être en jakrta ou dans toute autre ville métropolitaine. Exécuter le long corridor au G étage connecté à Pelataran Resto
La chambre de luxe avec lit de taille King et vue sur la montagne est grande. Wifi et TV sont également très belles. Cependant, la structure de la salle de bain (douche) avec trop de murs de séparation en bois donne plutôt un petit sentiment spacieux.
La piscine est trop petite pour deux hôtels adjacents Tower (Pullman et Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids.

TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.

IInvitéThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Durant mon séjour ici, les vibes se sentent plus dans la direction de « guérir le séjour » avec une très grande zone, beaucoup d'arbres et des installations de soutien pour les enfants et les personnes âgées. Donc même si vous ne partez pas de l'hôtel, vous pourrez toujours profiter du temps avec votre famille confortablement.

SSyfeckSi vous séjournez dans la chambre avec balcon, vous avez tendance à être bruyant la nuit, étant donné que sa face de la route principale et ses murs sont trop mince.. vérifié la piscine sa TVA non chaude.. petit déjeuner était vraiment mauvais et le fond serait très recommandé de manger. Néanmoins, la situation est de mourir, à pied à la plupart des excursions de l'usine et des cafés/restaurants
