The Room very clean and tidy. The breakfast has many choices, I love it. The parking is a bit confusing but their staff very friendly and helpful also the security. The hotel is nearby shopping complex. Love to stay in this hotel. Will definitely comeback again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience, though there are some areas for improvement. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, the furniture felt a bit outdated. It seems the hotel has made some refurbishments—such as fresh paint on the walls—but a more complete upgrade would enhance the overall comfort and appeal. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, but I found the amenities quite basic—only two bath towels were provided, with no face towels, which was a little disappointing. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the kids’ club, but unfortunately, it was closed during my visit without any prior notice. Additionally, the pool area appeared to be undergoing some upgrading works; I noticed some parts of the flooring had been removed. While it’s good to see maintenance being done, there were also a few dead insects in the pool, which raised some concerns about hygiene. A final point worth noting is the change in accessibility to nearby malls. The hotel used to have a direct link bridge to the shopping mall, but now the bridge from the first floor connects only to the Mutiara Damansara MRT station. Guests now have to walk about 350 meters via a sheltered path beside the road to reach IPC Mall, according to Google Maps.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était sans place, spacieuse et très confortable, avec toutes les installations que je pouvais demander. La salle de bain était tout aussi propre et bien entretenue. Je suis particulièrement impressionnée par l'attention sur les détails de la propreté et du confort. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité exceptionnelle, confortable et de qualité.

Je reste une journée dans la chambre 955. Avec 2 lits simples et un grand canapé, très confortable et propre. La salle de bain également propre. Je reste ici pour l'enregistrement de mon vol partenaire à 2 heures du matin. Le réceptionniste est très poli et me permet de partir à 15 heures. Un service de buggy FOC est assuré de l'hôtel à l'aéroport via un pont de connexion entre ce bâtiment. Vous pouvez demander les informations détaillées à la réceptionniste. Si vous avez de l'argent supplémentaire pour guérir, c'est l'une des meilleures chambres où séjourner car il y a une grande fenêtre avec vue sur la qiblat. Pleine vue avec des arbres verts, très calme, et j'aime beaucoup la belle vue sur le coucher de soleil. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et savoureux

Belle vue. Nous aimons le concept du restaurant Che Wan dans l'hôtel. Grande piscine propre, beaucoup de places de parking et gratuit. Mais dépôt de 250 RM et départ anticipé à 11h

I had an event at an institution nearby so I booked this hotel for a short stay. Overall good environment and good value for money. The tower itself is quite new, makes the overall experience cozy and comfortable. Room is clean, all furniture is new, and I got nothing to complain. Every floors have a water dispenser machine. The breakfast spread was simple but good. A only downside is that the parking is not free but its RM5 per entry and you have to validate it at the hotel lobby at level 8 before exit. If you exit twice, that's RM10.

During checkin there misunderstading due to the reception said i booke a standard room but i show her my booking confirmation stated i booked deluxe room (with window). Then she arrange the deluxe room for me. Our room at 4th floor same level with recption. Overall its OK.

Le niveau de courtoisie, de serviabilité et de raffinement du personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, tout le personnel a fait tout son possible pour que je me sente particulièrement privilégiée et accueillie. Spacious room with classic vibe. Registered for two adults but can fit until 3 paxs of children 👍 Cheaper than others. An evening sunset was beatiful and calm. we are so happy with this short vacay ! Got big bathtub inside the bathroom too ( can fit 2 adults ) 🤭Definitely would come again 👍

In summary, everything turns out good and beyond my expectations. 1. Valet Parking - affordable rate, RM25 per entry 2. Reception counter - friendly and fast check in and check out service. Welcome drink is self-service. 3. Room - assigned with 2 twin beds Superior room with sea view. And near to lobby. The room has birthday decoration to surprise me! Amenities and facilities are good, no complain. 4. Buggy service - ride on anytime. 5. Breakfast - variety is good, hot and cold food available, fresh fruit juice, breakfast with sea view. Service might be slow due to peak hour and less waiter availability. 6. Free fire show at 830pm.
