Stayed recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was notably spacious, which added to the overall comfort. However, the interior appears quite dated and is showing signs of wear and tear. A refurbishment would certainly enhance the overall guest experience and better reflect the hotel’s potential. On the service side, it was truly commendable. The staff were exceptional throughout—from the doorman, security, and reception team to housekeeping and café staff. Everyone was attentive, courteous, and consistently delivered warm hospitality, which made a significant difference during the stay. Overall, while the physical condition of the rooms could be improved, the outstanding service remains a strong highlight of this hotel.

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.

This hotel is rather old and quiet. The marble design is nice but carpets all need refurbishing as many marks and old stains. Reception staff and cleaner are helpful and friendly. Effective and polite. Beds are nice to sleep in. Parking indoor is convenient with a car park lift but you need to walk about 80 feet indoor walk way from the carpark lift into the lobby /room lifts. For elderly people who can't walk well, it's not so convenient unless you drop them at the ground floor lobby first. Overall ok for a quiet stay. There's a beautiful huge mosque facing some hotel rooms. If you need a quiet sleep, you may opt for rooms without the mosque view. It's on the other side and it's really quiet. There is a small mall opposite of the hotel. A walking distance. Convenient with fast food and local brand clothes. If you are traveling for work or just a quiet stay, this place is suitable. If it's for more happenings around this area, you need to go Concorde KL.

Dining by the pool was such a treat too. Enjoying a delicious burger under the warm sun with the pool just steps away made for a perfect afternoon. Overall, this hotel provided a delightful blend of comfort, excellent service, and great amenities. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and I would gladly return for another stay. De retour à la chambre d'hôtel, ce devrait être l'hôtel le plus réservé de ce voyage en Malaisie. La piscine intérieure est le plus gros point fort. Le camping est situé sur une petite montagne près du Sungai long. Il y a de nombreuses installations. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Beau vue. Il y a parc d'eau, parc de dino, cart, safari évasion, etc. Vous obtenez 15% pour les frais d'entrée avec séjour dans le camping. La piscine infinie a une vue magnifique sur le parc dino. Il y a des restaurants, c'est-à-dire thaï, japonais, bali .... les aliments sont bons, mais aussi bon marché. Je pense que beaucoup de gens ont pris.

Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Wasn't my first time here and they didn't disappoint. Promptly delivered my request for room amenities. Recommended if you have things to do around Petaling Jaya (and even KL!)
