Hôtels avec Spa à Selangor, Malaisie

The check in and out process is pretty fast since I have reserved online. The staff are friendly. The front desk assisted me to change and upgrade the room for me after I checked the room. Comfortable bed and overall it's good. Downside is their lifts take quite awhile and it would be fantastic if they decided to improve the quality of their restaurant.

I would like to inform you that the air conditioning at the lift area is operating very slowly, and there is no air conditioning inside the lift. This situation has caused discomfort, especially during peak hours. I kindly request that the management take the necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Overall experience is rather average. Checked in at 3pm and managed to get the 2 rooms i booked. However, when went to the rooms, one of the room has not been cleaned up yet. Contacted housekeeping via phone, chat and even went personally back to the reception to tell them the situation. Took 2 hours before we finally get a clean room Luckily I had 2 rooms, so my family can still stay in 1 onf the room while waiting. The hairdryer is not even working and calling operator is useless as no one pick up. Not much of other activities to do, perhaps kids may enjoy it more. Restaurants food are generally okok only and kinda expected that it is pricey. Don't think will go again

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Ibis et je viens de rentrer à Sydney hier soir. ce fut une expérience absolument merveilleuse. L'hôtel est impeccable, tout neuf et propose d'immenses piscines qui ne sont jamais bondées. J'ai particulièrement aimé la superbe salle de sport et le salon au bord de la piscine. La salle du petit-déjeuner est immense et sert un fantastique petit-déjeuner. Les chambres sont belles et sont équipées d'équipements bien pensés comme des limes à ongles et des lames de rasage. Pendant mon séjour, la piscine était si sereine que je me retrouvais souvent la seule personne présente. Le spa était incroyable, spacieux et géré par des professionnels. Maria, la masseuse, était excellente et après un massage de 40 minutes, toute la douleur de mon vol de 13 heures avait disparu. Je suis tombé amoureux de cet hôtel. Comme toujours, l'Ibis Hôtel ne déçoit jamais ! Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel, même si ce n'est qu'entre deux vols, pour un massage, un gommage corporel, un lavage et un brushing des cheveux comme ils le font xx. Leur générosité s'est démarquée lorsqu'ils m'ont offert un petit-déjeuner gratuit à 6h30 avant mon départ. pris la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Oui, le service de navette depuis et vers l’aéroport est gratuit ! Oh, aussi, je suis arrivé à 11 heures, même si l'heure d'arrivée était à 15 heures. Mon court voyage en Malaisie a été rendu encore plus mémorable grâce à l'hôtel Ibis. Hautement recommandé! Xx

Saya menginap di Bangi Resort untuk menghadiri kelas di Dewan Melur. The overall experience was relaxing and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean, with a calming view of the golf course. Katil empuk, bilik mandi lengkap, and there was a work desk which made it easy to jot down notes after class. Cuma satu benda – aircond sejuk sangat! Maybe sebab cuaca hujan masa tu, so the room felt extra chilly. Nasib baik selimut tebal and comfy, so tidur tetap lena. Dewan Melur was perfect for the class – spacious, air-conditioned, and quiet. Staff hotel pun sangat membantu bila saya tanya arah ke dewan. Breakfast was delicious, *************. Banyak pilihan – from nasi lemak to western dishes. I especially loved the sambal, memang padu! Wi-Fi dalam bilik agak perlahan waktup malam, but it wasn’t a big issue since I was mostly focused on the class and resting. Overall, Bangi Resort is a great place for work-related events or a short escape from the city. I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

A short but very nice staycation. The place is very child friendly, and the service requests were very helpful. However, the room cleanliness could be improved. There was dust under the bed, and I even found glass shards. I brought along my 1year old child if I hadn’t noticed the glass, it could have caused a minor injury. I hope the management will be more attentive to housekeeping cleanliness in the future.

La chambre est très confortable, la climatisation est un peu bruyante, l'isolation phonique est mauvaise, l'emplacement est pratique, il y a un grand centre commercial à côté, c'est propre et confortable, l'attitude du service est bonne, ce prix est très rentable

Très bonne expérience proche de l’aéroport et il y a un mosquée très proche le jardin est magnifique le service était super agréable L’accueil était chaleureux
